This place is magnificent. Huge and spacious and a trail straight to the beach. Is it brand new? No. Is it clean and fully functional. Yes! Great place. Great price. We’ll book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hubby and I had a wonderful after Labor Day week! Great location, beautiful beach, great condo, delicious food. We enjoyed it all.

While access to the beach was great, this property is long overdue for an update. There was mold in the showers, rust on all the outdoor furniture, and gnats/bugs all inside.

The view and beach access give it 3 stars. A lot of issues inside. Mold everywhere, water pouring from the dining room ac vent when the primary shower was in use (this was supposedly fixed, but continued after), condoms that my 9 year old found in a bedroom drawer, dirty dishes and coffee pot. Ok place to rest your head if that’s all you are looking for. Definitely not worth the price point.

The property is not that clean, including the furniture. I was a little surprised considering how much I paid. The location of the property is awesome but the condition itself is not good. Also, don’t expect the host to accommodate anything for you because they only do what’s already agreed on.

I love the location towards the beach. It was very beautiful and nice. Neighbors were very nice as well. I’d love to stay here again. The extra towels were so helpful. The main bedroom remote didn’t work well nonetheless we didn’t watch tv much at all. Came for the beach and relaxation. Thank you!

Best beach vacation of my life!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was perfect for an unforgettable beach vacation. You walk right out to the beautiful gulf waters and have all the comforts of home you could need during your stay. The process was easy from start to finish. We will definitely be returning to this home in the future.

Beautiful location right on the beach & host was very quick to respond to our minor requests!! The place was very clean, but could definitely use some TLC & updating!!

Can't beat a ocean front view. The property was okay it is a very old unit and hasn't had much updates. I would wish they would at least put a sofa cover on the furniture if they won't update it. It had stains all over the sofa and chair and the dining room table seats. But the beach view was wonderful if you can look aside from the property flaws. Another downside the bar being across the street on the weekends it gets loud and they don't close till 4am.

This was an awesome location. So nice to step in the front door and see the beach through the back sliding doors. It was great to just step into the sand! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets and the beautiful weather. We will be back!
