Casa Javea is completely redone from damage from Hurricane Helene. We will update the pictures soon. We are a ground level 2 bedroom/2 bathroom canal cottage on a quiet residential street. A 4 minute stroll to the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. It is an open concept with unobstructed views of Lake LaVista from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and yes, even the master bathroom! The master has a 43" flat screen TV, a private bathroom and a king size bed where you can watch the sun rise over the palm trees. The sliding glass doors open from the master bedroom to the screened lanai. The lanai leads to an oversized deck and dock. The guest bedroom has plantation shutters, 32" TV, two twin beds, your private bathroom that includes a newly tiled shower. The kitchen includes a new GE oven, microwave convection oven perfect for baking homemade sour dough bread, GE dishwasher, quartz countertops, a kitchen island and everything you need to make a family dinner for guests or an evening snack for happy hour. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshment on the lanai or the deck over looking the lake while you watch for manatees swim by or the mullet fish leap out of the water. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold running water. You are a 7 minute beach walk to the Sandbar restaurant. Or walk to Pine Ave to visit the various stores and eateries. The garage stores the clothes washer, dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach wagon for your convenience to transport them to the beach. The home is 940 sq ft of charm with lake views that make even a rainy day relaxing!
