Kathryn we are glad you thought everything was great! We have tried to think of everything as virtually everyone forgets things when packing for trips. Our goal is to make our guests comfortable and stress free. We also don't want any guests wasting precious vacation time running for toiletries, etc. We agree the view from the balconies and living room is unparalleled! We want each guest's stay to be memorable and enjoyable and we personally walk the property before and after every guest to make sure everything is just right. We want to keep our unit beautiful & clean and maintain the "new feel". We take great pride in our unit with high quality furnishings, amenities and artwork. Yes this includes decorative throw pillows. We have included in the closets 2-4 luggage racks, hangers, closet built in upper & lower shelving and dressers for ample storage for our guests. Bedrooms also offer bedside nightstands, chairs, benches & ottomans available for placing throw pillows for those heavy packers who need the extra closet space. We also pride ourselves in excellent communication with our guests as you noted and leave our contact info and a hand written note for every guest. We just wish you had voiced any concerns you had during your stay or especially when we reached out to you so we could have helped you with them. We manage our properties ourselves and are available 24/7 to our guests and we are always a text or phone call away. We can also stop by to assist or send our maintenance man over if something is beyond our capabilities. We did appreciate the feedback on the lock as well. This is why we leave a manual key as well so people have either option available. Most people enjoy the keyless feature but not everybody. It can be tricky if not accustomed to using these so we do have extensive instructions in our welcome guide which we send to all guests. We also have instructions labeled on the door inside and out. In any event we appreciate you locking our place and using the manual key. Please next time do call us with any struggles that way a 30 second phone call could clear up any struggles you may have had.
