Le Royal Mauian est l’une des premières propriétés de Kihei Maui. Cette location en bord de mer à Maui est située sur la plage entre les parcs Kamaole Beach I et II. Doté d'une piscine en bord de mer perché juste au bord de l'eau. Les terrains paysagers luxuriants vous invitent à vous promener à votre rythme, en profitant des alizés et du parfum des fleurs tropicales. Il y a un barbecue sur le toit et une salle à manger où vous pouvez voir des kilomètres. Les plages de sable blanc et la plongée avec tuba sont à quelques minutes de votre condo. Il est également très bien situé pour les magasins, restaurants et activités, tous accessibles à pied depuis la propriété.
Les réservations le jour même (l’arrivée est dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nécessitent un appel téléphonique à Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
Royal Mauian # 610 est au dernier étage de la propriété avec un accès étroit par ascenseur pour plus de commodité. Profitez des couchers de soleil tous les jours depuis votre véranda qui offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan ou réveillez-vous tous les matins avec vue sur l'océan Pacifique depuis votre lit California King dans la chambre principale. La cuisine complète est bien approvisionnée pour chaque repas ou promenez-vous rapidement dans quelques-uns des excellents restaurants situés à un pâté de maisons. Il y a une douche à l'italienne dans la chambre principale et un ensemble douche / baignoire dans la salle de bain des invités. Restez au frais dans l'unité avec le système de climatisation split récemment installé et puissant, avec des groupes de traitement d'air dans chaque pièce. Fantastic location for sunsets , turtle watching, activities on the ocean & people watching - all from our 6th floor lanaiProperty staff were friendly & very attentive to the property. Rental Maui were on our concerns promptly (only once).We hope to return!

Wonderful Stay in Kihei

My mother (70s), myself (40s) and my teen daughter stayed in this Royal Mauian condo for 13 nights in March. We had previously stayed in a different unit 10 years earlier. We had a wonderful time and would love to return again (but as Canadians this will not happen anytime soon).What we loved about the condo: * the views are amazing and we enjoyed coffee and fruit on the patio every morning. Perfect for watching turtles below, the sunsets are spectacular, and it's so easy to plan your beach/snorkel time as you relax here.* the location is perfect - lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We adore Coconuts, the bakery and so many more. Snorkel rental at Auntie's is so easy and friendly. My daughter and I walked the strip each evening, as it felt safe and friendly.* the A/C - this helped us sleep well each night. I am glad we chose a unit with A/C, as it also cuts a bit of the street noise out while you're trying to sleep.* the beds and furniture - everything was quite comfortable. Don't hesitate to choose this condo for your vacation; you'll love it and love Maui.

Excellent condo

Lovely condo with expansive ocean views. Clean and nicely appointed kitchen with spices and all equipment needed to make meals. comfortable beds and linens. air conditioning cooled the condo at night for comfortable sleeping if there was not an ocean breeze. didn't have much in the way of ocean "toys" (snorkels/fins) but can rent right across the street. did have chairs and towels for the beach and pool. rooftop deck is nice with grills, pool is lovely and well kept. walking distance to all 3 Kamaole beaches. there are excellent dining choices in walking distance as well as shopping options. We would definitely stay here again. (2 couples, 4 adults)

Comfort with a View

My brother and I had an excellent stay. The unit itself is very comfortable and well equipped. The building housing the units is well maintained and has nice amenities including plenty of parking. We spent much of our time on our own lanai, but also enjoyed the rooftop terrace where we used the barbeques and enjoyed the sunsets in the evenings. The location is great as you are right on the water with two great beaches on either side of property. There are also plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I also found the management company to be very friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

Beautiful condo and location

We have stayed at the Royal Mauian many times and find the location, pool, BBQ all great. This condo has spectacular views of the sunsets and was very comfortable and well stocked.

Wonderful Property!

We loved so much about this rental unit. The pictures of the property are spot on. You can hear the waves as you lie in bed and you can see the ocean from the living room and even the kitchen. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Beautiful Views and Perfect Location

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this condo. The place is exactly as described, very clean, and has everything you will need. We enjoyed falling asleep to the ocean waves every night. In fact, I’ve never slept better. It’s walking distance to many restaurants as well as coffee shops. We are already looking forward to planning another trip and staying there again.

Royal Mauian

This is the third year my Mom and I have spent a week at the Royal Mauain during winter. The location of the property is perfection...right on the water, easy access to both Kamaole 1 and 2, and whale and honu watching from the lanai. This unit is very well decorated, and the kitchen nicely stocked with all the gadgets you may need. The guest bedroom left a bit to be desired, and I opted to sleep most nights on the couch (thankfully I am on smaller side, couch does not open into a bed). Strange noise (pipes?) in guest bedroom every couple or minutes was so distracting. Neither closet has much space for guest's clothing, and guest closet doors are lying on carpet; not easy at all to open/closed door. It would be great to relocate huge vacuum out of that space. Dresser upon arrival had not been cleaned...lots of finger/handprints on glass. We will be back to RM for sure, not sure if we will return to this unit.

Unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and full kitchen. Complex is steps to the beach, great lawn and pool, and the roof top with grilling areas was perfect for a night in. The best was waking up in the morning to have a coffee on lanai to whale watch and then end the day with the sunset in front of you.

Walking distance to plenty of small food places, Auntie’s snorkel rental, and ABC market for the items you forgot. Very easy 30 minutes drive to airport. Much easier to do day trips from this location than the resorts on northwest coastline.Very clean unit w/updated fully stocked kitchen, including a few spices.Each bedroom has a king and were very comfortable. Not much storage in the MBR, one hanging rod with plenty of hangers, but no drawers or dressers other than the nightstands. We had to get creative for storing clothing they couldn’t hang. This drawback would not keep us from renting again, just a good heads up going in.The condo is situated in between 2 beaches and within walking distance to many be try good food spots, and is across the street from Auntie’s Snorkel rental and an ABC market for everything you could need they you forgot to bring.Everyone at Rentals Maui was super friendly and helpful.

Very good place to stay if in the Kihei area. This might be the best location in the area. We would definitely stay here again. The view is second to none. Comfortable room with nice amenities. Book with confidence. 5 stars

Awesome place

Had a great time staying here! The place was well kept and had amazing views of the sunrise and sunset right from our room/balcony. Close to several beaches and restaurants so extremely convenient to walk or a short ride to just about anything in Kihei. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
