The Space:
Well equipped with everything you need for an incredible getaway or a relaxing weekend. Sleeps up to 8 with 4 beds. 1-king, 1-queen, and 2-fulls.
Located on the North Shore at the 3 mm of the main channel. Includes 1 front tier parking spot and 1 parking spot in the overflow lot. No stairs to the unit by using the elevator.
Everyone will love the beach entry pool with splash fountains. Pack and play, high chair and plasticware supplied. Enjoy quick access to the swimming pool. Enjoy great fishing right off the dock. Includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Blender, Mixer, Toaster, Portable ice maker and fridge ice maker, flex brew coffee maker, cookware, utensils, glasses, mugs, bowls, plates, etc.
Dining table seats 4, the counter seats 3 and lake view sofa seats 3 with additional bar seatingn for 4.
We have 5 flat screen tv's ( 1-living room, 1- outside patio and 1 for each bedroom). All TV’s have wifi, cable and streaming ability with Apple TV.
Dedicated work space in living room. Enjoy the lake view from every bedroom. Access codes are needed to enter the complex gate and the condo door. These will be sent to you prior to arrival.

Main Living Areas ~
Keyless entry. Open floor plan with high ceilings, ceiling fan and large windows overlooking the main channel. Spacious living room is perfect for a game or movie night. A selection of games and flat-screen TV with cable and Apple TV are included. Electric fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Utility room with extra-large washer, dryer, water softener and ironing board. Amazing view from the large balcony with sofa and bar seating for 4 people, BBQ, flat screen tv and ceiling fan. Main bathroom has standard size bathtub/shower.

Bedrooms~
Spacious master suite has lake view, king bed, large dresser, ceiling fan, and bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed and has a lake view. 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with 2- full size beds and a lake view. Flat screen tv's in all bedrooms.
