Issu d'une rénovation complète de l'été 2018, ce condo 1 chambre 1 salle de bain en bord de mer est votre paradis en bord de mer. Profitez de la sérénité de ce premier complexe de condominiums de South Maui, niché sur un promontoire entre deux des plus belles plages de South Maui!

Des finitions haut de gamme de notre maison aux plus de 40 ans d'expérience de Maui que les propriétaires apportent à votre planification de vacances, vous serez gâté par le voyage de votre vie. Notre maison est idéale pour une escapade romantique, ceux qui recherchent un peu de temps de détente et ceux qui souhaitent profiter de Maui à son plein potentiel.

Notre maison est parfaitement située entre les plages magnifiques et accessibles de Kamaole I et Kamaole II et offre une vue de première ligne sur le magnifique océan Pacifique. Nous offrons un hébergement luxueux et un accès en bord de mer à l'océan Pacifique à couper le souffle et aux magnifiques couchers de soleil de Maui! Venez vous détendre sur votre véranda, au bord de la piscine ou sur une pelouse luxuriante face à l'océan! Pour ceux qui souhaitent un séjour plus actif, il y a l'observation des tortues et des baleines saisonnières depuis la véranda, un accès direct aux plages pour toutes vos activités souhaitées: bains de soleil, baignade dans l'océan, course sur la plage et promenade.

Le Royal Mauian 308 est l'escapade de vacances idéale en bord de mer pour les couples, qu'ils voyagent ensemble ou dans le cadre d'une famille plus large ou d'un groupe d'amis. Nous avons également des contacts supplémentaires sur l'île si vous cherchez à réserver plus d'une unité, soit au Royal Mauian, soit dans notre autre propriété haut de gamme au Maui Kamaole, à 15 minutes à pied.

Cette propriété est gérée par le propriétaire par la famille Faris et fait partie de notre famille («ohana») depuis plus de 40 ans. We had such an amazing stay here for our honeymoon. The place was beautiful, super clean, and honestly even better than we expected. We completely fell in love with the area and already want to come back someday. That level of care stood out and made our stay even better.The location is ideal for exploring the island. It’s easy to head up to West Maui, venture into Upcountry, relax at the beaches just outside the condo or further south of Kihei, or make your way to Paia and the Road to Hana. Perfect vacation

The property is impeccable, modern amenities and not to mention the perfect location. The sunsets are perfect. The unit faces the trade trade winds, so you get a constant breeze thru, no need to use the air conditioning which is available. As a long time visitor of Kihei, this was my first time at this building, and this owner knocked it out of the park. Do not hesitate, stay at this unit, its magical.

Great location, great owner

This condo is like brand new, it’s clean, quiet and has everything you need. Easy access to Kam 1 & 2, perfect for sunsets and turtle watching from the lanai. Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. This condo does not disappoint, Kevin was definitely excellent to work with and we will look to stay here again.

Absolute dream!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible! The condo itself was so clean and perfectly located. It was even better than the photos! Kevin was so kind and checked in on us and was super easy to work with. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back. We can’t say enough about this place!

We love returning to this Kihei condo. It is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The lanai is perfect for watching whales and turtles and sunsets. The condo has everything you need for a beach day and the beach is just a short walk from the front of the complex. The hosts are caring and responsive and have great suggestions/recommendations. They make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Oceanfront Location

Just returned from our 6 week stay at this gorgeous condo. Directly on the ocean, amazing views of the ocean and Kam 1 Beach. Spacious balcony to dine and watch the whales. Central location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Kihei. Excellent communication with the host, seamless check in and check out procedures. We look forward to visiting again.

Ocean front in Maui!

Perfect condo for two! This property is so well maintained and the location is beautiful. Condo was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We watched dolphins, turtles and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We will be back!

Wonderful Vacation at a Great Location!

We had a wonderful two week stay at the Royal Mauian. You can't beat the location with ocean and beach views and many shopping and food options within easy walking distance. The property was clean and updated and came stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner Kevin was easy to deal with and he gave us a lot of great ideas for activities around the island. We will definitely consider booking it again for our next visit to Maui.

Spectacular Views!

This condo offers a full oceanfront view of Kamaole Beach Park I as well as amazing sunsets from the Lanai. Views from the rooftop patio of Haleakala on one side and the sweeping ocean view on the other are stunning. The condo is exactly as advertised, comfortable and very well equipped. We began creating many memories on Maui when a family member purchased this property 45 years ago. We've enjoyed family gatherings, holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, summer vacations all around this unit.
