Ceci est un des constructeurs personnelle avec aucune dépense épargnée dans la construction et la finition de détails.

Profitez de la spacieuse maison de 3300 pieds carrés avec 4 chambres 3. 5 salles de bains sur plus de 2 hectares de terrain privé qui comprend un étang, cascade, terrain de badmitton, région à cheval et d'un foyer pour profiter. Près de tout et pourtant vous vous sentirez la paix et la tranquillité des montagnes de l'Ouest Caroline du Nord.

Nous aimons les chiens et pouvons facilement accueillir jusqu'à 2 chiens à venir profiter de la montagne aussi - et inclure deux grandes caisses d'intérieur si nécessaire.

Il ya une machine à café K-Cup avec un stock de café de caribou, laveuse et sécheuse, barbecue, salon en plein air sur le pont supérieur, le bureau extérieur si vous avez besoin de travailler pendant vos voyages et bascule bancs de patio sur le devant et le porche arrière.
Toute la maison a été peinte cette année avec 2 nouvelles fenêtres ajoutées à la cuisine pour une sensation de montagne plus brillante.

Excellent Mountain Retreat Close to Asheville

We greatly enjoyed this home during a long weekend trip for spring break. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the various amenities, including the air hockey table, the ping pong table that converts to a pool table, the large outdoor deck, and especially the hot tub! The house is a 15-20 minute drive to Asheville and 30 minutes from a great hike at Catawba River Falls. Yana is a terrific host and an excellent communicator. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay.

A perfect way to start the new year

From beginning to end this little hideaway was perfect. The beds were comfortable and cozy, fireplaces well stocked and everything was incredibly clean. Yana went above and beyond helping us get an additional topper for my sister who has a bad back. This cabin is meant for a good time with games on every floor and in every room! Well worth the price and an excellent experience!

Fun Thanksgiving

Stayed with our family of five, including 3 boys and our dogs and my mom and brother for Thanksgiving, and we all loved the house! It was very comfortable for all of us and we loved the games and hot tub, and it was within a short distance to the Biltmore which we really enjoyed with all of the Christmas decorations. The host was very helpful and I would definitely recommend the house to anyone considering a tirp up to the mountains!

Wonderful Home Base in Asheville

A lovely rental property in a perfect location in Asheville. Centrally located within sights to see in the area. The house is very, very clean and tucked away in a quiet private location. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Fabulous Home

Our family wanted to be able to spend a week together in the mountains. This home was just right for us! It was conveniently located to the Nature Center, a tennis/pickleball park and many breweries that had children's activities. There are so many things to do in Asheville that there's something for everyone's interests. The home is beautifully appointed and was wonderful for our group of 5 adults and 4 children to have plenty of space. The outdoor fire table and eating areas were fun to use. The downstairs pool table and foosball were a big hit. The different bed configurations in the bedrooms accommodated all of us. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. I would be happy to return to this lovely home.

The Perfect Place!

This beautiful comfortable home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house was impeccably clean and very well appointed! My husband and I love to travel with our adult kids and granddaughters but finding a place to suit us all comfortably can be challenging- but this was such a wonderful find. The main bedroom suite gave us a retreat, our son with no kids had a private suite with bath and the downstairs was like a getaway within the spacious house for our daughter and her family. Our two granddaughters adored “their space” and played air hockey endlessly! They also thoroughly enjoyed their hot tub time! We all sat outside on the comfortable porch for Happy Hour and around the big table in the covered porch for coffee/morning time. Yana was a communicative host who paid attention to every detail to make us feel at home and comfortable. We felt away from it all on the mountain but we were only minutes away from great breweries and the fun of downtown. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Ideal Family Getaway

This home is absolutely beautiful! We were looking for a place to have some family time and we found it! Only a short drive from the Asheville airport. With several grocery stores and restaurants nearby! We were able to get to Downtown Asheville in about 20 minutes. We went to St Lawrence Basilica, Tupelo Honey, 12 Bones Smokehouse, Wicked Weed Brewery, Sunshine Sammies, Grove Park Inn, Chimney Rock State Park, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Nature Center, White Duck Taco, Rocket Fizz Candy Shop, and completed an E Bike tour with the Flying Bike Company. I'd recommend all stops! The house itself is just gorgeous. Everyone kept saying how nice it was. Extremely clean and well appointed with comfortable beds, linens, porch furniture, well stocked kitchen and an enormous selection of family activities. We enjoyed the horseshoes, cornholing and fire pit outback. Inside the game room was tons of fun. I believe we played everything, ping pong, billiards air hockey. Our personal favorite was the wall painted as a chalk board. Even my 18 month old granddaughter could reach to scribble. Pictionary was definitely a highlight. The home had numerous books and toys for my granddaughter in addition to a crib and Bumbo booster seat. Definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Although we didn't see any wildlife on the property other than a rabbit, we did see a black bear three times just a mile down the road. A thrill for all of us! The host, Yana, was very attentive and easy to reach.

Family Vacation

The property was lovely and perfect for our family - 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Very clean. Lots of things to do: ping pong, pool, jigsaw puzzles, hot tub, corn hole, horseshoes. Host was extremely accommodating and very responsive before and during our stay. The only questionable thing was booking. The price changed three times within 5 minutes as I was trying to book our stay. Was this VRBO?

Siblings visit the Biltmore and more

Loved the home and location. Driveway is very steep but it was part of our adventure. Very cool for April and the signs told us both indoor fireplaces were closed for the season. We would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable and we all had plenty of privacy. Wish we had been able to stay longer. Thank you

Fantastic weekend

This house was perfect and had amenities galore. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Downtown AVL is only a 15 minute drive. Property is nicely secluded as well, and Yana was an excellent and communicative host. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing weekend at this wonderful home!

This house was amazing and Yana was great! House was clean and tidy, comfortable furniture, lots to do, wonderful views and an overall 5 star experience. We had 8 adults for a winter weekend and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house. Yana met us and gave us the tour which was very helpful. Everyone was able to come together for meals in the kitchen/dining, but there were also plenty of spaces to have some alone time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. Home was well designed, clean, and well appointed for a family of cooks. Loved both fireplaces. Bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! Setting was ideal. Communication with Yana was easy and comfortable. Can recommend without reservations. We are looking forward to our next stay!!

Peaceful Retreat

Had a great time even though it was a short 3 day trip. Location was excellent and house met all our expectations and was very clean. Yana met us at the house to give us a quick tour which was very helpful. Even got to see a family of bears passing by as we enjoyed the outside fire pit. Kids loved the games that were provided. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Retreat in the Mountains

I can't say enough about this beautiful home! The new furnishings were so complimentary to the already well designed and decorated home. The kitchen is every cooks dream with plenty of storage, nice appliances and everything imaginable to prepare food and drinks. This spacious, open home has something for everyone - pool table, pingpong, hot tub, games, fire pit and loads of outdoor seating for gathering or alone time. Bedding was designer quality and so restful. Every corner of this home is immaculate!! (This is something I take seriously) Our host was "the host with the most"! Communicated early on, promptly answered questions, checked with us at check in. She's done a beautiful job providing everything a family could ask for in a retreat! Well done!! Thank you!

Phenomenal Vacation Getaway

We rented this gorgeous mountain hideaway for our stay in Asheville for our son's wedding. The posted photos on the VRBO website do not do this vacation retreat justice. It has beautiful furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 levels of decks, a whirlpool, a great firepit and corn hole game on the grounds behind the home. There is a pool table, air hockey table and ping pong table on the lower level. Upon entering the front door there are 2 bedrooms to the left: the master bedroom suite with large master bathroom and 2 extremely large walk in closets, and another well appointed bedroom with it's own bathroom. To the right of the front door there is a half bath and a laundry room. Straight ahead is the open concept living area with fireplace and the dining and kitchen space. On that same level is the upper deck with a covered dining area off the kitchen and to the left is an ample open seating area with a "fire table" , a high top bistro table and a fun swinging chair. The lower level is accessed to the right of the entrance by the main level half bath and has another full living space with another fireplace and game tables. To the left and right of the living space are two addditional bedrooms: the bedroom on the right has a king bed with a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The bedroom to the left has a king size bed and a pull out trundle bed. Both closets in these bedrooms are quite large. This home is beautiful, comfortable and spotless
