Near your stay, get your boat in the water at the public boat ramp, swim with the manatees at King Bay, don your hiking shoes to check out Crystal River Preserve, or treat yourself to the area's local fare in Downtown Crystal River.

On days you'd like to simply kick your feet up and keep it close to your home away from home, step out in the beautiful backyard where a grill and firepit are ready to host many unforgettable afternoons and evenings.

Inside, your loved ones are sure to feel right at home. Movie nights can be enjoyed from the soft sofa in the living room and delicious meals can be whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen. Coffee lovers will adore the coffee station and family-style dinners can be served at the adjacent dining table, or alfresco in the backyard.

Each of the bedrooms is spacious, bright, and well-decorated, ensuring everyone's comfort. Additional interior perks include high-speed internet, a private washer/dryer in the garage, and central air-conditioning.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
