Perfectly located for easy access to metro, grocery stores, bistros, and shopping mall. Apartment was clean and convenient for my 2 teen girls and I. We loved the balcony overlooking the courtyard. Many nights we reviewed our day's experiences with wine and desserts purchased from dessert counter at the large grocery store 1 city block away. The metro is steps away. The Seine for river walks a few blocks. Great neighborhood. The elevated bed is quirky, but not an inconvenience.
My daughter and I wanted to stay at a location close to the Eiffel Tower and Olympic venue, and this spot met that desire. It is close to the Metro, so easy for traveling to different neighborhoods to explore. The size of this cozy apartment was perfect for us. A great time for our first time in Paris!
This was a great location close to food, groceries & good shopping as well as walkable to the Eiffel Tower! We loved our stay in Paris. Safe & cozy apartment for the 3 of us!
Aside from the bed, which could be difficult to handle over multiple days, the property great. The location is perfect. It has a kitchen, AC, and a washer for your clothes (youâll have to air dry your laundry). Overall I would recommend this property.
If you are looking for a good location this is it. Market is right downstairs from the apartment and the trains and Eiffel Tower are minutes away. My only concern was the bed it is a bit tacky, but if youâre not spending time indoors then itâs perfect. They had appliances and cookware for us to make meals at home. Overall we are happy customers. Thank you
Unit is in a large building in a busy neighborhood with a variety ov businesses. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.
TV service was broken; you could connect a laptop or phone provided you have the cable for it (a couple of shops nearby if you need to get one),
Kitchin well stocked with supplies. Stove is two induction burners; nice toaster-oven for other cooking.
Unit could use a good, thorough cleaning. The onsite manager was friendly and helpfu.
I was not able to enjoy this property because a medical issue required cancellation. Johno was very helpful in adjusting my deposit. I hope to get to the property reasonably soon.
I loved staying in this apartment. It was perfect for one person--compact but very well designed, with everything you need for a short or a longer stay, including air conditioning (much appreciated on hot nights!) and a washing machine. It's in a residential area of the 15th, but only a block from the metro and an easy commute from there to all the main attractions. And the neighborhood is full of restaurants and food shops, so it's lively without being touristy. I especially appreciated the balcony, where I had a glass of wine every evening and watched the birds flying in and out of the garden below. An oasis of calm in the middle of the city! Check-in and checkout couldn't have been easier. Highly recommended.
WE enjoyed a week at this property. Check in on Sunday was difficult (key left under mat under Property Manger's apartment). So, we self-checked in which was time consuming and tricky. Written instructions on how to settle in would have been most helpful, particularly on how to lower the bed from the ceiling location, closing of the persianas and operation of the TV and AC. A list of local restaurants and hours of local bakeries would also have been handy.
Otherwise, we liked the location and quiet of apartment.

Fabulous is the only way to describe the apartment!!! It was perfect for my husband and I. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The view from the balcony into the gardens was so French. The bed was another story. I chose the place for the bed and the washer/dryer.
The bed was Ohh La La. You have to see this to believe it, with a simple slide of a toggle you have the most comfortable bed you could imagine.
It took us a bit to figure it out the washer/dryer. Johno was only a text away to help us.
The apartment was 10 steps from the Metro station, which took us everywhere we wanted go in and out of Paris. The market downstairs was perfect. If you strolled straight up the street from the building door you were on a little street with 5 restaurants, a laundry, a bakery, 2 hair salons and the Metroplex.
It is a smoking building đ. The elevator was very convenient. We loved our stay. Thank you for a great Paris experience.đđ
We checked in late (11PM) due to delayed train from London. We ran into the Property manager on the way in as she was taking her dog for a walk, as she was letting us into the room she had trouble with the key opening the door but finally got it opened. We dropped our bags in the room and went to get a late dinner. When we got back at 1am the door would not open. We went to the Property manager's room and could not get a response. We tried for 30 Mins to get the door open with no luck. As a last ditch effort we called the apartment owner in the U.S. hoping for a remedy but his reply was "Huh....Well I have only had that happen one other time. I will get a locksmith out there in the morning.". We tried for another 30 minutes (with him on the phone) of pulling, pushing and generally beating on the door and finally got it opened. We went through this for another 4 days because he never had a locksmith come out. The TV in the room did not work when we finally did get into the room but by that time we just went to bed. The next evening when we got back to the room and beat and pulled on the door again, we wanted to relax and just watch the TV so we went to the Property manager (Had to ring her doorbell for at least 5 mins before she answered) and asked her if she knew how to turn on the TV and she just said "Nope" and shut the door. I than texted the owner and asked how to get the TV to work and his response was "not really sure what's wrong with it but it only gets French speaking stations anyway" . If you are like us and like to watch the News and see what is happening around you prepare to use your phone. In closing let me just say that when you leave your room with the thought that you may not be able to get back into it that evening, it is hard to not let that affect you.
Ideal location for all major sight-seeings in Paris
The apartment is small but well equipped, very quiet, looking over a beautiful garden. Eiffel Tower is in walking reach and the Metro station just around the corner. The supermarket is downstairs in the same building, which is very convenient, there is an underground car park and very many small shops, "boulangeries", Cafes, pubs and pizzerias around.
All in all a very good choice for a short stay in Paris.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern building with secure entry. There is a lift available that was very convenient. The apartment, itself, is fairly small, but was just fine for my wife and myself as we used it as our base for Paris sightseeing. We were worried about the bed, since it lowers from above and both of us are 6' or taller. However, the bed was very sturdy and suprised us with how comfortable it was. The apartment had everything we needed for a nice stay, including a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, washer/dryer, etc. We could not get the dryer to work, but it wasn't a huge deal and in fairness we did not reach out to find out what we were doing wrong.
The best thing about this apartment is the location to the Paris Metro station. It is literally just a couple of minutes to get on a train. The area seemed safe and we did not have any concerns during our walks through the neighborhood. You are also close enough that you could walk to the Eiffel Tower in less than 30 minutes.
We enjoyed our stay and would have no problem staying herea gain if we ever find ourselves in Paris in the future.
We enjoyed our stay at this property so much. It was in a really quiet neighborhood with a delightful bakery just across the street and walking distance to Eiffel tower. A metro stop just outside the building made it easy to get to everywhere else we wanted to see.
Writing reviews to me fits into two categories: either good or bad.
This a GOOD review!
My girlfriend and i had a slight hiccup with the check-in process. No big deal. Nothing to complain or write about.
Studio flat / apt was exactly as described and vey clean. The bed might have been a little awkward for some and too high when lowered but i didn't come to Paris from the U.S. to lounge around for two nights.
Place had all the amenities + great hot water temp for showering too which is a must for me.
Location was everything for too!
Magnifique!!!
