This newly renovated property has been decorated with your relaxation in mind! Just 140 feet to the beach, you will not find a better location on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach! PLUS there is a community pool for the kids to play in!

The living room has an open space with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV featuring Netflix, Disney + & many other apps for you to enjoy! The kitchen is beautiful with quartz countertops and white appliances for you to use such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker & toaster. The dining area has seating for four with extra seating for four in the kitchen. The master bedroom features a King bed, dresser & private access to the balcony. The master bathroom features a glass walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with a bunk bed featuring a full on bottom & two twins on top. The outdoor patio is perfect for enjoying the weather and there are tiki torches for your use.

Relax, Unwind, Beautiful beach and pool! Just what we needed!!!

This property is updated and gorgeous, conveniently located just within steps of the beach, and the townhouse community is a mix of vacationers and owners that are so welcoming! We love the PCB area, and will be looking for available times in this place year after year! Small constructive feedback: Pool code wasn't right, BBQ grill but no BBQ utensils, some basic essentials that we thought would be available weren't. Luckily, my parents own a townhouse a few steps away and we made it all work just fine. Cheers!

Perfect location Well equipped Family friendly

We stayed for four nights with my partner and four children. We enjoyed the pool and beach everyday. The location is perfect, steps away from the beach . Easily accessible pool. The pool code was incorrect though. Different to the one we got by email or listed at the house.The grill worked perfectly. Thank you for the sand toys and board games. The outside showers are very convenient. The kitchen was very complete and clean. One thing to work on: upstairs shower was very slow to drain and the lighter was out.

Wished more properties were like this one.

We loved staying at this location. The public beach access was across the street and still close to a lot of local eateries. Loved the king size bed and was able to go to sleep with ease. The layout of this townhouse was perfect!!!

Our stay was excellent. The unit is tastefully decorated and a VERY short walk to the beach. You can't get much closer without being on the sand. The toy/beach closet was incredibly useful and the kitchen is very well stocked. This unit is closer to the beach than a highrise.

Our recent stay in West Panama City Beach, Florida, was nothing short of a dream come true. This hidden gem, nestled just 140 feet from the pristine white sandy beaches, turned out to be the perfect place to celebrate our engagement anniversary and was conveniently close to my all-time favorite destination, Rosemary Beach. Our decision to veer away from traditional hotels and opt for private accommodations was truly transformative. We discovered that such places create an entirely different atmosphere—one of romance, peace, and ultimate relaxation. As soon as we entered the property, we were struck by its thoughtful design and impeccable renovation. It felt like we had found a haven customized for us, and this made our celebration of our engagement anniversary even more special. Cleanliness has always been a top priority for us, and this place exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, and it was clear that the owners took great pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for their guests. It had everything we needed to make our celebration perfect, and the convenience of having these amenities at our disposal was a delightful surprise. What made our stay even more magical was the property's proximity to Rosemary Beach. It's my all-time favorite place in the world, and being able to easily visit and enjoy its charm made this vacay.

Fantastic location!

Overall, we had a great time. The home is ideally located directly across the street from the beach. Consider this scenario: If you were to stay in a condo that was directly on the beach--say on the 8th floor--the time it takes to walk out your front door and step in the sand is probably longer for the condo than the house we stayed in. Other pros: *Your vehicle is right in front of your front door, making it WAY easier to unpack and pack. *Kitchen is fully functional with baking pans, pots, measuring cups, etc. *The big screen TV in the living room was nice and big--perfect for the living room and those watching from the kitchen table. *The front and back have hoses to wash off sand before entering the home. *Beach play things were provided, including 3 body boards, buckets/shovels for making sand castles, and two beach umbrellas. *There is a really long clothesline that can be deployed to hang up wet things after hitting the beach. *The washer and dryer made it super easy to clean up before going home with wet/dirty towels and swimwear. *The decor (including choice of counters, floors, and paint colors) throughout the house are excellent. *Clean...very clean. Recommendations for the owners: *Buy a memory foam mattress topper for the master bedroom. The mattress is very firm, and sleeping was difficult for me and much more so for my wife. *Buy a nice sized TV (at least 55-inches) to put in the master bedroom. *Buy a dvd/blu ray player for each TV. *Install some kind of curtain system in the master bedroom. The plantation shutters kept most of the light out, but even with the shutters closed the sun still lit up the room in the early morning. *The upstairs bathroom has an air vent that blows in AC/heat. Whoever cleans the home needs to vacuum the inside of the vent (by using a thin nozzle or removing the grate); a lot of debris/junk has collected below the grate. Bottom line: We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks!

A week at Sea Forever 💙

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Sea Forever in July. Easy booking, great communication, friendly. We felt safe during our stay and had no issues. The location of the house is perfect-close to yummy food, shopping and the beach! The walk to the beach with a 3 1/2 & 8 year old did have me nervous, but we had zero issues and it’s a short distance that’s easily walkable. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the furnishings. Everything was of quality and well thought out. It has the cozy home feel and everything was as described online (but actually better because of all the small thoughtful furnishings). The beach chairs, umbrella, and tons of beach toys were such a nice surprise. The games and children’s activities came in handy on the rainy day. Parking is also super convenient as it’s literally out the front door. We had zero issues, zero complaints and made great memories as a family. On our last night I actually looked into staying another night but it was already booked. We weren’t ready to leave. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Blue Swell properties are top notch and we can’t wait to come stay again!

The location was amazing, we would definitely book it again. The only part was that the second floor shower would drain extremely slowly and the hiccup with the door getting stuck other than that we had a great experience and created fun filled memories!!

Nice house quiet community

Would definitely stay here again. Definitely rather stay in a house than a condo going forward. Park at the front door take your stuff right in. Even though it’s not beachfront after you stay in a condo that is beachfront and you wait on elevators and deal with parking garages this a quicker way to the beach.y only gripes about this place would be the washer and dryer is outside and there isn’t much view of the gulf but would stay here again for sure.

Great home from home!

The place was clean and felt like home right away. Close to the beach as stated. Only thing I would recommend providing cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc., kind of inconvenient to buy this things when only visiting for a few days. But other than that great place, Would rent again.

Perfect location

The condo was found to be as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. Everything was lovely. This is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in at this location. We will definitely be returning.
