The queen memory foam sleeper sofa provides sleeping for 2 when needed. Fast WiFi ensures that you can stream your favorite shows, make lightning-fast video calls, and stay on top of email during your stay.

One full bathroom attached in the bedroom. Modern finishes and soft towels provide the perfect environment to refresh and renew after a day spent exploring and adventuring in our lovely city. Features a large tub/shower combo. Thoughtfully stocked and comes ready and fitted with the essentials you need for your stay.

The kitchen area with built-in dining space to enjoy with family and friends. With a fully stocked kitchen, delicious meals are easy to prepare during your stay. There is even a dishwasher provided for your convenience- something that’s not so common in a history downtown apartment.

No smoking on premises. There is a $750 smoke remediation fine. By renting you agree to this rule and that the charge will be enforced.
