This home is part of Eidelweiss Village, a private, family-friendly community centered around Little, Middle, and Big Pea Porridge Pond in Madison. You'll enjoy access to five sandy beaches and a playground mere minutes away, all just 15 minutes from downtown North Conway and the iconic Kancamagus Highway.

Things to know:

No smoking indoors-designated outdoor area only.

No Pets allowed. Any violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

The home is not wheelchair accessible and there are stairs to enter the home. No events, parties or large gatherings

This home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Any violations of maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Security camera details: There are three exterior cameras: two looking down the driveway, one facing the side under the deck.

A "starter" supply of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry & dishwasher detergent, and trash liners provided. We ask that you purchase or bring your own for the duration of the stay.
