'Gulf Breezes' est une retraite de plage difficile à trouver. Franchissez les portes vitrées de patio sur votre propre terrasse privée et puis seulement trois étapes vers le bas à la plage. Cette maison de ville a carrelage en bas, à l'étage tapis, appareils de cuisine, linge de maison, meubles, Internet Wi-Fi sans fil, téléphone, laveuse et sécheuse, et quel emplacement. Juste à l'ouest de la courbe sur Thomas Drive à côté de Schooner de 'The Last locale Beach Club.

PET: Un chien est autorisé et doit peser 20 livres ou moins, des coups et des traitements aux puces doit être à jour. Les chiens sont interdits sur les plages publiques, des meubles, des lits ou de la literie. Il y a beaucoup de place pour promener votre chien à l'extérieur. Great Stay

Place was easy access to the beach, Schooners, and rental chairs. Jet Ski and paddle boards are also available for rent close by. House was well stocked for our needs. We enjoyed our time there.

Great location!

Great location, steps from the beach quick drive to grocery, the marina and the state park. We are already wanting to book next year!! No complaints about the condo. Overall stay was great!

New Years Getaway

Had a wonderful time!! The weather and the beach were perfect. It was nice to just sit out on the deck and watch the sunset. The fireworks on New Year’s Eve were amazing!! It was well worth the trip!!

The townhome was great! Very clean, had everything we needed and it was right on the beach. The beach view was amazing and the sunsets were incredible every night right outside our door! Next door to a wonderful restaurant, Schooners! It was awesome to hear the cannon being fired off every night at sunset-especially on my daughters 21st birthday.David was a wonderful host and always answered all my questions promptly! We will definitely stay here again-especially being able to bring our little senior fur baby!

All as expected. Great location. Nicely renovated townhome. The shower on the back deck was super convenient when coming in from the beach. Loved being able to grab a drink or lunch from Schooners next door while on the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Beachfront Townhouse!

Our family has rented this beachfront 2 story townhouse for 10 years and we absolutely love everything about it. The back deck is literally steps away from the beach and the recent upgrades/remodel work is magnificent. The area is so quiet and peaceful at night you can listen to the ocean while viewing the stars from both decks. We have rented units in high rise beachfront condos and they just don't compare to the comfort and beauty that we have found in this townhouse!

PERFECT LOCATION

Absolutely wonderful location right on the beach. We were able to bring our "fur child" with us, which made our vacation so much more enjoyable. Building shows a little age, but was sparkling clean and perfectly arranged; we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Fewer crowds on this end of the beach, away from the usual chaos of the more "touristy" areas. Thanks, David, for an amazing vacation!

GREAT VACATION/GREAT LOCATION

We loved the location directly on the beach and right next to Schooners restaurant. The condo was perfect for our family including the option to bring our dog. The beach was not as busy as other beaches in the area so we had plenty of room. Would stay here again for sure!!!! David was also a pleasure to work with and answered questions in a timely manner. If you stay here, you will not regret it. Thanks again David for a great vacation!!!!

Great Ocean Front Townhome

We booked this property on short notice and Dave was very efficient with the reservation process. The property met expectations and matched the description in the listing. There is a popular restaurant very close to the unit along with public beach access, so the beach can feel a little crowded at times. However, it’s also nice to take advantage of the food and drinks right next door!

Needs a new cleaning crew. When we got there, sand was swept under rugs, and the floors need to be thoroughly mopped. Some other upgrades in towels would be nice. They were pretty old and worn.It is a nice place with potential, and is in the perfect location. It just needs some minor attention.

Very nice and clean

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice being able to walk off back porch onto beach. Loved having shower on the porch to clean off when come back. Beds very comfortable. Every thing worked in home Only wish the back sliding door would lock. However there was a bar to keep others from entering when gone. Everything else was great. Will stay here again if coming back to Panama City beach.

This place was the worst I have stayed in.

This place has not been dusted in months. wads of hair on carpet. Back deck...bords are rotten, gaps in them. My spouse was sitting in the chair and when he moved it went thru the crack and he fell onto the deck. our small dog stepped in it twice. The cooking untisiles were cover in dust..Not sure who the cleaning people are but they dont do their jobs. The carpet felt grungy under my feet. it smelled of dog urine after a couple of days of being there. I will in touch with property managment about my cleaing fee back and possibly more.

This property underwent a total renovation in Spring 2023 by the new owners. There is all new flooring, no carpet, new decks, new wood plank ceilings, ceiling fans, led lighting, new Polywood deck furniture, bedding, decor, tvs, plus much more. The townhouse is fresh, clean and nicely appointed. Any housekeeping issues have been resolved. This property won't disappoint.

Great location, that can’t be beat, but very dated!

Neither sliding door would lock, only a pole in the track to lock. Popcorn ceiling in downstairs bath was coming off. Needs updating for the price it’s renting for and the carpet needs to go. Location is the only thing this rental has going for it.

Everything you need!

This place had everything that we needed and plenty of room for my family of 5. Clean, great layout and you walk off the back deck and you’re right on the beach! Neighbors friendly, best restaurant in PCB right next door. We had a unique opportunity to observe beach renourishment in action which doubled the size of the beach and left virgin sand for us to dig our toes into. Making sand sculptures with the kids was a blast! Wind and double red flags not withstanding, we will be coming back and we appreciate David Dees for being attentive and easy to work with.

Thanks for letting us know you enjoyed your stay found everything in order. The beach re-nourishment moved along quickly and restored our beaches for all to enjoy. There's nothing like fresh sand to put your feet into. Glad you all made some great memories making sand sculptures and enjoyed the conveniences of the townhouse. Hope to see you all again and as often as you can fit in a beach vacation.
