Le Royal Mauian est l’une des premières propriétés de Kihei Maui. Cette location en bord de mer à Maui est située sur la plage, entre les parcs Kamaole Beach I et II. Doté d'une piscine en bord de mer perché juste au bord de l'eau. Les terrains paysagers luxuriants vous invitent à vous promener à votre rythme, en profitant des alizés et du parfum des fleurs tropicales. Il y a un barbecue sur le toit et une salle à manger où vous pouvez voir des kilomètres. Les plages de sable blanc et la plongée avec tuba sont à quelques minutes de votre condo. AMAZING Condo!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our vacation. We had 2 adult couples staying in the unit for 10 days and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo is layed out perfectly, and had all the necessities that we needed. Location was awesome! Close to shops, restaurants and 2 amazing beaches! The only downfalls were: 1) we were not made aware that there would be construction above us. Power tools were loud, lots of noise!! Power was cut off 2x during our stay (not for more than a few hours each time) which was an inconvenience when you loose AC and having people enter your unit to handle some electrical tied to other units) 2) Way to many dishes in the cupboard. There was barely any storage for food. They need to rearrange some dishes in the unit to open up some more storage for food. We BBQ’d on the rooftop and witnessed the most amazing sunsets!! Other than those couple issues, we would recommend this unit.

Kihei Sunsets

Prime location right on the ocean in Kihei. Enjoy beaches on each side of the building, local shops right across the street, and watch the turtles feed every morning on the reef out front from the covered lanai. Comfortable beds with upscale linens and decor, and a fully stocked kitchen with more than enough plates and utensils for a family. The air conditioning in each room is a welcome bonus! The roof top bbq's and lounge area are an excellent place to enjoy the sunset while dinner is being prepared.

Honeymoon in Maui

This condo is gorgeous and in a great location! Everything was in great condition. It was only my husband and I on our honeymoon, but we loved the extra space. There was so many stores and restaurants within walking distance and within very short driving distance. Loved being close to the beach and absolutely beautiful sundry views. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place with amazing views in amazing location

My wife and I took our twin 22-year old daughters to Maui for a week and had a wonderful experience in all ways. This unit was fully renovated about a year ago and it shows as everything was updated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing as well. The walking score is a 95 with many restaurants, beaches and walking areas nearby. Only challenge was the master bath fan and fan light didn’t work and our experience with the property maintenance to fix it was a bit of a mess. But everyone involved was very friendly and accommodating. Overall an incredible place and we will plan to stay here again and recommend it.

A rental to make memories!

The first visit was back in October 2020, right when Hawaii opened up after the pandemic. My husband and I kept saying, "We need to bring the kids with us next time!" Fast forward to now—we finally did, and the rental was absolutely perfect for our family of five!The location couldn’t be better; it’s central to everything we wanted to explore. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to return every two years! If this rental is available, you can bet we’ll be back! The staff at the resort were incredibly kind and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. When we had a little issue with the shower, maintenance was there in a flash to fix it—talk about great service! I’m completely in love with this place and can’t wait to come back and create even more unforgettable memories!

This condo is so well thought out with every little detail to make our stay ultra comfortable. I'm a tech guy and really appreciated all of the technology (USB/AC outlets everywhere/power shades/smart TVs/high-end fans and Air Conditioning) and my family loved the cleanliness and luxurious features and finishes. The view is absolutely perfect for watching turtles and gorgeous sunsets. The location to excellent shops and restaurants just across the street is perfect. We consider ourselves blessed to have stayed in this piece of paradise. Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family! We hope to come back someday.

Ocean Paradise

We rented this condo in early April 2024 and were so impressed. The condo is extremely clean and organized, with everything you could think of. It was out first time in Maui, and the views were incredible! We loved hanging out on the balcony, watching the whale spouts and the sea turtles in the rocks below. It is right next to a beautiful beach, where we spent hours swimming and snorkeling with the turtles. We will absolutely stay in this condo again when we come back to Maui!

February 2024 Stay

We have stayed in many units in this building and this one is nice except for the following. The suggestion we have is to request that the kitchen be cleaned of excess dishes, glasses, oversized coffee cups, pots, pans, and utensils so your guests have room for food storage. In a unit that sleeps 4, do you need 14 double sized coffee cups, 40+ dinner plates, 40+ salad plates, 10-15 salad bowls, 6 large water pitchers, 3 or 4 of every known kitchen utensil on the planet? Every cabinet or drawer is overstuffed with enough to fill 3-4 condo kitchens. For food storage there is 1 small 6" x 30" hard to open cabinet between the refer and kitchen wall.. We had to store dry goods in the oven because there was no room for storage in the cabinets. Additionally, it's nice to have all the beach toys and chairs, but, if a 4 people don't need them all, there is so much stuffed into the closets, there isn't enough room for clothes. Hopefully, someone will examine this place and clean it out!

Perfect View

The property was very clean, kitchen well equipped and organized, updated and homey, communication timely, restaurants and shopping within short walk, between two walkable beaches, great area to snorkel, beautiful lawn and pool area. But, the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular!

An amazing Condo in a beautiful location

The condo is in a perfect place; idyllic surroundings that meet a convenient town. The condo itself is of a high standard, with every possible amenity available to you. The rooms are spacious, and well decorated; the beds are incredibly comfortable and the lanai has a perfect vantage point looking out over the Pacific that is simply breathtaking. This condo is the new standard of high quality. We loved every minute being there, and if you book it, you will too. There are restaurants, bars, and even a fantastic coffee/smoothie/shaved, ice hut directly opposite. There are restaurants, general stores and souvenir shops or within a short walk. The rental company, Rentals Maui, were simply brilliant. From booking right through to during our stay, they were on hand and available. Just before you arrive, you’ll get access to an app that has all of your accommodation details therein. It is such a handy way of organising your stay with the condo. A brilliant idea! Mahalo!

Convenient Location

The location of this place is amazing! Plenty places to eat and shop; and best of all, my family and I enjoyed walking to the beach every single day. The condo is very beautiful, clean, and well taken care of with a wonderful view and sound of the soothing waves crashing on the rocks. I definitely recommend this place. A small but manageable con, the dryer in this condo takes a long time to dry clothes/towels, so I recommend washing small piles. Overall, you will leave missing this place :)
