Le Royal Mauian est l’une des premières propriétés de Kihei Maui. Cette location en bord de mer à Maui est située sur la plage, entre les parcs Kamaole Beach I et II. Doté d'une piscine en bord de mer perché juste au bord de l'eau. Les terrains paysagers luxuriants vous invitent à vous promener à votre rythme, en profitant des alizés et du parfum des fleurs tropicales. Il y a un barbecue sur le toit et une salle à manger où vous pouvez voir des kilomètres. Les plages de sable blanc et la plongée avec tuba sont à quelques minutes de votre condo. Il est également très bien situé pour rejoindre les boutiques, restaurants et activités, tous accessibles à pied depuis la propriété.

Wonderful time in this until. Sunsets were fantastic. Loved the automatic curtains in the evenings. Well appointed space. The unit had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards. Everything you’d need for the beach.

Kihei Sunsets

Prime location right on the ocean in Kihei. Enjoy beaches on each side of the building, local shops right across the street, and watch the turtles feed every morning on the reef out front from the covered lanai. Comfortable beds with upscale linens and decor, and a fully stocked kitchen with more than enough plates and utensils for a family. The air conditioning in each room is a welcome bonus! The roof top bbq's and lounge area are an excellent place to enjoy the sunset while dinner is being prepared.

Absolutely amazing experience

We spent a week at the property in June and had an amazing time. Everything is so well thought out and the apartment is well equipped. Best vacation we’ve ever had. Loved hearing the ocean waves from the lanai and proximity to the beach. What a dream this place is!

Amazing place with amazing views in amazing location

My wife and I took our twin 22-year old daughters to Maui for a week and had a wonderful experience in all ways. This unit was fully renovated about a year ago and it shows as everything was updated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing as well. The walking score is a 95 with many restaurants, beaches and walking areas nearby. Only challenge was the master bath fan and fan light didn’t work and our experience with the property maintenance to fix it was a bit of a mess. But everyone involved was very friendly and accommodating. Overall an incredible place and we will plan to stay here again and recommend it.

Loved this condo!

We have rented many times at the Royal Mauian for its ocean view lanais and location in Kehei. U can walk to almost everywhere in the beach front areas. This condo is wonderfully decorated and extremely comfortable. Will definitely come again as I would love to see the whales someday!

Our second stay at the Royal Mauian, first stay at 410, it doesn’t get much better than here. The view, the home decor, the beaches a few steps away in either direction and the turtles! We will be back!

Great condo in wonderful location and very well equipped!

We loved the lanai and the views and the updated condition is wonderful. Very well equipped kitchen and the roof top grills were great. The only small issues were a toaster that needs to be replaced and bath rugs that could stand to be washed. Comfy beds!

Perfect View

The property was very clean, kitchen well equipped and organized, updated and homey, communication timely, restaurants and shopping within short walk, between two walkable beaches, great area to snorkel, beautiful lawn and pool area. But, the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular!

The best unit in complex.

This unit is the best unit we have stayed at in this complex. We have visited Hawaii 40plus times and can say this was the cleanest most enjoyable unit. The complex is the best location. Very grateful for owners for sharing. It feels like home.

Ocean Paradise

We rented this condo in early April 2024 and were so impressed. The condo is extremely clean and organized, with everything you could think of. It was out first time in Maui, and the views were incredible! We loved hanging out on the balcony, watching the whale spouts and the sea turtles in the rocks below. It is right next to a beautiful beach, where we spent hours swimming and snorkeling with the turtles. We will absolutely stay in this condo again when we come back to Maui!

Convenient Location

The location of this place is amazing! Plenty places to eat and shop; and best of all, my family and I enjoyed walking to the beach every single day. The condo is very beautiful, clean, and well taken care of with a wonderful view and sound of the soothing waves crashing on the rocks. I definitely recommend this place. A small but manageable con, the dryer in this condo takes a long time to dry clothes/towels, so I recommend washing small piles. Overall, you will leave missing this place :)

Fantastic Condo

My husband and I have been staying in Maui condos for over 20 years. Aside from the fantastic view, this is the nicest furnished, cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. In addition to the quality of furniture, the amenities of beach chairs, towels, skim board and boogie boards were well beyond what we expected and will ensure our future visits to Maui include this condo. Thanks to the owner- for doing it right!
