Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed the overall layout of the home and found it spacious and comfortable. We’re sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Your visit took place over the busy July 4th holiday weekend during our peak summer season. Unfortunately, the guest immediately before your arrival left the home in much poorer condition than expected, including significant stains on the living room sofa. We were unable to have the upholstery professionally cleaned before your arrival because cleaning companies were fully booked for the holiday weekend. We have very few hours between guests to prepare the home. During that time, we work diligently to clean and inspect the property, but occasionally unexpected situations arise that cannot be fully resolved before the next check-in. While we strive to provide every guest with an excellent experience, we recognize that we may not always meet every individual’s expectations. When you notified us of your concerns, I personally came to the property to address the reported cleaning issues. The kitchen cabinets you referenced are not cabinets that guests typically use and had previously been used to store extra household supplies. Nevertheless, they were cleaned immediately once brought to our attention. Regarding the kitchen sink, the water pressure was lower than normal, but it was not reduced to a trickle. The sink remained fully functional and suitable for washing dishes and normal kitchen use. Because the issue occurred over the holiday weekend, we were unable to have a plumber come out until after the weekend despite making every effort to do so. The plumbing issue has since been resolved. Regarding the refrigerator, we sincerely apologize for the leak you experienced during your stay. We understand how this may have affected your experience. We were not made aware of the issue at the time, and had we been informed, we would have addressed it immediately or provided guidance and support to help resolve it as quickly as possible. We also appreciate you bringing the dishwasher, and outdoor cushions to our attention, and these items have either been addressed or added to our maintenance schedule.
