Idyllic Holiday Properties est une petite entreprise de vacances sympathique qui offre un service honnĂȘte et efficace Ă  nos immeubles locatifs privĂ©s situĂ©s dans des emplacements fantastiques sur Anna Maria Island, sur la cĂŽte du golfe de Floride. L'Ăźle a 7 miles de belle plage de sable blanc de sucre oĂč vous pourrez voir les pĂ©licans plonger, les dauphins jouent et la course ibis.

Nous avons 6 propriétés sur l'ßle, y compris notre Beach House, qui, comme son nom l'indique, est située directement sur la plage donnant sur l'océan, et nos 3 cottages situés à seulement 200 pieds de la plage et bénéficiant d'une piscine de forme libre avec cascade.

Toutes nos propriétés sont joliment rénovées, confortablement meublées et équipées de tout ce dont nous espérons que vous aurez besoin pour passer des vacances parfaites.

There were a few quirky things. Could not put the AC higher than 75 or it would freeze up the AC.We were only allowed 1 roll of TP we had to buy our own. And it said cookware is provided
1 small 6-8 inch skillet was supplied. And 1 small sauce pan. Everything else was fine.

Perfect but 


Shell Cottage was cute as can be . It was very clean , beautifully decorated and well equipped. However; there is an alarm on the entry door that is ear shattering. The check-in information states it is part of the rental license rules which I understand. There was no grey box on the outside of the door which can be pressed to allow entry within 45 seconds before the alarm goes off. There was a button on the inside that allowed us to leave the cottage.. I’m not sure I would stay here again because of this issue. Our neighbor was startled awake every evening we came in after 10pm.

Anniversary

The cottage was just what was listed. We had everything we needed for a great anniversary celebration. And it was a bonus that the other 3 cottages were vacant so we had the pool to ourselves!

Beach Cottage

Place was very clean and quite suitable for the two of us. Kitchen was well equipped with most anything one would need. Short walk to the beach and easy access. Sharon was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again.

Perfect location!

The cottage was the perfect size and setup for us. Location was great- steps away from the beach. The pool was refreshing. Highly recommend The Donut Experiment which was only a few blocks away . And last but not least- we got to see a few loggerhead hatchlings and help one to the ocean with the Sea Turtle Patrol!!

Cute cottage near the beach and east walk to Pine St

My wife and I needed a one bedroom place north of Pine St to be close to our daughter’s place. This was perfect, cozy, neat and clean. Shared pool was great. Nice pool furniture, landscape and pool deck. Small kitchen and bathroom worked for the two of us.

Wonderful week.

My husband and I had a marvelous week at Shell Cottage. We had a change of plans and Leane was absolutely wonderful in working with us to make it work out. The unit is very small but very clean and comfortable. Perfect for two. We will definitely be back!

Great location for Adults

This property is located less than a block to the beach. The pool has a water feature that covers the street noise. The home is very small and well appointed. It had everything we needed. We met the adult guests in the adjacent unit that were a pleasure to meet. Due to the small property, I would recommend this property for adults only.

Perfect beach spot

Shell Cottage is perfect for two. The beach at the end of the street is practically private. No crowds. The pool is delightful. The free trolley a few blocks away is so convenient. And Liane, Sharon and Julie are totally professional and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Post-Hurricane Ian oasis

Thoroughly cute property, lovely pool area, quiet neighborhood and only 4-5 houses from the beach. Sharon and Liane were super easy to work with and kept me well informed about the property post-Hurricane Ian. It was a nice little escape for a week. The couch needs to be replaced and the storage is a bit unusual, but I didn't care. Location, location, location!

Loved our stay

Cozy and darling one bedroom cottage w full kitchen that was well-stocked. Pool right outside the French doors of Shell cottage that was easily shared with the other 2 cottages. checkin somewhat difficult due to arriving midnight and darkness. We did manage to figure out code box without calling the manager. We are 65+tho so that may be why! Pool was well maintained
 beach very short walk as in 100 feet or so. It was very hot on the island so we were in the pool or the gulf or enjoying our air conditioned cottage all of the time.

Beach cottage with great proximity to the beach!

The recommendations I could make are as follows. Number 1, replace the extremely worn out and uncomfortable sofa. 2. Add a few area rugs. 3. Add a coffee table, which is desperately needed in front of sofa.. 4. Put a rug in the bathroom. 5. Put a broom in every unit to keep sand at bay. 6. Fix armoire door so it stays open (only full length mirror in unit and it wasn’t clean).

Great location

Shell Cottage is one the three cottages sharing a heated pool and lovely backyard. It would be ideal for a larger group who wants to vacation together but have their own spaces as well. There is a lovely hammock in one corner under palm trees that is not shown in the pictures. You are a mere two minutes walk from the beach and six minutes from Pine Street restaurants and shops. As an added bonus, we had a view of an osprey nest and got to watch the birds fly in and out of their nest high in the tree. In 2020, the island created a policy that all rental doors and windows facing a pool must have an alarm system for the safety of children. The only door in and out of Shell Cottage faces the pool, so you must press a button each time you go in and out of the door or a very loud alarm will go off. Be prepared that you may set off the alarm especially when you first arrive. If you don't have children, you can disarm it by taking out the battery from the bottom of the alarm by sliding the clear plastic piece off. The cottage itself is like an efficiency apartment. The kitchen is basic with a small fridge, but along with the coal grill, we made several dinners there. It's not a place you want to hang out much indoors with limited seating and an average bed, but the outdoor pool area has plenty of seating and tables. And being so close to the beach, who wants to stay inside? Sharon was quick to respond and help with any questions we had.

Shell cottage review

Shell cottage is a small cozy cabin. My daughter and family stayed at an adjoining cabin, so it was perfect. Very close to the beach, easy to walk back and forth. Pool was very nice and we divided up our time between the beach and pool. I would stay there again.

Anniversary Getaway

We stayed at this beautiful little cottage for our anniversary. It was perfect. The pool area is very relaxing and beautifully done. The house is perfect for 2 people and the kitchen is well stocked. The house is very close to the beach. We had never been to Anna Maria Island and we discovered it is a beautiful place to go to. Would definitely come back to this lovely cottage! Sharon was wonderful to deal with and gave us instructions for check in even when it was later in the evening!
