Ce condo au troisième étage en bord de mer au Kihei Surfside Resort est situé sur la recherché côté de l'océan de l'ascenseur, et le très convoité "2 pile", qui sont le plus proche de l'océan un condos chambre dans tous Kihei ou Wailea, et certainement l'une des unités les mieux situés au Kihei Surfside. Il a une vue spectaculaire de la cuisine, salon, salle à manger et la véranda. Il est l'un des plus grand, 1 chambre à coucher, 1. 5 unités de bain (680 pieds carrés). La vue sur l'océan et sa faune abondante est absolument à couper le souffle. L'unité entière a été rénové il ya environ 10 ans, et les propriétaires continuent de mettre à niveau l'unité sur une base annuelle, cette année l'installation de comptoirs de cuisine en granit, lave-vaisselle neuf, nouvelle construits sous forme de buffet espace bureau, cabine de douche en verre et un nouveau tapis. L'unité est propre, fonctionnelle et montre bien que l'intérieur est principalement de couleurs neutres.

La cuisine, salles de bains et véranda sont carrelées, tandis que le hall d'entrée, salon et chambre sont tapissés. L'ébénisterie est perlé chêne, et les comptoirs de cuisine sont en fait belle granit brun.

La cuisine de style de l'île surdimensionné est grand! Il est entièrement équipé avec des appareils blancs, y compris un réfrigérateur / congélateur avec machine à glaçons, cuisinière sommet plat, lave-vaisselle, four multi fonction micro-ondes, broyeur à déchets et une variété de petits appareils, y compris une cafetière, moulin à café, grille-pain, mixeur, cocotte, le riz bouilloire et mixeur à main.

Le salon dispose d'un lit queen size canapé-lit avec 2 confortables, correspondant à émerillon / baquets fauteuils en rotin. Il ya aussi un grand "TV LCD couleur de 37 à écran plat avec, DVR, et en stéréo. Et bien sûr, d'un ventilateur de plafond multiples de vitesse.

La salle à manger a une table en rotin ronde avec 4 fauteuils assortis.

La grande véranda privée a un verre de table de bistrot avec deux chaises fortement rembourré - un endroit parfait pour profiter de votre café du matin ou un dîner en bord de mer romantique! Les tortues et les dauphins peuvent être vus long de l'année, les baleines en saison.

Le hall d'entrée a construit dans le buffet / armoire avec espace de travail avec accès Internet gratuit à haut débit (Wi-Fi) et sans appels interurbains aux États-Unis et au Canada, et une commode avec 6 tiroirs.

La chambre a un lit king size, ventilateur de plafond multiples de vitesse et un coffre-fort de la sécurité numérique.

La salle de bain principale dispose d'une pleine grandeur, douche à l'italienne avec un construit en banc. L'appariement moitié de bain a été terminé à la même norme. Les deux salles de bains ont des toilettes Kohler.

L'unité est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles, draps et serviettes, fer à repasser / planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, des chaises de plage, serviettes de plage et une glacière. Parapluies, planches de bodyboard et équipement de plongée ne sont pas fournis, mais sont souvent laissés pour compte dans les unités par d'autres clients - aucune garantie. Une laverie automatique à pièces est disponible sur place.

Cette unité est un excellent choix pour les clients qui recherchent une spacieuse, extrémité supérieure, condo à l'aise avec un excellent emplacement et d'une vue dégagée spectaculaire de l'océan Pacifique et les montagnes de West Maui.

Perfect place to relax and an unbeatable ocean view. The condo was meticulously clean with very thoughtful amenities. Great location between Kihei and Wailea steps away from snorkeling and wonderful beach. Perfect stay, would feel lucky to come again.

Paradise home!

Absolutely stunning home & the view was out of this world! The place was clean & decorated nicely. You are feet away from the ocean, it is so relaxing listening to the waves. Our favorite thing to do this trip was watch the sunsets from the lanai. We got married “Maui’d”while we were here so we look forward to spending anniversaries at this condo!

Beautiful location

Everything was awesome, view, property, check in, air conditioning was a huge bonus. View was incredible. Other than there being an enormous dead cockroach in the shower when we arrived everything was good. Larry explained this happens they can fly in when doors are left open, we had literally just walked into the room for the first time so idk how that happened….I’ve been here over 25x in my life and never seen one nor did I see one again but just a heads up for those who are like me and unaware- don’t let it deter you this property is beautiful!

Great little hideaway

Location is unparalleled! Walk down to the best beach and stroll. BBQ on the lawn at night. People are laid back and overall a 10! Bring beach towels if you swim multiple times a day. There were only 3 tiny ones, so I bought more.Takes a while for things to dry. Be prepared for no AC- that's the deal. Turn on the fans, open the louvers in the master and the sliding door on the lanai and turn on the fans!(did I say that?) You get used it in a day or 2. Thanks so much, team :-)

We normally do keep 4-6 good sized beach towels in each unit, and occasionally they "disappear" so I really wish you had contacted us early in your trip and we could have provided you with more. I agree with you, It does take a day or two to get acclimatized especially with the temperatures running 10 degrees higher than normal for this time of year; but it sounds like you were able to experience the afternoon tradewinds by turning on the fans and keeping all the doors and windows open. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to have you back again. ~Rosies~

Great place with amazing views!

Staying at this condo was amazing. Check-in process was very easy. We didn’t really find the need to communicate with hosts much but found them to be proactive with information. The view was incredible. We had a car and were able to easily access most of the island from this spot within and hour (excluding road to Hana stops). Kihei area is beautiful and in our opinion much better than Lahaina which is much more touristy and we were trying to avoid the crowds. The bed was not the most comfortable but certainly acceptable. The only negative is the unit has no AC, which we knew before booking. However, it did get hot (we are cold sleepers) even with the fans and screendoors. Not a good enough reason not to stay though as we still slept fine. Having an extra half bath is now a must for our vacations! Definitely worth the stay!! If we’re back in the area, we’ll be staying here again!

Retirement Month in Paradise!

We have stayed at the Kihei Surfside for 35+ years and are VERY familiar with the facility as well as several of the units. This was our first stay in #305 but chose it as our kids had stayed there over New Years and loved it. We were staying for the entire month of April so wanted it to be perfect (of course). We found the unit to be very clean and well-maintained. It was very well stocked with all of the kitchen "wants & needs" we could think of. Towels & Linens were also in abundance. Beach gear included everything from sand-castle building kits to snorkel gear to boogie boards & beach chairs. We absolutely LOVE the community that forms around the BBQ area each night at sunset and the traditional nightly blowing of the conch shells. Every room has at least one and we figure most folks just don't know they can bring them down nightly and learn to blow them! Some of our favorite places include Kihei Caffe (best breakfast), 5 Palms in the Mana Kai next door (best happy hour), Monkey Pod in Wailea (voted best Mai Tai on the island), Thai Mee Up (behind the Costco gas stations in a food-truck parking lot with outstanding and affordable Thai food, Turtle Tracks - a new form of transportation that will take you to and from happy hours etc in an oversized golf cart for $3/rider, and a new car rental facility Kihei Car Rental that is local and about half the cost of the airport car rental agencies. The management at the Surfside is incredible. If you need something they will do there best to take care of it ASAP! We're already planning another month at the Surfside!!

Best location in South Kihei

Lovely time at this property and we’ll struggle to find anything we prefer more, indeed already enquired about next year. We’ll try for one floor up next time but simply because we preferred to be less visible to the 6am walkers on the lawn. One small area of tiling in the bathroom grout needed more attention by cleaning crew but I pointed this out to the cleaning crew at departure, they are lovely people as we’re the management team who are absolutely brilliant especially Dan. We opted to refrain from hiring a car on this our 4th visit to Maui and discovered the very efficient local air conditioned bus service! The pool is fabulous and the maintenance of the entire property outstanding. We loved the conch shell blowing at sunset! Larry was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We chatted to other tenants and most are repeat customers some returning to Surfside for 18 years.

We loved the property and our stay in 302. The onsite manager was great and free use of beach chairs for the stay was a huge bonus. I watched turtles from the lanai and the beach just south of the parking lot has a nice gradual entry which is perfect for the kids getting comfortable with the ocean. The only wish I had is for AC to be installed in the building. The kids and I were fine with fans and cross breezes, but my husband was melting. Granted, we were there for a particularly hot streak of weather. Overall, I'd definitely book here again (just maybe in the winter instead of August) and I'd definitely recommend unit 302. Don't care how small your family is, 2 toilets is clutch.

Incredible views, stays and just all around a great location!

The condo was in the best location we could have stayed for Maui. The town of Kihei was close, the beach adjacent to the property is walking distance and incredible (we saw tons of turtles) and the views from the condo were just stunning! Pictures just cannot do it justice. We had an amazing sunset every night and left the doors open the entire time to take in the oceans breezes and keep the condo cool. The pool was also a great bonus as it was heated and an easy way to cool down! Thanks again for everything Frank. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything you need. Close enough to town to walk in for dinner (or shaved ice). Excellent view. No A/C, but it was never a problem, the afternoon trade winds will cool the unit down well enough. Excellent beach next door past the Mana Kai (which we have rented at before... it's nice, but there is no reason to pay the higher costs to stay there, you get all the benefits of the nearby beach with less $$$ at a Surfside unit). The mattress on the pull out couch was incredibly comfortable. We usually worry about putting people on the pull out as they often are lumpy and uncomfortable...this one is amazing. Highly recommend this unit. Would definitely rent again.

The view from the Lani is awesome

Will definitely rent another unit from Rosie rentals. Definitely stay in units on 3rd or 4th floors for best views and in units ending in 01-03. If you can afford it or if you need 2 bedrooms, definitely stay in the 01, units, as the master bedroom faces the ocean also. The unit was updated nicely, although there was carpet in the living room and bedroom. The couch wasn't very comfortable either. The Lani totally makes up for the few petty things. He provides basic kitchen/BBQ equipment. The complex pool is nice and there are 2 BBQ's and a few picnic tables. There is also a putting green.

Best location and view in Kihei/Wailea!!!

The view of the ocean and coast is absolutely stunning. You can watch the best sunset in Maui from your balcony!! We loved having a spacious living area and kitchen and having 2 bathrooms. The king size bed was nice for room, but it’s an older spring mattress and I could feel the pressure points. I was so tired from exploring, it almost didn’t matter. There was plenty of towels and blankets and the bath products were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The location snuggled in between Kihei & Wailea was PERFECT.

Fantastic location!

Fantastic place to stay in Maui, I would highly recommend! The view of the ocean is spectacular. My husband and I stayed here in February, and we saw whales every day from the balcony. Just a few steps from the beach, and centrally located — can’t beat the location. The unit is clean, comfortable, and comes with everything you need. Larry was extremely responsive and helpful. 5 stars!!

Good but dated

Our view was fantastic! The location was perfect and close to the beach. However the unit smelled like wet dog and had smelly towels and not enough linens. Don't count on a goods night sleep on the pull out bed. Ouch my back!! The flimsy old mattress was full of spring coils that stick into your back.
