Welcome to our private escape in North East Mesa! Located right near the 202 for easy access to all local amenities, this beautifully-updated property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the breathtaking backyard, enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a pool, fire pit area, putting green, shuffleboard court, and more. You'll find yourself just a short walk away from a local park to go enjoy the outdoors. The home itself has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, plus thoughtful design touches throughout.

This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our business line is available between 7am-7pm every day, and we are also available for emergencies only 24/7.

We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the cities of Phoenix or Scottsdale but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

Gathering for a memorial

A group of us stayed there while attending a celebration of life for a high school friend. The house was quite comfortable and big enough for all of us to have our own room. We spent most of our time around the tables in the yard and the kitchen. Overall it was pleasant and in a very convenient location. Our Mesa friend said it's a good neighborhood. We had a few challenges but the maintenance man replied promptly.

Great bedrooms. Back yard could use some lounge chairs. Pool table is in rough shape. Was a great house for 4 families to gather. Wish the pool would have been heated - my bad for not noticing that wasn’t an option.

Fun and Relaxing for all

We had a great time with family as we met in Phoenix for our daughter’s graduation. We had everything we needed in the house and was close to fun activities. The outdoor space was great and the beds we very comfortable.

Fun Time!

My family and I had a great time! Loved the Shuffle court and the putting green. Would have liked them a lot more had I won against my brother. Family loved the kitchen as well. We will be back!

The backyard is not great, and the pool was cold so we didn't use it. The house was nice and we had a goo trip.

Okay stay

The house fit our needs for the most part, however the property maintenance needed work. Adequate kitchenware/towels, bath towels and no soap in one bathroom?! The listing displayed lounge chairs and more in the backyard however there weren’t many. Palm trees are dead and need trimming. Otherwise an ok stay!

We had a great time staying at this house - the layout works great with the communal indoor and outdoor spaces. Very clean, well organized, and clear communication from the property management company. It would be nice to check-in early - it was hot waiting outside until being able to access house at exactly 4pm

Great location and features

The rooms were very comfortable, eveyone siad they slept very well. The room with the bunk beds is located down stairs and were full size for adults. We loved all the features of the house, from the pool table to fooze ball, thhe swimming pool and mini golf outside. The livingroom was spacious enough for a big group as well. We will definitely be returning next year for our Salt River trip because it is located right at the entrance of the park.

Property overview

Our stay was for an entire week. The house size, quiet neighborhood and location was perfect for our stay. The park down the street was great for little ones. Overall the house was satisfactorily clean. It appeared as though it was recently remodeled but there were a couple of minor items incomplete. Would be happy to share in private so they can be addressed before your next rental. The kitchen could use some additional items. There were no baking pans or cookie sheets, no wisk or mixer, only 1 large pair of BBQ tongs no smaller ones for kitchen use, the knives were pretty dull. These items would have been handy. Both propane bottles were empty, only a very small amount of dish soap and 3 trash bags were left. Since we were there for a week we provided our own but suggest replenishing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Welcoming place for family

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Getting to have all of our family staying in one place was great before our wedding! Additional lighting by the pool and game area would be nice but we still enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Thank you for letting us stay!

Pros and cons

For us, this was a perfect location, directly in between the family we were visiting, and right off the 202. This house allowed us to host our parents while having a "kid friendly" place for our littles. I wouldn't say the house was spotless by any means.... There was a layer of hair across every floor in the house. You could easily see the hair on the floor in the bathrooms. When I moved one of the area rugs in the living room (after I stepped on it and almost went flying), a dust ball of dirt and hair flew everywhere. There was garbage on the floor around the couch and in between the couch cushions, as well as a half eaten corndog in one of the upstairs bedrooms. When my grandson dropped the TV controller between the wall and the couch in the living room I had to move the couch enough to retrieve the controller. I'm sure I was the only person to have swept under the couch in easily several months. It was absolutely filthy. There was a tan creamy substance, what looked like peanut butter, on the half bath's faucet and mirror the night we walked in the door. But we were most bothered by the fact that the 5th bedroom, the "game room" for the kids where the 2 sets of bunkbeds are, was not indicated as the garage anywhere in any of the listings. The door from the laundry room to the game room did not stay open, so that we could see and hear the kids at all times. The game room has an exterior door leading directly to the backyard, where the unfenced pool was accessible to our young kids, including a 2 year old. And the hot water heater is also standing in this room, with nothing to keep curious little people away from it. The pictures are taken in a way so that you can't tell this room is actually a garage, that there is another door, or the safety risk of the exposed hot water heater. When I booked this property my only concern was the dangers of having a pool with a house full of young children. I assumed the back door would have appropriate locks to minimize the risk of kids getting out and drowning. But having a door in the kid's room and game room leading directly to the backyard pool greatly intensified that fear, and lack of sleep. And having the water heater as an accessory in the kid's room was flat dumbfounding. We didn't appreciate the intentional dishonest description of the property. For adults and trustworthy teenage kids, this property is great. If you have any young children, this is *NOT* an ideal property to stay.
