What a fabulous stay in Florence! I really cannot imagine a better space for our family of four. The location was perfect. It's across the bridge from the main area of Florence, which made it quiet; however, it was close to great restaurants, shopping, and (the BEST) gelato. We felt like locals coming and going! The apartment itself is wonderful - spacious, clean, and cozy. Tracy is a fantastic host. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful property! Excellent location, plenty of space for my husband and I plus our 3 adult daughters. Communication with the host was fast and thorough, the property was clean and well appointed. Definitely recommend and would enjoy coming back!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of five, including 3 teenagers. The apt was gorgeous, impeccably clean and well equipped and the location was PERFECT! With 5 of us, everyone had room to spread out. The 3 full baths were very convenient, as was having a washer/dryer. Tracy was so easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to our questions. We HIGHLY recommend choosing this apt for a stay in Florence!

Cristina was waiting for me at the apartment when I arrived.( I particularly appreciated her flexibility when my arrival time was delayed due to an airline issue.) She walked me through the apartment and made certain I understood the use of the appliances and the deadbolts on the door.

Wow! The host was terrific. Great communication and no problems with check in or out. The location couldn’t have been better- great places to eat, a grocery store, walking distance to everything. The apartment was fantastic- not just a bunch of IKEA and the cheapest finishes one can buy to flip a space. This place is beautifully done. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I especially appreciated that the host included instructions for all the amenities and appliances so I didn’t have to guess. Thank you for an amazing experience!

This apartment was fabulous and in a fantastic location. It was just remodeled and super clean. The beds were comfortable, and all of the amenities were provided… Even a britta water filter in the fridge! All of the appliances were top-notch. For the 3 night stay, though, we were short on toilet paper and paper towels. And that was with only 1 woman, 4 men. That would be my only critique…The apartment is in a phenomenal location… Easy to walk to everything. There was a picturesque view from the balcony of the living room. Tracy was a fabulous host and always attentive and gave so much information prior to our journey. The host’s daughter met us at the apartment when we arrived and showed us everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Hesitant to give this review because I would love to keep this gem to under wraps. Everything was great. Had a hot water issue beyond the host’s control, but it was resolved quickly. Tracy is awesome. Very responsive and courteous. Being a former “local” from Florence who use to live in the building facing this one in Piazza Santa Felicità, you absolutely cannot beat the location. Would rebook in a heartbeat.

Our VRBO in Florence could not have been nicer! Tracy, the owner, communicated with me from the beginning of my booking. She was always quick to reply to my questions and was very helpful in answering questions once we were at our place. The apartment was like new! It was clean, She had a fully stocked kitchen and items for us to use in the bathrooms as well. The location could not have been better! I will recommend this place to anyone! Her daughter met us and got us settled once we got to Florence. She told us we could call her anytime if we needed help with anything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Apartment is on the 4th floor with a view over the courtyard to the Pitti Palace. There is an elevator, so easy access. Some bonuses: Comfortable beds with good pillows, lots of hot water with adequate pressure, newly renovated and tasteful spaces, strong but quiet AC, and a very helpful host. We highly recommend.
