Vivez une véritable expérience parisienne avec le plus haut niveau de luxe et de confort moderne.

Ce studio écologique, flambant neuf et lumineux mesure 350 pieds carrés et est situé au deuxième étage (troisième étage américain) d'un immeuble nouvellement construit (2012) avec des équipements modernes haut de gamme, y compris un ascenseur, et entouré d'un éco -parc urbain durable.

Le bâtiment et le quartier primés sont présentés sur le site Web de Paris Eco Walks; New York Times; le site Web d'architecture, Archdaily; et ont été les lauréats du Grand Prix du GBCS Sustainable City Award 2016.

L'immeuble, nommé "Quintessence", a été conçu conformément à la nouvelle réglementation française "respectueuse de l'environnement" qui comprend le chauffage solaire, la peinture non toxique, le chauffage par le sol et les fenêtres à double vitrage.

L'intérieur spacieux de l'appartement a été conçu et décoré par des professionnels. Lorsque vous entrez dans le studio, le mur est recouvert d'une pierre décorative sans COV connue sous le nom de Pierre d'Afrique. Les sols sont en bois clair. Il y a une cuisine ouverte de style américain avec un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, une table de cuisson à induction et un four, un micro-ondes, une laveuse / sécheuse et un grand comptoir en quartz avec deux chaises en acrylique transparent qui servent de salle à manger ou de travail. Une `` armoire éclairée '' intégrée et spécialement conçue s'étend à travers le mur arrière, fournissant un lit king size avec un matelas de haute qualité et trois placards pleine grandeur.

La grande télévision LED / HD, le lecteur DVD et le décodeur câble sont assis sur une table en verre qui permet une visualisation facile à partir de diverses positions. En plus de la télévision par câble offrant des programmes en anglais, il y a une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un téléphone avec un service gratuit aux États-Unis, en Australie et dans de nombreux autres pays. Il y a aussi une station I-pod avec radio AM / FM. Dans le salon, il y a deux confortables chaises en cuir italien et des tables en acrylique transparent qui reposent sur un tapis.

La spacieuse salle de bains carrelée est équipée d'une douche pleine grandeur avec pomme de douche massante, de deux lavabos flottants, de toilettes flottantes et d'un sèche-serviettes.

Les portes-fenêtres menant au balcon offrent une vue parisienne correcte, y compris sur le parc adjacent et sur le sommet de la tour Eiffel.

Le bâtiment est extrêmement sûr car il est fermé, un code de sécurité est requis pour l'entrée et chaque unité est équipée d'une caméra de sécurité.

Ce studio bien aménagé permet des séjours s'étalant d'une semaine à plusieurs mois dans l'un des plus beaux villages, artistiques, colorés et agréables de la ville de Paris.

My vacation in Paris

The property is listed as an apartment but in reality is a studio (one room only). It is located in a very nice neighborhood and, as long as you are busy going in town, it is a very nice place to spend the vacation.

Great little studio in Batignolles!

My husband and I stayed here for six nights at the beginning of our European vacation and loved this studio. It’s a block and a half from the line 13 metro in a beautiful new building right next to MLK Jr. Park. Great location in a charming neighborhood. A Monop’ (think a grocery-focused Target) is right next door in case you need any food items. Would highly recommend.

Perfect studio apartment in the 17th Arr

The apartment was exactly as advertised and was the perfect base for my extended stay in Paris. The 17th Arr is a firm favourite of mine and is the ideal spot to access both the centre of Paris, and the surrounding towns. It is well served by Metro, bus, and railway lines fir daily travel or days out exploring the region. There is a covered market close by for all fresh food needs and a good choice of supermarkets within a short walk. I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment.

our stay

overall quite good, the property mgr was quite responsive to our issues of dealing with unfamiliar appliances. the location was exceptional to our interests and we enjoyed many meals in the vecinity. we rec'd only one key and this was inconvenient and the bed sinks in middle and uncomfortable. the biggest issue was the dryer did not work though the write up indicated it did. we found it a great place to stay in Paris.

Small but had all we needed

Cute, modern neat architectural place, location was fine. Know the bed is a pull down from the wall but it was comfortable. Bathroom is spacious. Someone mentioned in a review that you can see Eiffel Tower from deck but you can't, yet having a little deck was nice. Note that there are darkening shutters by remote control (we didn't realize until end of stay) but that helps a lot. Fan also helped a lot as it was hot when we were there. Good communication with PM and owner.

Quiet 17e apartment

Small, but tidy apartment, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom. Be in good shape to be able to put the kelly bed up and down. Very safe, with 4 coded gates and doors before the apartment door. Very quiet except for the little voices of the nursery school children across the courtyard. Comfortable except for the kitchen stool that made you slide off. Bedding could use an upgrade. Great location next to the new high speed metro line 14. A real plus. Cafes, stores and markets everywhere.

A real neighborhood with real people, lots of young families; not chic, but a charming up-and-coming area. Safe, lively, easy to connect to the rest of the city, and full of places to shop for food and daily needs. The building itself is lovely and would likely feel even more pleasant in warmer months, being next to the park. Quiet.The apartment itself is small. Comfortable for one person, OK for two. We were told the apartment was very warm and specifically asked about this so we could pack properly, but the promised heated floors did not work, and the space stayed cold throughout our stay. Great kitchen. Comfy shower.Everything feels like the cheapest version of itself and a little rundown. A broken bathroom shelf, an odd storage with a dog carrier in the entryway (if you have allergies, keep that in mind - dog hair is everywhere). The washing machine sort of functions (no dryer), but black clothes came out covered in lint and dog hair. The mattresses in the Murphy bed are very uncomfortable, the blanket/pillows are god-awful. Strange hair in the corners/shower, dusty; crusty forks in the drawer.The property manager is extremely responsive over text - helpful, detailed, available. The in-person check-in, however, was quite rushed (done by her daughter).These small (perhaps petty) issues accumulate into an unwelcoming impression. All in all: a budget experience at a more than budget price. Would I stay in the neighborhood/building again? Yes. Same apartment? No.

My apologies if the underfloor heating was not warm enough for you. The apartment has a separate heater that can be used. As to a broken tile in the bathroom, I am not certain what you are referring to as there is no broken tile anywhere in the bathroom. The apartment is always thoroughly cleaned prior to the arrival of a guest and prior to your stay no dog stayed in the apartment as I do not allow guests with dogs.

The Best of Paris

Staying in the 17th ARR. was the best part of our visit in Paris, you get to feel more submerged as a local and everything you need is in walking distance. We were able to use the metro successfully and get to know the locals and the various family owned businesses around. We would love to stay here again we would choose this place every time! and not just for the amenities. My friend and i were treated and greeted but the most polite people in a really sweet neighborhood, the people really look out for each other in a way we are not accustomed to in the states. Overall thank you to Luz and Maria truly an excellent team and the best of hostess. merci beaucoup et à bientôt ! we’ll come back speaking even better french. 😁😃

Good experience -I would stay again

This studio was perfectly organized. It had great storage so your items could be out of the way. The bathroom was really spacious for a studio and the shower was great. In addition, the location was perfect. There are two nearby metros and bus lines, and great food shopping. Tips: There is only a wash machine. The dryer is broken. I used the clothes hanger provided so not a deal breaker for me. There’s no full length mirror but you can use the glass shower door to get a glimpse of your full outfit. If you have any mobility issue, the toilet is low and there’s no grab rail. I used to travel with my mom a lot and this would have been difficult for her. Check out Rue Des Moines for covered food market and more great food options.

Little Piece of Paris

This property is very securely located about 2 miles from city center in the Batignolles area of the eco district. If you don’t want to walk the couple of miles to attractions you can easily Uber. The neighborhood is off the beaten tourist path, which really lets you immerse yourself in French culture. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people, updated nicely with a spacious bathroom and more than adequate kitchen. The bed is a pull-down and relatively comfortable. The pictures on the listing showed views from an apartment that are not this one…you cannot see the top of the Eiffel Tower from this balcony. Luz, the unit manager, was quickly available and answered a couple of calls with questions I had about working the stove and washer. The reviews for this unit stated that there was a washer and dryer. It conveniently has a washer but no dryer so we hung the clothes to dry and that worked. Luz advised on arrival that there was no AC but the weather was conducive to open windows and we were comfortable with that…until about 3:30 in the afternoon when the daycare outside the balcony let the 12-24 month old babies outside to play and the constant echoes of screaming and crying drove us from the unit until after 6:30 P.M. LOL. If we didn’t have a planned event, THIS was the perfect time for a stroll through the neighborhood shops. Overall, it was a nice stay and if not for the daycare issue, I certainly would have given 5 stars.

Hello Deborah, Thank you for your review. I have removed mention of the view of the Eiffel Tower from the VRBO website as once they built the apartment buildings across the park, my view was blocked. As to the washing machine, it does have a dryer cycle unless there was something wrong with it. I will have Luz check on it. As to the a/c, I also removed from the VRBO website its availability as the Condo Board of the building forced me to take it down....leave it to the French...if they cannot have one, no one else should. Appartement parfait pour visiter Paris

Excellent séjour ! Appartement vraiment très bien situé dans un agréable quartier peu touristique et sécuritaire. Tous les services à proximité. À deux pas de deux stations de métro. À distance de marche de bien d'endroits à visiter. Bonne communication pour accéder à l'appartement.

Gemütliche, schnuckelige Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Das Appartement ist klein, aber für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ist bester Lage, Metro und Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe und mehrere Velib-Stationen (Leihfahrräder) quasi vor der Haustür! Durch die offenbar vorzügliche Isolierung hört man gar nichts von anderen Mietern. Die Schlüsselübergabe verließ absolut unkompliziert und auch konfrontiert mit einem Schlüsselproblem wurde uns schnell und unbürokratisch geholfen. Fazit - wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden sie sofort wieder nehmen bei einem nächsten Besuch in dieser Atem beraubend schönen, vielseitigen Stadt!!

Fabulous Rental!

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! I stayed here with a friend and it is perfect for two people to enjoy comfortably. It has a good size kitchen and spacious bathroom with double sinks.It is beautifully decorated and everything was perfectly clean. It was truly a home away from home. It also has a small balcony with a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment has wifi and a phone which were wonderful amenities to stay connected. We did not use the washer dryer in the apartment, but it was nice to have one available to us. We felt very safe in the area where the apartment is located, even walking at night. There are several great restaurants, bakeries and markets within walking distance. I enjoyed that it was not located in the center of the overcrowded tourist areas. There is a metro stop right down the street which was so convenient and got us anywhere we needed to be without any hassle. I'd also like to note, that the owner or manager were available in case we had any problems. I am so happy we chose this rental and would highly recommend it for a stay in Paris.

Smaller than expected but attractive.

Easy access to the metro station was good as the studio was further from the center of Paris than we expected. Enjoyed our stay though and saw a lot of the city.

Fabulous Stay in this High End Studio

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay in this beautiful studio during our recent trip to Paris. We could not have asked for a better place. It was centrally located with easy access to the metro and surrounded by shops and parks. The apartment was fully equipped with new appliances and furnishings. Unforgettable Paris trip exceeded our expectations

We spent our 10 year wedding anniversary in Maria's luxurious and newly built 350 sq. ft. studio apartment located in the 17th district. The apartment was totally accurately advertised and furthermore we completely felt very safe, secure and comfortable. The well appointed clean and cozy apartment had everything we are accustomed to for amenities and we were pleasantly surprised to also have an umbrella and shopping cart and an AC adaptor included, as well as free wi-fi and international phone calls. (Winnipeg, Canada being our home country). We found the area to be close to all forms of transportation (Metro, RER train, bus routes, and even the self-service rental bicycle stand) for reaching all the major landmarks with a little bit of map studying . There was an abundance of multi cultured restaurants, french cafes and bakeries and grocery stores within walking distance. Not too far from our apartment we even discovered a farmers market over the weekend which we thoroughly enjoyed partaking in a true French experience of sampling various wines, cheeses, breads, etc. at the marketplace. Overall, we had an extraordinary experience in Paris and thanks to the proximity of the apartment, were able to witness the Eiffel Tower's light show and beacon light every night from our balcony. The property manager greeted us upon arrival and any and all communication with the owner was very responsive and helpful. Central Paris has more than enough to offer, but would highly recommend taking one full day to visit the visually stunning Palace of Versailles in addition to all of the other famous attractions in Paris. Should we return to beautiful Paris, we would not hesitate to stay here again, and would recommend this property to others.

The area of le Batignolles offers a fashionable inner-Paris enclave. A true proponent of cafe society, Batignolles is responsible for a class of residents known as “bobos,” or, bourgeois bohemians. The neighborhood’s penchant for open air markets, resplendent gardens, and cultivated class lends Batignolles a graceful intimacy that attracts visitors to this village in the center of Paris.

The award winning building and neighborhood are featured in the Paris Eco Walks website; New York Times' the architectural website, Archdaily; and were recipient of the 2016 GBCS Sustainable City Award.

Historically, during the 19th century, the area of the Batignolles had an active cultural life, and it served as a base for the painters, Édouard Manet, Camille Pissarro, Auguste Renoir, and Edgar Degas who lived and socialized here. They actually became known as the 'groupe des Batignolles'. The poet Paul Verlaine spent his youth in the Batignolles, as did the French composer and singer Barbara who resided in the area. Last but not least, the Belgian singer Jacques Brel, a resident of the Batignolles wrote his hit 'Ne me quitte pas' here.

Today, the area is newly fashionable yet offers a quiet village like feel. It is extremely dynamic as far as ecology and arts go. Between the rue de Legendre and the rue des Batignolles there are more than fifteen galleries and workshops. There is a covered food market a block away on rue Lemercier. The Saturday organic food market where Oscar winning actress Marion Cotillard is frequently seen shopping is just a few blocks away. Down the street is the Square des Batignolles, an English-style garden with gentle hills, a grotto, a river, a waterfall, and even a miniature lake. Here you can also find the locals playing boules. There is also the eco-sustainable Clichy Batignolles park which offers a variety of activities. Nearby there are highly rated restaurants, shops and the new number 14 metro line and bus stop just down the street. Lastly, the avenue des Champs-Élysées and the avenue de l'Opéra are each but a 20 minute walk.
