The area is extremely walkable with easy access to Columbus' main attractions, including 19th-century German Village.

German Village: A historic neighborhood located approximately 1 mile northwest, known for its charming brick houses, restaurants, shops, and cobblestone streets.

The house is a 5-minute Uber or Lyft ride from the Brewery District and The Book Loft, and less than 15 minutes from the Short North, convention center, OSU campus, and Park of Roses.
