The location of this apartment is excellent! We walked everywhere -- shops, sights, restaurants -- and never needed to take a taxi. The apartment is bright and airy. The communication with the manager was also excellent, and we appreciate the flexibility with check in and check out. Clean sheets and towels were provided.Note that this apartment has a washer but not a dryer and also that one of the three bedrooms is not fully a separate bedroom with a door, but up steps to a loft-like area. Also, there are no dresser drawers or shelves in the bedrooms, but there are racks and some hangars set up for hanging clothes. This apartment is also on an "emergency vehicle route" so there are a lot of sirens, particularly heard in the main bedroom which faces the front, but the earplugs provided (and probably the sheer exhaustion of walking around this beautiful city everywhere) helped. Knowing all of this, I would stay here again.

A Florence gem

Excellent location that feels like home. Wine and snacks were provided for our arrival. Comfortable beds and big enough that we did not feel cramped. The outdoor space was small but comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were a 7-10 minute walk to the meeting location for all of our tours and dinners.

We loved the location and space in this property. We had beautiful weather and spent time together eating lunch on the terrace. It was wonderful to have a little outdoor space. Laia is a very responsive and helpful host and made us feel so welcome. The only improvement I would suggest is to adjust the shower door in the upstairs bathroom so that water doesn't get all over the floor and tighten the holder for the shower head. Other than that, make sure you check the fridge before you leave. Unfortunately, we forgot all the delicious cheeses we bought at the local market. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Florence and hope to come back again some day.

Very nice apartment in a great location

We were a group of seven adults staying in Florence for three nights. The apartment was very comfortable and in a wonderful location in the city. Our host was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would stay there again.

Fantastic stay

Our family of six had a wonderful stay here. The location was extremely convenient. The apartment had enough bathrooms and bedrooms that we had space and were not on top of one another. There is a lovely patio/balcony where you can hear the church bells ring in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We were able to walk to all locations within 15 minutes with exception of Palazzo de Pitti. We found 2 breakfast locations within a 5 minute walk and the market was quite close. We did 2 tours with location by the train terminal and opted to walk there since it was only 22 minutes away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but we had carry on size luggage which was very manageable. We stayed for a week and loved that we were able to stroll around easily. We'll definitely book again!

Excellent location and apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The apartment has a nice kitchen/living space. The upstairs bedroom/loft doesn't have a door and the occupants there found it a little noisy if anyone else was up and around when they were trying to sleep. Take the bus to/from the train station - its easy and just around the corner.

The location of this property was great; close to the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only sound we heard from neighbors was the dog next door who occasionally barked when he heard us. If you have a rental car, you will have to park it in a parking garage near by as we did.

Nice place at a reasonable price for a group

Good communication and easy check in. 55-60 stairs to get to apartment so beware. Nice but small outdoor space. Slightly farther away from attractions than we thought but good value.
