This place is perfect! Great location, safe area. Parking is abundant and this place is perfectly appointed. No detail left out. Great TVs in every room, gourmet kitchen and new BBQ grill. Trust the photos and rent with confidence!

Beautiful home great location

This home is beautiful and was perfect to host my family for the weekend. The location is perfect and the 2 car garage was a bonus. The home has all the necessities, towels, cleaning supply, trash bags, etc… I would recommend and will book again in the future.

Far and away, our whole family agreed that, this was the nicest home we’ve stayed in on our travels. It was clean, quiet, very well maintained, classy, and had so many wonderful amenities and features. It was absolutely perfect. We only wish we could have relaxed there for a longer period of time.

Harrison West Weekend

This house was beautiful and spacious! A lot of outdoor space to take in some fresh air and sunshine! This property is conveniently located, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the Olentangy Trail for biking and walking! The VRBO is nicely equipped for cooking meals, was very clean, and furnished beautifully yet comfortable!

An incredible stay!

What an incredible stay on Columbus, Ohio! We were in town for a conference and from the moment we arrived to The Archie, we were off to meeting, but couldn't leave without documenting the beauty of this property and sending it to our colleagues. Aesthetic Property Group was professional and responsive. We were fortunate to meet with the team in person and hear about all their other properties and their plans to add more to their portfolio. Can't wait to return and stay with you all again next time. Well done!

Great Weekend In Columbus

We celebrated our 26th Wedding Anniversary with a weekend stay with family in this wonderful house. We flew in from Virginia and took a short Uber ride to check in. Location was key because we wanted to walk to the Ohio State - Nebraska football game and be close to restaurants and night life. This property checked all the boxes. Clean, updated and modern feel. Furnishings were on the higher end and we appreciated that. We celebrated Grand Style! From the Varsity Club, dinner in Easton and breakfast in Short North all were very close. Already talking about what weekend we will return next year. Maybe Ohio - Penn State weekend. Go Buckeyes! O - H

Top Notch Property in excellent Columbus neighborhood. Location is A close to Ohio St. and Short North and is in a cute tree-lined neighborhood.The house itself is spacious with a beautiful master suite (walk-out balcony, walk-in closet, and huge bathroom), an awesome kitchen and dining area, plus a great outdoor space to grill and watch TV.The family room is very cozy where we watched a few movies together and the bedrooms are clean with comfortable beds.Decor throughout the house is very tasteful with the exception of a throw rugs that need to be replaced.The only negative of our stay was the upstairs AC unit was out of refrigerant which was remedied quickly the following morning. Communication with Evan and his team was excellent throughout resolving this issue, plus check-in, and check-out.We will definitely stay in this property again and highly recommend it to others!

Great location. Convenient to restaurants, OSU and downtown. Nice house- lots of room! 2 car garage in back. Great backyard with patio and picnic table and grill. Host was very responsive. Stayed 10 days in June. Only complaint would be the air conditioning doesn’t work as well in the upper levels - but there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Would stay there again.
