Cette maison est située sur le 4ème trou du parcours Arnold Palmer à PGA WEST. Vues spectaculaires depuis le patio arrière avec piscine privée, spa et barbecue intégré. Maison de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain avec un plan d'étage ouvert et spacieux. Grande salle avec cheminée et centre de divertissement avec son surround. Cuisine gastronomique avec comptoirs en granit et électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Plan d'étage divertissant avec des sièges pour 8 personnes, un réfrigérateur à vin et un bar avec évier. La chambre principale a un lit king ainsi qu'une grande salle de bain principale. La salle de bain principale a une baignoire spa à jets, une douche et deux lavabos. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen. Toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat. Private Guest Casita a construit un bureau, un réfrigérateur et deux lits jumeaux ou des lits jumeaux peuvent être transformés en un lit king-size. Garage attenant pour 2 voitures. Fabulous home!!!

From the incredible views, the big horn ram viewing from the hot tub. The fully stocked kitchen and the phenomenal location- this home is beautiful! The communication with the property manager, Debbie, was unmatched from any rental that we’ve been in. Every little concern was immediately taken care of and resolved. Can’t imagine a better place to stay while in Palm Springs!

Ideal Month in PGA West

Location and property is great in La Quinta. The outdoor setting with the view of the mountains was particularly nice. The weather for March was unseasonably cool throughout (mornings and nites) so having the gas fire pit and hot tub was fabulous. The Property Manager was outstanding … great communication and responsiveness. We’ll be back.

3 month stay - read review for details

Home is definitely in need of some updates and tlc. The best part about this property was the property manager, she is fabulous. The worst part is that you can’t make phone calls. The house has no cell service, you need to walk out into the street to make a phone call or use cellular service. The house is dark, the pool and backyard get a little morning sun but it gets shady and cold out back midday. The furniture is comfortable in the main living area. The beds are very uncomfortable, the linens and blankets are in need of updating. The house does have nice common area space and the master bedroom suite is huge. The second bedroom and casita are very small. Walls are paper thin, and every sound travels throughout the house. The kitchen is a decent size but the refrigerator holds very little, the oven is awful and the dishwasher is coming out of the wall. Overall, the house could be great with a little bit of updating and fixes. The location is nice, Mountain View in the backyard is beautiful, the bbq is great, hot tub is ok, but never gets really hot... For a week stay or shorter the house is fine. Any longer than that you will start to get frustrated with all the lack of quality that can make all the difference. Hopefully the fixable things get fixed sooner than later.

Spring Break Retreat

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. It was just a great rental. It has all the comforts of home with everything you could possibly need. The view and outdoor living space is fantastic. We just loved the house and the property manager was so nice and easy to work with. I would definitely look into this home again. You can't go wrong with this rental in my opinion!

Excellent home

The property was very comfortable. It was well supplied with dishes, glassware, utensils, and paper goods. Living room furniture was supper comfortable. The dishwasher worked fine but shows some wear and tear. (We may have forgotten to run the last load and we apologize if that was the case.) Highly recommend this to our friends.

Best Equipped Rental

The view of the mountains is wonderful and the pond just right for family fun. We particularly appreciated how well equipped the kitchen is -- ready for any cooking project. Communication with the rental agent couldn't have been better.

Wonderful home and host. Exactly as advertised

We had a fantastic stay. The views of the golf course and mountains were beautiful, the house was immaculately clean and comfortable, and our host was very responsive. We had a great experience and hope to be back soon!

Great house for our Mid-Winter break vacation

We had a wonderful time at this house while school mid-winter break. The house is beautiful and as described in the listing. PGA West is a great area with connected guarded communities. It is like a pristine island in the desert. A great perk was to ride the bicycles (in the garage: one private, four to use for guests) through the community passing by the golf courses, it takes quite a time to see everything. Even though the golf course at the house is private and members-only, it is less than a 5 minute drive to the two "public" (while still being world class) golf courses within PGA West. I played with my son both courses and it was a blast! The pool is great (and nicely heated) and it was quite difficult to get the kids out of it... BBQ on the patio was yummy and the evening view at the slightly illuminated mountains was gorgeous. If you want to go out for Dinner, the old town of La Quinta has some very good restaurants. The reason why we actually came to La Quinta this week was the horse show in Thermal for our daughter - should we go there again next year, we will definitely rent this house again. Debbie Behlman from Windermere who is managing the rental process is great to work with and very responsive and helpful. At our departure, our daughter forgot her jacket in the house and even before she had realized this, Debbie had already called me and mailed the jacket back home.

PGA WEST STAY

This was our 4th or 5th stay at this house and as usual it was awesome!! Great location and well maintained, full of amenities and property manager was and always is able to assist in any way. I would recommend this to friends and family and will definitely stay here again.

Great vacationing home!

Perfect spring break! The weather was perfect, the golf was perfect, the view was perfect, the wife and daughters told me the shopping was perfect, the restaurants were over-the-top perfect, and the accomodations were PERFECT! Wish we could have stayed until things thawed out back home, we will be back!

Great family holiday!

Our family had a great week at the house - a perfect break after a long winter. The house has a great location in PGA West and superb views from the pool and patio. The house is well supplied with all of the tools and technology you need and is ultra clean and well maintained. The agent was very easy to work with and made check- in and out seamless and straightforward.

Perfect retreat from the Polar Vortex!!!!

This home is absolutely perfect for overall cleanliness, design and layout. The kitchen, baths and furnishings are all top notch. The pool and spa are in the backyard overlooking spectacular mountain views and we could not have been more happy with the privacy. The outdoor grill is perfect for grilling. Shield's Date Farm (famous date shakes), Ralph's grocery store (2 locations), Starbucks (also 2 locations close by) and some great restaurants in La Quinta Village are all a quick drive from the PGA West community. There are also plenty of stores and restaurants along 111. We highly recommend Pacifica on El Paseo and the Cork Tree in Palm Desert. We will definitely return to this beautiful home the next time we are in the desert. Debbie Behlman made the whole rental process a breeze!
