Double Paradise est situé sur les plus belles plages du monde! L'unité Double Paradise au niveau de la plage comprend 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain et peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes. Elle comprend 1 lit king-size dans la chambre principale, 2 lits doubles dans 3 chambres et 1 canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Double Paradise comprend une grande cuisine, une salle à manger et un salon, ainsi que de nombreux espaces pour vous permettre de profiter de la compagnie de chacun. Il y a environ 2000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Le pont arrière couvert est très grand pour permettre aux clients de profiter des levers et couchers de soleil sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Une immense piscine est située juste à côté pour la commodité des clients Double Paradise. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de stationnement pour les deux unités (parking total de 8 à 10 voitures et stationnement supplémentaire de l'autre côté de la rue sur un terrain de stationnement du pavillon). Double Paradise est situé à l'extrémité ouest de Panama City Beach, qui est dépourvue de condos de grande hauteur, de paix et de calme. Le Double Paradise se trouve à seulement 13 km du centre commercial Pier Park.

Location location location!

You will never beat the location for the price of the townhouse! The porch was my absolute favorite! The beach is right there and the pool is next door! Love having two refrigerators and loved that every one besides the master has two beds!

Family Trip

We booked this location for our yearly family trip.Pros: The location is exceptional 5 stars. You are steps from the beach which makes it very convenient. The pool access is a nice change of pace from the beach. It has spacious rooms with bathrooms for each of the rooms. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Having two fridges was convenient. Ample parking for 4-5 cars. Cons: The linens are old the bed mattress are not the most comfortable, the couches are in desperate need of replacing. While well stocked with kitchen necessities they are rusting or burnt. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags. The house comes with just 1 starter pack. No additional supplies provided. Additionally, no beach towels provided and if you have neighbors above you be prepared to hear stomps and noise. The toilets easily overflow and the place has a musky mold smell. There was visible mold around the A/C vents.

Great vacation!

This property was perfect for our family, with 3 kids, grandparents, and uncle and aunt. We appreciated the washer and dryer, the second refrigerator, the clean and quiet beach and location, the space in the bedrooms, and the way it was setup made it very quiet in the bedrooms. We also loved that each bedroom has a bathroom, that the living room had enough seating for all of us, and, of course, the big covered porch made for great sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to make lunches and dinner, and Kay was great to communicate with. It was too bad the pool wasnt heated, so we didnt get to use that. We would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful home right on the beach. Spacious, comfortable, clean. Loved it!

I stayed in this house with four of my friends for a beach get away. We were not disappointed. The house is large and comfortable. It could have easily accommodated more of us. The kitchen was roomy and well-stocked. Plenty of room in the living room for all of us to sit and visit. The beach is right down the steps, which was important to us. We could walk on the beach any time we chose and we could sit on the deck and enjoy the beach from there. The hostess, Kay, was very nice and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more and would definitely love to stay there again if we are able to return.

Great location but needs updates

The location and size of this house are fantastic and amazing. The house is nice on the outside, but inside it needs updating with furniture and bedding. Sheets and towels have to be changed because they are old, stained and smell of dirt even though we wash them ourselves. We ended up buying new towels. It also needs a very deep cleaning especially in the ceiling fans that we also clean to be able to use them. Decorations and amenities to a minimum. Old or missing appliances, eg No blenders, No grill, No hair dryer. All said is so that future guests have an idea of what they are going to find. However, this home is in a great location and just steps from the beach.

Large, No Frills House Right on the Beach

This property is the best "bang for your buck" that you're going to find for a beachfront unit that will house a large group. If you're looking for modern decor, high-end finishes and appliances, this isn't the place for you, but if you're looking for basic accommodations in a fantastic location at a price thousands of dollars lower than others of comparable size, this is your spot. Because of the stairs to get into the unit and additional stairs to get over the dunes to the beach, this would not be a suitable location for those who are handicapped or have mobility issues. Beach is not overly crowded since there are no high rises in the immediate area. Easy driving distance into Panama City or over to Destin for any activities you may want to do. Having 2 refrigerators in the unit was extremely handy since we were preparing most of our own meals, as was having a Publix and a Winn Dixie just a mile or 2 up the road. Bottom line. . .would I stay here again if I were traveling with a large group? YES!!

Needs to be updated. Beds look really old and cheap. Bath tub looks like they been painted and start piling of and cracked. Kitchen supplies were fine. Needed new living room sofas. We also found bed bugs I seen one review that says they have bedbugs and can’t believe it but it is true I talk to Kay about it and she sounds like she knows it. I hope they upgraded it they are just in front of the beach that’s the only thing we like of the house

BEWARE

Beware! This place is absolutely not clean, extremely outdated, worn out furniture, had blood stained sheets, mold, ants and worst of all found a bed bug in a suitcase! The location is good and the check in and check out process was satisfactory. We were willing to let all the other issues go until the bed bug was found. Tried asking for a refund. Was denied and bed bug issue was ignored.

Lots of pluses

We have stayed in PCB every summer for 15 years. We are drawn more towards the east end where it’s more residential and no high rises. With the kids getting older we needed more beds and this fit the bill. Kay, the property manager was very responsive in the months leading up to our stay. We were running late for check-in and our groceries were delivered, she was kind enough to go and get them off the porch and put them in the condo. We had one issue with a door that was fixed within an hour of our request. Overall the condo was exactly what we needed for 14 people from ages 4-73. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. The deck is amazing and so close to the beach. There are stairs down to the sand which we must have missed in the description but that didn’t stop anyone from going down. It could use some updating, but for a week we could live with it. We plan on staying here again. Thanks for a great week.

Great Place overall!

The property was amazing! The location, views and house were overall FANTASTIC! A huge plus was everyone being on one level. Very spacious, even with the amount of guests we had staying! Parking was easy and there was lots of room for multiple vehicles (even large ones!). A huge downfall was cleanliness and very outdated furniture, decor and linens. The place could definitely use some sprucing up for sure. The bed linens have seen better days, and probably made the place seem more outdated than it is. The furniture is also old and needs updated- it would really make a huge difference in the overall appearance and amount of comfort you feel when you are renting a “home away from home.” There are great aspects of the property as well- the property manager was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. The views are amazing. And the layout of the house is perfect and spacious for large groups! Overall- our group would stay here again, but would really love to see a few updates!

Very Nice

The location is the best thing about this rental. Right on the beach and beautiful. Our only complaints would be that the furnishings were fairly sparse and the kitchen was not as well equipped as we would like. There was also another family upstairs and so things were not as quiet as we would have liked, but overall it was a great rental and great experience!
