Si vous aimez la nature et les activités de plein air, optez pour des parcs d’État, des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée, de vélo ou de canoë-kayak à quelques minutes de cet emplacement idéal.

Cette charmante maison dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour préparer vos repas à la maison. Faites vos courses et vos achats au Piggly Wiggly, à une minute seulement! Si vous souhaitez faire une pause dans la cuisine, profitez de la grande variété de plats à distance de marche. N'oubliez pas un comté à ne pas manquer! Visitez Al Johnson's, à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons, pour un excellent petit-déjeuner et visitez les chèvres sur le toit!

La maison peut accueillir 6 ou 7 personnes confortablement avec une chambre et une salle de bain complète au niveau inférieur et 2 zones de couchage séparées avec une salle de bain complète au niveau supérieur, y compris un grand espace ouvert, un lieu de détente idéal pour les enfants ou les adolescents. Un lit de jour est disponible si un peu plus d'espace de couchage est nécessaire.
les draps seront fournis avec 2 serviettes de bain disponibles pour chaque invité. N'oubliez pas d'apporter vos serviettes de plage pendant des jours au soleil et surfer!

Après une journée d’aventure dans le comté de Door, rentrez chez vous pour vous détendre et vivre en toute intimité.

Great house in a great location

Loved staying in Joan and Dennis’s house in Sister Bay. Everything we could have needed was available and well maintained. The home is thoughtfully appointed and tidy! Would definitely stay here again. Just a 3 minute walk into town.

This beautiful house is in an excellent location with a 5 minute walk to downtown Sister Bay. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with essentials. The quiet location allowed us to drink our morning coffee while listening to the birds. One of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at. We will definitely be staying here again. We highly recommend this home.

Excellent property in great location

This place was perfect for us. Only a block from the main street of Sister Bay, and it was clean and comfortable. We had a minor problem at check in but the owner quickly responded and the rest of the trip was perfect. Big thumbs up.

Amazing rental in Door County!

The house was beautiful, super clean, well stocked and was a perfect place for our group trip to Door County! Dennis and Joan were such kind hosts leaving lots of thoughtful notes, recommendations, and treats in the house! It was a lovely stay and we would highly recommend!!

The property was as quaint as the photos. It was immaculate. There’s ample areas for family to gather, inside and outside. It’s a great location, walking distance to Sister Bay downtown and the beach. We had a great weekend!

Repeat visit - better each time!

This is our third time staying here with our family, it's starting to become a tradition with the kids. As in the past, everything was perfect and comfortable. The house is great for kids and even larger groups. The location is perfect, a 5 min walk to the main street in Sister Bay and has everything you need for a multi-day visit. The hosts are so thoughtful and welcoming and we really feel like we're at home when we stay here. Will absolutely book again and look forward to doing so!

Great girls getaway

Fantastic property walking distance to Sister Bay. The property has every comfort of your own home and is decorated beautifully. With several areas to entertain, rock on the porch and even have a grillout and cozy fire in the wonderfully lanscaped back yard. Stayed here for a girls getaway, the owners even left us fantastic local coffee, cute pink cherry mugs and delicious baked goods. Will be returning for sure!

Celebrating the 4th in Sister Bay

My family and look forward all year to our stay at this property. The owners think of everything, label everything and generally make our week-long stay a no-brainer. Fantastic location a mere half-block from the main drag through downtown Sister Bay. It’s perfect!

The house was amazing. Lot of updates and old world charm. Very clean and hosts very thoughtful they left an apple pie for us to enjoy. Also, very easy access to Sister Bay downtown so you can walk to places. We'd stay again.

We had a great stay at this property in Sister Bay, highly recommend!! Dennis and Joan made everything so easy and the house is in a perfect location. We walked to town and the beach everyday with our 2 little kids, and enjoyed the campfire with them at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

Wonderful place! Perfect spot to stay while visiting Door County area. Within walking distance to all the things to do in Sister Bay....which was nice! Fresh donuts and wine were on the table for us when we arrived.....a very nice surprise! Owners responded right away when we had a question. Thanks for letting us stay!

Peaceful house a short walk from Sister Bay Beach

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely and very clean house. Dennis and Joan are amazing hosts! We enjoyed the activity of Sister Bay and the peacefulness of the house and yard; it’s rather amazing the two are separated by only a short walk. One favorite activity was sitting on the front porch watching a monarch flutter through the milkweed while our kids played games in the yard.

Beautiful home and thoughtful hosts

Loved everything about this house and the hosts were amazing! The home is beautiful and comfortable. Location is perfect. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Sister Bay but just far enough off the main road to escape from the hustle and bustle. From the moment you walk into the house, you will feel the personal touches from the hosts. A lovely welcome gift, local coffee, big fluffy towels in the bathrooms and well stocked amenities just to name a few. Would definitely stay here again!

Late summer getaway

This house was very enjoyable for our Door County getaway. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the home. The owners were very responsive and welcoming, including fun sand toys for our girls and all the goodies to have s’mores at the fire pit. The house was equipped with everything we needed and perfect location to walk to all in Sister Bay. We would definitely book this property in the future.

Clean, Cozy, Beautiful home walking distance from all the fun in Sister Bay!

This home was exactly what we were looking for! The pictures and description are exactly as described and we couldn't be happier we stumbled on this special property! It was clean, well taken care of, comfortable and the owners are great to work with! The outside entertaining was just as fun with a fun outside table, fire pit and rocking chairs on the porch! Loved every second! Definitely look into this property if you want something within walking distance to all the fun downtown!

Great property!

We had a wonderful stay in Door County. The house was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well equipped with the essentials, and there were even a few extra touches like makeup remover wipes, coffee for the coffee maker, games for the kids, and even a “welcome” gift. There are indoor eating areas, outdoor eating areas, rockers on the front porch, well working newer kitchen appliances, a fireplace in the living room, and a washer and dryer … laundry basket and detergent included. We had four adults and two children in our group, but the space could’ve accommodated another one or two adults on the living room pullout, and/or another adult or child on the futon in the upstairs area. Don’t hesitate to book, the property is great!

Perfect spot for a family Door County getaway

My husband and I rented from Joan and Dennis, along with our two small children and my in-laws, for a long weekend in Door County. I must say, going into it I was a bit nervous because they were renovating the property and we would be their first guests, but they thought of every single detail and have a wonderfully updated property with lots of character in a great location to all that Sister Bay has to offer. The setup of master bedroom downstairs and then second bedroom upstairs with loft/third open bedroom where our kids stayed worked really well for our group. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch, playing their lawn games, grilling and dinner on the deck and a bonfire outside one night. We walked only a couple blocks to downtown Sister Bay every day to the beach, park, outdoor concert, restaurants, marina for a sailboat cruise, ice cream and shopping. We would love to return again!

Incredible property with everything guest focussed!

It is an incredibly clean and beautiful home with everything you need. We were greeted with a locally made by as soon as we walked in, along with a full kitchen with new applicances and everything you can think of for cooking (if you choose). They even provided coffee filters and along with so many other amenities. There was a bed for all 5 of us to sleep alone and the mattresses were comfortable and bedding was perfect. We even had the retro Ms. PacMan game in our bedroom! There were several places for us to relax for a girls trip. Living room has a big tv and gas fireplace. Two different tables to play games at. Outside we loved the front porch with rocking chairs each morning with coffee and waving at some locals and tourists as they went for morning walks. The patio and deck were wonderful places for us to hang also. So many great places to sit and enjoy. Tons of outdoor games and indoor board games. The decor is so cute throughout and we can't say enough about how clean and adorable this home was for our time away! Bonus is that it is walking distance (a block) from all of the action of Sister Bay which was wonderful. The owners were above and beyond welcoming and gracious from clear communication and kindness! They also have a huge info board with tips and suggestions for Door County and the home. So well done and no wonder all of the guest comment books are so full of love and enjoyment from their home. Will definitely use again if we return!

We love Door County! Growing up in Wisconsin, going to Door County was always a special experience. We are truly grateful to be able to share this experience with you! It is our hope you will create happy and lasting memories here too.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

As we enter 2022, we find ourselves busy with more upgrades and improvements! New kitchen cabinets and countertops were installed earlier this spring. New front porch flooring, new siding, and a new roof along with new exterior lighting all happened in 2021. We replaced old windows and luckily were able to keep all the antique woodwork intact. We look forward to sharing this charming bungalow with you!
