The Cedar and Pine units in the duplex provide privacy and flexibility, each with its own private entrance. These units are connected by a shared wall, so some sound may travel between them.

Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa.
Includes a kitchenette with a coffee maker, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster oven/air fryer.

The lofts in the main house and both units of the duplex are not for guest use. Please do not climb, remove, or move the ladders.

Additional Details
Provided Items:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels (please bring your own beach towels).
-A starter pack of essentials, including 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and 2-3 garbage bags.
-1 travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and makeup remover towels per bathroom.

Pantry Items: Due to health and safety guidelines, all pantry items are removed between guests. Please bring your own cooking essentials, such as oil, spices, and sugar.

Fire Pit: Guests must bring their own firewood.

Gas Grill: Available for guest use from April to October.

**Additionally, security cameras are installed outside the house for the guests and the property. They are subject to review if needed, but your privacy is our utmost concern. These are on 24 hours/day & 7 days/week and record audio and video and motion detection.**

A signed rental agreement and refundable security deposit are required prior to check-in.
