Welcome to your Oceanside oasis, a stunning 2,600 sq. ft. beachfront retreat that promises an unforgettable stay. Nestled along the beautiful California coast, this 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom oceanfront condo offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and coastal charm for families and friends alike.
Each of the four spacious bedrooms features a king-sized bed and its own
private full bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The inviting
living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day of
adventure or accommodating extra guests.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Brew your morning coffee with the Mr. Coffee maker, or step outside to the outdoor BBQ grill for casual seaside dining. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces, where panoramic doors showcase stunning ocean views.
Step outside to experience true coastal living. Unwind in the private spa on the
rooftop as the ocean breeze drifts by. The rooftop deck is perfect for morning
yoga, sunset cocktails, or stargazing under the night sky â all with sweeping
views of the Pacific Ocean.
This pet-friendly retreat includes all the essentials for a seamless stay:
high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating for year-round comfort. Whether youâre sipping coffee at sunrise or grilling dinner as the sun sets over the waves, this Oceanside retreat delivers the ultimate beachfront experience.
AC:This home is equipped with a modern mini split air conditioning system,
offering individualized climate control for each room. Itâs quieter and more
energy-efficient than traditional units, allowing for precise temperature regulation
without sacrificing comfort.
Parking - this property comes with 2 assigned underground parking spaces. We also provide electrical charging stations.
Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
