Step into our home, where history meets modern elegance. This unique dwelling, nestled in one of Austin's prestigious historic districts, seamlessly marries the allure of the 1940s with the sophistication of contemporary living. The house radiates an inviting ambiance, filled with generous sunlight, comfort, and a hint of nostalgia, all wrapped in a prime location.

The expansive, secluded backyard is a sanctuary within the city. It boasts a refreshing Cowboy Pool, and an ample picnic table perfect for alfresco dining or relaxed afternoon lounging. Adding a touch of whimsy, a bright red tire swing sways gently, ready to entertain both the young and the young-at-heart.

Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location walking distance to local market, Medici coffee shop, Taco Flats, Justine’s and Galaxy Cafe. Charming if you like an antique vibe and are okay with what that means (we didn’t super dig some of the house’s peculiarities but others might not care). Be aware there’s no dishwasher which can be challenging for families who intend to cook or dine in. Beds were extremely comfortable but strangely slept very hot —everyone in our party remarked on this. Hosts were very responsive.

Great property

Overall great property to use as a home base. Kitchen isn’t one you would cook meals in (no dishwasher and not stocked well). It’s great for coffee. Beds were amazing and the house was super clean. Wonderful neighborhood and access to UT. We’d definitely stay again.
