We stayed in this home for a family wedding.

The view is beautiful. There is plenty of room to accommodate several family members/3 levels. Good location just out of the hustle of North Conway shopping traffic.

Great Rental for Familes!

Amazing home, the view is spectacular. Outdoor propane firepit, quiet neighborhood, 5 min from Storyland and less than an hour from Santa’s Village. Loved every minute of our stay here!! We will be back next year!

Beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our family vacation here. The location is so perfect since we went to storyland and spent most of our time in North Conway. The view and neighborhood the home is located in was beautiful. The only complaint was lack of AC in the summer, as it got quite warm. We had a great time 😊

Not air conditioned as promised and very basic furnishings

This property is advertised by VRBO as air conditioned but it is not. It has three noisy and low-powered AC units in three of the four bedrooms. The rest of the house is unpleasantly hot. The house has minimal furnishings, all quite cheaply made. Cooking was a challenge with few pans and supplies. There are no extras like games or book - it is quite bare inside. The location is not bad. WiFi did work.

Beautiful view, house needs a lot of work

We have stayed in several houses in the area. This house wins for best view but loses with all the other issues. No one responded to the issues with two calls to Vacasa. We were never told the fridge was broken prior to our arrival and arrived to find a mini fridge for 8 guests to share. The oven does not work would give an error and shut off. Several of the kitchen chairs were falling apart. The kitchen faucet was leaking all over the counter. Smoke detector was beeping all weekend in the living room. Keypad to the front door died during our stay. Basement slider had mold all around the floor and is musty smelling. Bed in the basement is broken. Would be a beautiful property if maintained.

Great spot but broken appliances and fees not expected

The house is beautiful and 6 minutes from story land. Sold. But when we arrived we found not all roooms were air condition. 3 of the 4 were and one of those window A/C units was broken. Now you have two small units to essentially cool an entire house that’s south facing with no shade. Microwave was broken, grill had no propane left and the deck was covered in deteriorating roofing shingles (surprised the roof doesn’t leak). The final straw was when I texted about my 4 year old leaving our tablet behind at the rental (we think) they said they were going to charge me $25 just to see if it was there. Yes, $25 non refundable even if they don’t find it. Plus shipping! I will never be staying at a “Vacasa” rental again.
