Great for a group

Very clean and updated- kitchen and bathrooms were great! Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV and private bathroom which was a big plus. Convenient location and great for a group.

Worked well for our group. Nice to have a full bath for each bedroom. Convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping. Quick response from owner.

College Homecoming Reunion Stay

We booked this stay for our Wofford homecoming. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Gene was very responsive and helpful! The location was great and easy to find, we would definitely rent again!

A diamond in the rough

Great stay. Good location near plenty of shops and restaurants. Brand new indoor renovations are tasteful and have a European or Scandinavian feel. Plenty of private and shared spaces. Great layout and design all around. Exterior will be amazing when landscaping is completed. Wear boots now, muddy. Small issues with heat and hot water. Overall, we loved it and the host was responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back again and visit the coffee shot and grounds.

Great place!

My husband and I were in town for a concert and were extremely happy with the house. It was perfectly clean and smelled so good! This property is ideal for a group of people. All of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and access to outside with separate locks and codes. It's fantastic! It appears that they are in the process of working on the front yard. My only suggestion would be having some gravel put down. Other than that, I give it a 10+++, and will definitley stay there the next time I go to Spartanburg.

Disappointed

Inside looked like the online pictures BUT outside was disappointing. Torn screens on the house and duck poop all over the yard. We actually drove by a few times because the outside didn’t look at all like we expected. Not a lot of paper supplies and the TV remotes didn’t work. Owner said he would have AAA batteries delivered but never did. Towards the end of the stay I asked where to put the trash because the trash can was full. When we arrived, the man next door put trash/boxes in the can which didn’t leave room for our trash. Still waiting to receive a response from the owner. Water in the chapel farm ste was cold the entire stay and we never got a response from the owner about that either. Overall we were VERY disappointed with this house and will never stay there again.

Perfect For Iur Needs

We were in Spartanburg to lay my mom in her final resting place. There was 6 adults and 1 4 yr old. I LOVED that the only “breakable “ was a guitar that we put in the closet, away from the kid. Each bedroom is designed to also be a separate unit that shares the kitchen! We didn’t cook, but I did checkout the pans. The occasion was sad, but once we had a friend bring food and drinks, we had a ball in the house. The 6 of us sat around talking and laughing about old times. The only issue was the house doesn’t have a tub for younger children, but it does have a HUGE beautuful farmhouse sink! (We didn’t use it as a tub.) Love that we could wipe up spills. We would have swept and mopped but we couldn’t find supplies. This house does not disappoint! It is AWESOME and spotless!!
