My wife and I and 4 kids ages 14-22 stayed for 6 nights over Christmas and this apartment is amazing! The host is the best VRBO host We have ever encountered. He arranged transportation for us to and from the train at a fair price and met us at the apartment for check in. He is super responsive and even checked in with us several times proactively to see if we needed anything. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. We wer able to eat out and cook as well. The location is perfect. So easy to get to everything in Florence from here. Beds are comfortable. So many food options seconds away..Italian, burgers, smoothies, etc. This was my third time in Florence and now that I know the city better I would always suggest to stay in this area if possible. There is not one negative thing I can say about this place. I would add as an FYI that you do have to go up a few flights of steps to the apt. I elevator so it’s rough initially with luggage and would be tricky for elderly or health issues but otherwise not a deal breaker.

Lovely stay!! The host was beyond helpful and attentive - we felt well cared for. The property is in an amazing location and is well outfitted. We were 6 (50) ladies traveling through Italy and spent a few nights here. We enjoyed everything about the apartment - especially the spacious showers and getting to spend time all together in the main living space. As other posters have noted, the stairs would be an issue for anyone with accessibility challenges. Thanks for the great stay!!

Our host was excellent at communicating and very welcoming. The apartment was beautiful, had everything needed and was exactly as listed. Location was perfect - very short walk to everything and just a minute walk from the Uffizi. As other reviewers have noted there are a lot of steps.

The apartment was absolutely fabulous and so much better than staying in a hotel! The location was perfect! Fabrizio was an excellent host with great communication. Apartment was super clean and exceeded our expectations. You do have to walk up two staircases but was not a problem for us with only carry-on luggage. Will definitely stay here again!

Location and apartment are exceptional. Centrally located, you can walk to most everything. Apartment looks just like the pictures, modern, clean and cool historical architectural elements preserved. Well equipped kitchen but we ate out to enjoy Florence restaurant scene. Ample room for our family of 4 and could probably accommodate more people. Host was wonderful. He met us upon our arrival and checked in periodically. Not an issue for us, but it is 2 flights of stairs to apartment. Just mention that to be aware in case you have mobility issues. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Spectacular! This beautiful apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of the historic section of Florence. Though near to everything you’d hope to see, the space is airy, quiet, and immaculately clean. Fabrizio is an outstanding host, and could not have been more accommodating. It is worth noting that there are many stairs to access the flat, which might be a concern for older guests or those with physical infirmities. This was not an issue for us, however, and we would absolutely stay there again!

Amazingly perfect place right near everything!

Our family of four (boys 10 & 14) loved their first trip to Florence. This place was amazing!!! It is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. Super clean and modern apartment on the second floor. Great restaurants are right outside the door! Giannini is a wonderful host. He took time to show us how to work everything and gave us recommendations for things to do. He even arranged for a cab to pick us up directly in front of the apartment to take us to the train station when our time in Florence ended.We will definitely stay here again!!!!

A blend of luxury and old world

This apartment could have been in a magazine! Exposed 1000 year old walls surrounded by tasteful yet comfortable furnishings. Absolutely beautiful, clean, functional, spacious, and welcoming. Also located in a convenient part if town. Fabrizio was very kind and helpful, providing a ton of great information and hospitality. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely return!

Fabulous apartment in of Florence

Fabrizio is the best host! Greeted us and showed us around. Gave us the best restaurants list (local, not tourist) helped us with reservations and introduced us to the best Tuscany tour company (Destination Tuscany (Barbara)). And the location cannot be beat! We made friends everywhere we went. We will be back for longer stay! Thank you, Fabrizio!

Wonderful stay

This property is minutes away from everything you'd want to see in Florence. Uffizi and Piazza de la Signoria are right down the street and Il Duomo is less than 10 minutes away by foot. Fabrizio was a great help and made our stay very pleasant. We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

Perfect family apartment in Florence!

We loved our stay in this apartment in Florence and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Fabrizio is an outstanding host -- responsive, helpful and kind. The apartment is beautiful and nicer than the photos even show. The street below is loud but you can't hear it from the apartment which is amazing. Incredible location. Great Stay

Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night. We would have loved to stay longer! Place was amazing as was the location! Only caveat was the 2 flights of stairs, which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for less agile people. Will definitely be back!

Our stay at the apartment was lovely- the location is perfect but on a very bustling street due to the famous sandwich shops outside the front door. We enjoyed that, as well as proximity to the shops, restaurants and every historical site we wanted to visit. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and spacious- lots of room for 4, 5 or 6 would be comfortable, especially if some are children. Only downside - many steep stairs, no elevator! It was fine for me, some others in my group struggled with their luggage.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location! Just minutes from Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi, and a short walk from the Duomo, Santa Croce, Medici Palace, Ponte Vecchio, and all of the other things we traveled to Florence to see. The apartment is well furnished, with anything you could want in the kitchen. My family of 6 was very comfortable and everyone felt like they had their own bit of space. The area around felt very safe, even if a bit busy with a world-famous sandwich shop right outside. The host is very nice and welcoming, even accomodating our arrival delayed by train strike for 6 hours at the last moment. Clear and easy communication, and though we had no problems arise during our stay, he was very open about willingness to help should something happen. I highly recommend this place. It's full 10/10 rating is well earned.

Amazing place and location for Florence

Open your door and you are right in the heart of a busy Florence Street with lots of eateries and bars. Just up the street to the Square where on your return from dinner there is a wonderful orchestra playing music for you. I can’t say enough, good things about it!

We had a great stay! The updated and stylish apartment was perfect for our family. It was in the middle of everything and across from the famous sandwich shop All Antica Vinaio. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
