The apartment was modern and historic at the same time. Added bonus that you could watch the sandwich line from the windows!

Wonderful stay

This property is minutes away from everything you'd want to see in Florence. Uffizi and Piazza de la Signoria are right down the street and Il Duomo is less than 10 minutes away by foot. Fabrizio was a great help and made our stay very pleasant. We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

Perfect family apartment in Florence!

We loved our stay in this apartment in Florence and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Fabrizio is an outstanding host -- responsive, helpful and kind. The apartment is beautiful and nicer than the photos even show. The street below is loud but you can't hear it from the apartment which is amazing. Incredible location. Thank you Fabrizio -- we hope to be back!

Great Stay

Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night. We would have loved to stay longer! Place was amazing as was the location! Only caveat was the 2 flights of stairs, which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for less agile people. Will definitely be back!

Location and luxury…

Our stay at the apartment was lovely- the location is perfect but on a very bustling street due to the famous sandwich shops outside the front door. We enjoyed that, as well as proximity to the shops, restaurants and every historical site we wanted to visit. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and spacious- lots of room for 4, 5 or 6 would be comfortable, especially if some are children. Only downside - many steep stairs, no elevator! It was fine for me, some others in my group struggled with their luggage.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location! Just minutes from Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi, and a short walk from the Duomo, Santa Croce, Medici Palace, Ponte Vecchio, and all of the other things we traveled to Florence to see. The apartment is well furnished, with anything you could want in the kitchen. My family of 6 was very comfortable and everyone felt like they had their own bit of space. The area around felt very safe, even if a bit busy with a world-famous sandwich shop right outside. The host is very nice and welcoming, even accomodating our arrival delayed by train strike for 6 hours at the last moment. Clear and easy communication, and though we had no problems arise during our stay, he was very open about willingness to help should something happen. I highly recommend this place. It's full 10/10 rating is well earned.

Amazing place and location for Florence

Open your door and you are right in the heart of a busy Florence Street with lots of eateries and bars. Just up the street to the Square where on your return from dinner there is a wonderful orchestra playing music for you. I can’t say enough, good things about it!

We had a great stay! The updated and stylish apartment was perfect for our family. It was in the middle of everything and across from the famous sandwich shop All Antica Vinaio. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location! Fantastic Manager!!

The location could not be better with a quick walk to Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Vecchio, cafes, wine bars and shops. Best location ever! The apartment is gorgeous! Beautifully decorated and so comfortable with everything you need. Fabrizio is such a gracious host. He was extremely responsive, helped with cab reservations to the train station and so very helpful. Just be prepared to navigate stairs with luggage - no elevator.

Best Flat in Florence

This place is better than the photos. We have a short term rental in the US and we know an immaculate, well cared for, fully appointed place when we find one. Fabrizio is an absolute gem that cares about his guests, arranged dinner reservations for us, and taxi service after our stay. We WILL be bac!

Amazing property, stunning interior and location, but best of all was the host, FabrizioGiannini, who helped us with EVERYTHING including carrying luggage, arranging a 3:30 am taxi, everything, truly impressive with two kids under 3 years old and we are so appreciative!

Modern Gem in fantastic location!

I just completed a 5 night stay at this property with my husband and 3 young adult children. It’s an absolutely beautiful property in a fantastic location. It was very clean, well stocked and plenty of room for everyone to have a little space and downtime. The property manager was very communicative and friendly. And even graciously accommodated us an extra night as our flight back to the US was cancelled. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, great location!

We loved staying at this beautiful place. The location was perfect and allowed us to go sightseeing, then come back to the apartment to rest between outings. The place is fully updated and everything was very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Incredible apartment!

Fabrizio is a great host! He met us at the apartment and showed us where everything is. The apartment is beautiful - exactly as shown in pictures. So clean & spacious. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. There are two flights of stairs (which was not a problem for us), but something to keep in mind with luggage, etc. Perfect location; walking distance to everything. Do not hesitate to stay here!

A Florence gem

This apartment was perfect for our family group. Three real bedrooms (one with a single bed), two very modern bathrooms and a modern and well equipped kitchen. We didn’t do any cooking, but you certainly could. The apartment is very quiet ( when the windows are closed), even though it is on an extremely busy street, with many restaurants and one of the most popular sandwich places in Florence, which gets big lineups all day. (We thought the sandwiches were over rated!). Fabrizio, the host, was helpful, and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was well. Only possible negative is that there are at least 48 stairs to climb to the apartment, so it would likely not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Great location, next to the Uffizi, and a short walk to pretty well everything in historic Florence. Highly recommended.

Tremendous Host and Property

Cant applaud our host and the property enough. From super responsive communications to gorgeous living spaces. Absolute pleasure to stay here. Just a word of caution, there is a good number of steps you need to climb to get to the apartment. So be prepared.

We would stay again!

Awesome apartment, good location close to everything, vibrant and beautiful. We had a great day. Everything was very comfortable, and just as it was described in the write up. Host was wonderful and checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Even arrange for our car service to get us back to the train station at the end of our visit. Will definitely stay again our next visit Italy.
