Fully furnished 1st floor condo(NO STEPS) is gated Montana Condo Complex in Silverado Ranch. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, granite countertops, ample storage, a pantry with washer-dryer. A large TV in living room for relaxing & dining area provides peaceful eating spaces. Stools at the high counter so you can watch another cook, lol watch TV while you cook. There is a work station airport style off the dining area. Guests use the sofa bed out in the living room. The primary queen bedroom includes a bathroom with granite counters & updated fixtures. A nice porch area to hang out in the shade for fresh air.
Many amenities to include: all year round heated community spa, exercise room, BBQ area, club house and amazon lockers. Guests have designated covered parking. Lease and ID required.Guest pays power/internet from deposit. Realtor Barb Eagan manages properties for Limestone Investments.
I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage. I love this job.
Favorite things: Bellagio Fountains & free Conservatory(millions of flowers), ebike Red Rock & kayak Emerald Cove. Petroglyphs at Valley of Fire, hike Red Rock Park, zip line downtown, Spring Preserves & Discovery Museum, helicopter tour to Grand Canyon, paddle boat tour of Lake Mead, the Hoover dam tour, GraviDy and Go carts, Neon Museum, Mob Museum, gun ranges, premium outlet malls &nature at the Wetlands.

Jim and I are both former Air Force and caught the travel bug while serving our country. We travel extensively throughout the year and for over 40 years. As we started traveling we learned a lot about places that we stayed, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay. As we started buying our own properties and manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas.
A funny stay we had in another country when Air bnb was new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard. Yukko, lol. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don't live or stay in the properties. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted.

That's a small taste of why I love this job.

I love being outdoors so the little covered porch, outdoor bar b q and sparkling pool areas attract me. Of course with many bar b ques it is lovely to have a work out room on site.
