Comfortable stay in a great location

Our family has been staying at rentals in Provincetown and North Truro for almost a decade. This was probably the most spacious in terms of accommodating our family of 5. The location is great and we spent a lot of time on the beach, just steps from the door. There was plenty of storage space. The beds were comfortable -- we have a wide range of expectations when it comes to sleep comfort, from soft to extra firm and everyone slept well. Our host was great with answering questions.Check in was dead simple. We had a delightful stay and I would come back in a heart beat.

Perfect beachside cottage stay

We loved our long weekend at Jane’s cottage. The location is just south of Provincetown on a beach road beside Cape Cod Bay. The beach access is excellent (50-100 feet from front door) and the cottage is one of four units in a house. Jane was attentive and helpful and the space is ideal for a family, with an outdoor shower, grill, outdoor dining area and beach chairs/umbrella all provided. There’s a nice market just down the road and all of the amenities of Provincetown and the surrounding beaches are within a 10-15 minute drive.

Cozy Cottage on the Cape

Very pleased with our stay! The location of this cottage was perfect. Short ride into Provincetown and many beautiful beaches to choose from. The cottage was just as described and even more charming in person. Could not ask for a better hostess. Jane was quick to answer all our questions both before our arrival and sweet enough to check in with us mid week to ensure we had everything we needed. If you are looking to visit the Cape for the first time, this cottage will not disappoint.

Worth Every Dollar!

We have rented other VRBO properties in other waterfront areas . At first, we were not impressed , (...but we got there about 7:00 p.m. after 9 hour drive...) After 24 hours, When we were able to really get into the surroundings in the area this place was awesome!!! Thanks, ( whole heartedly!) 😍

Terrific stay in Truro!

This was our first visit to Provincetown and loved it. Our rental was perfect for the 5 of us. The local bus began running daily when we arrived and we were able to easily use this to get from the rental to Provincetown. The beach area was just a few steps away from the door. Beautiful views.

Great family girls weekend.

The perfect location and accommodations! Very sweet and charming decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, just bring your own food of course. The out door shower was a great treat and the beach divine.

Wonderful cottage by the bay & sea!

This cottage was perfectly situated between Provincetown and Wellfleet in the town of Truro. The cottage itself has everything you need from wonderful pots and pans to nice linens and beautiful comfy beds and couches. The location of this cottage is everything. You have the choice of 7 to 10 wonderful beaches right at your fingertips. You’re on the bus line if you don’t want to drive and the views and sunsets from this property are stunning. Property is directly on the waterside off bay and across from the dunes. Jane our house was super accommodating with excellent communication. There are Adirondack chairs onThe sand to watch the sunset and an excellent outdoor shower with hot water to wash the salt and sand off after a wonderful day out. This property was absolutely perfect for our girls getaway and would be perfect for any family. We will definitely be returning to this property. Thanks Jane for everything! ❤️

Sunset Cottage

The property is nice but the ad on VRBO is a bit deceiving as to the location of the unit. All the pics show the beach and deck of the rear units. The unit itself is lovely but street traffic makes it quite noisy. Also all the other units have regular Weber grills, our unit was supplied with a camping sized grill and we had to run out to the store for a propane tank. And lastly the previous occupants unplugged the TV and we couldn't plug it back in as it was mounted to the wall and NOBODY could fit their hand behind the TV ! On a more positive note...the shower has excellent pressure !!

Nostalgic week on the beach

The accuracy of the listing was misleading. The space is not a free-standing cottage, rather a house that has been converted into 4 smaller units. We were not expecting barking dogs and late night noises of all sorts from the floor above and in front of us well into the night. Otherwise, the unit was clean and well stocked. It could use some improvements in the lighting. Even with all the lights on, the unit is dark. The beach was beautiful and clean. Easy parking, close access to P-town, markets and food. The unit manager has been wonderful from start to finish. Overall, very happy with our week. We may go back next year!

Perfect rental

Our family really enjoyed this rental. It had everything we needed. It's not directly facing the beach but since the condo has chairs in the back it was great. We had a 5 month old, and although people were coming back from a night at ptown at 3am it wasnt too much of a disturbance. The beds were very comfortable and again the house was so well stocked. Cant wait to return!

What a perfect place

What a great vacation spot! The condo is designed so nicely, you can really tell the owner cares about it. Such a pretty and relaxing home. Very well equipped - we had everything we needed. Lots of small details that made the difference. Towel hooks right inside the door for beach things, well thought out storage in the bedrooms, shelves in the bathroom for toiletries, it seems like no detail was missed. Modern and fresh design was lovely - so many rentals are just old and tired looking. This place is a gem!

perfect beach house in perfect location

We can't rave enough about our stay in Truro this weekend. The cottage is perfectly sized for six people, and was very accommodating. Everything was clearly laid out for us and easy to use. Both the garden area in the front and the beach area in back were perfect. We brought our bikes and rode into Provincetown several times which was a nice, short ride. Despite not having great weather, we had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend booking here, and we will be back!

Perfect week in Trurto

Our vacation in Truro was beyond expectations. We arrived early on Saturday so we could get some food shopping done and begin to relax asap. When we got back from the store the cleaning lady was just finishing and walking into the space we immediately felt relaxed! The cabin is perfect for a week directly on the beach. The owner, Jane, has decorated it like something right out of a magazine, a quintessential beach cottage with everything you need to enjoy the stay. It's less than a ten minute ride to downtown Ptown, it's close to Truro Vineyards, which is a great visit, and down the street from tons of options in Wellfleet....if you bother leaving your own beach right in the backyard. The neighbors are friendly and working with Jane was a great pleasure. She is accommodating and simply wants to ensure that her guests have a wonderful time. I would stay here without question over and over again and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering it!

Charming cottage!

We had a great time staying at this cottage in Cape Cod. Great location, close to beaches and downtown Provincetown. The layout was comfortable and cozy and exactly as shown in the pictures. Jane was so helpful and responsive, right from when we booked our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, with every tiny detail thought of. We had a little trouble locating a laundromat, but when we did find it ( close by and conveniently located next to the grocery store), it was easy. We loved our stay here and will definitely want to do it again!

Clean, quiet

Brief, shoulder-season vacation. Interior as-described with nice island bar in kitchen. Off-peak travel date afforded a peaceful, quiet evening on the beach. Owner good with contact.

Plenty to do - or not to do- Truro is one of Cape Cod's finest locations for anyone wanting to truly relax.
