The Space:
Welcome to our stunning waterfront retreat! This luxurious and spacious home is the perfect getaway for families, groups, or friends looking to relax and unwind in comfort. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this beautiful home can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. Private Lake AND Mountain Views!

Upstairs(main level), you'll find four elegantly designed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 each have a luxurious king bed and a convenient walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 and 4 feature comfortable queen beds and ample storage space in their walk-in closets. Additionally, downstairs you'll find Bedroom 5 with two cozy twin beds and Bedroom 6 with a king bed. For extra sleeping arrangements, there's a queen pullout sofa in the lower level common area.

Our fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, a Nespresso machine, and a drip coffee pot. It's perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying them in the dining area or outdoors on the patio. Speaking of outdoors, you'll also have access to a wonderful cornhole set, a wood-burning firepit with seating for cozy evenings, and a 7 person hot tub with Bluetooth speakers for ultimate relaxation.

If you're feeling adventurous, 2 paddleboards with life jackets are included for your enjoyment on the serene Allen Lake. Spend your days gliding across the water and taking in the breathtaking views. The property also features a private dock, perfect for fishing or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings. TONS of nearby hiking trails and white water rafting!

Indoor entertainment options are plentiful in this home. Kick back and relax in front of the 55-inch smart TV in the upstairs great room, master bedroom, or the lower living room. We have a record player + a few records for your use! Feel free to bring your own records to listen to as well :) For a cinematic experience, head to the movie theater area complete with a shuffleboard, screen TV, darts, and mini basketball. If you prefer old-fashioned fun, a selection of board games is included for your enjoyment.

This home is perfect for families with young children as well. We provide a high chair and pack n play, making it easy for you to travel with your little ones. There are also door chimes on every exterior door for added safety.
Bring your furry friends along for a small fee of $125 per stay (up to 2 dogs). We kindly ask that all dogs are crate trained and that you clean up after them.

As the sun sets, you'll be enchanted by the magical lighting throughout the property. The bistro lighting in the trees and around the fire pit area creates a romantic and relaxing ambiance, perfect for stargazing and enjoying the company of loved ones. Clear views of the stars at night!

No unapproved guests allowed overnight - only those who booked should be the only guests staying at the property.
Please note there are 3 exterior facing cameras at the property:
At the driveway, at the front door, and in the garage(which is locked for guest use). These cameras are solely to keep track of our cleaning services.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you
