Designer furniture and light fixtures, white kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, tile flooring, vaulted ceiling, game room. Stepping outside, you will be amazed by the desert landscaping, a deep diving pool and a putting green. There is even a kid's bedroom for the younger guests. This home has it all for families and big groups.

The space

Entering the home, you will see the game room on your left. It features a billiard table, dartboard game on the wall and mini bar. Your vacation starts right here with a glass of wine! Cheers!

After the game room, you will find the hallway to the left and hallway to the right. Let’s explore the right first. The first room on your right is the movie/bonus room. It is equipped with a Full HD movie projector supporting 4K/4P/4D Keystone/Zoom/PPT, compatible with phone/laptop/DVD/PC/TV. An Amazon Fire Stick is connected to the projector, you can watch your favorite shows on Netflix, YoutubeTV, Hulu whichever subscriptions you have(please see house manual for operation instruction). This room has completely darkened window treatments and a barn door that you can enjoy your whole day watching movies in here. The couch is a pull-out couch that can turn into a bed for extra guests.

Across the movie/bonus room is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed. The black and gold accent makes a chic look.

After the movie/bonus room and the guest bedroom, it is the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room all in one combo. The kitchen has white shaker cabinets with rose gold handle pulls that were selected by the host for the special touch and white stone mark granite countertops with a generous size island with bar stools. The kitchen is full stocked with handheld blender, non-stick pots and pans, and other essentials. You and your guests can cook in this gourmet kitchen while entertaining other guests in the living room. The dining area has large bay windows with a round marble table with 6 seats. Adjacent to the dining area it is the living room. It has a 65” 4K LED TV, designer couch, coffee table and accent chairs with the fireplace in the background. If you feel like playing some music, you can connect your phone to the Marshall Action III bluetooth speaker and play the music you love. I forgot to mention the kitchen, dining room, and living room all have views to the pool and the backyard!

Turn left of the hallway after the game room, there are the 2 guest bedrooms, master bedroom, and the bathrooms. One of the guest bedrooms next to the master room is the kid’s bedroom. The tent bed, moon chandelier, tree stump table and chairs, and cactus bookcase are fun for our younger guests. There are well loved toys from the host’s 3 children hoping these toys will continue to bring joy to more children staying at this beautiful home. The other guest bedroom has 2 full size beds with memory foam mattresses. The end of the hallway you will find the french door open to the master suite. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom with a standup shower and a garden bathtub. A king size cloud bed with high quality memory foam mattress, leather night stands, a lounge chair, ceiling fan and a 65” 4K LED TV.

Exit the french door from the living room, you are entering the highlight of the Mesa Oasis Arizona desert style backyard. Cactus and desert plants surrounding the sparkling deep diving pool and the 4 holes putting green. There is a good size outdoor dining table set, fire pit, and lounge chairs to enhance the sunshine outdoor living. Picture yourself getting tan by the pool or having a cookout by the pool with your families and friends definitely will be memorable moments for life. If this is not your thing, there is a hidden patio by the putting green, it will be a great spot for yoga or just having alone time to read a book or meditate. This home has a lot to offer you and your guests!

For liability purposes and city of Mesa short term rental license Ordinance 5734 only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times. Any disturbances and illegal substances will result in fines and removal from the property.
