Settlers Park is a short drive for some outdoor fun, and another 5 minutes will lead you to lively Downtown Boise. Explore Ann Morrison, Hyde Park, or bike along the scenic greenbelt. And when the summer sun is hot, don't miss Barber Park for a relaxing float down the Boise River.

The Space:
Inside, discover a fully-equipped kitchen and a family room with a sprawling sectional and a generous 65in smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights. Upstairs, a comfy King suite, three queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with four queen beds await. Enjoy the convenience of a garage and ample driveway parking.

Plus, there are added amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. Work comfortably in the dedicated office, lounge on the coziest couch, and savor your morning brew at the coffee bar. Laundry is a breeze with in-house facilities. And when hunger strikes, fire up the BBQ in the spacious backyard. We had a nice time with family!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The beds were really nice and there were plenty of towels and blankets! The host was attentive to our questions and needs.

Great for family gathering

This location worked perfectly for our large family gathering, proving enough bedrooms for adults and a big bunk room for the teens. The house was clean and had everything necessary for cooking/eating. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we return to Boise.

Beautiful, clean, amazing

You walk in to a beautiful clean home. We were very comfortable there felt very homie, roomie, my family had plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful neighborhood felt very safe. It was close to everything we needed but still far enough away to feel like home

Great Home!

We had a great weekend and this home was perfect for our family. The open concept downstairs made it so we could all be together! Very accommodating for all of us. Lots of towels which is always important. Amenities were just as stated in the description. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to those traveling with a big group. Traci and Kylie were great hosts!

Great Family Time

We gathered together with our two children and four grandchildren for a long family weekend in Meridian, Idaho. We visited extended family who live locally. This house was beautiful, well maintained, very clean and it included many of the comforts of home. There was plenty of room for the ten of us. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We would definitely enjoy staying here again for future family gatherings!

Bday Trip

My coworkers and I went down for the Dierks Bentley concert! We loved the house! Plenty of room for couples and singles, and space to lounge! Very nice new home. The owners spared no expense. Nice beds, pillows, comfy couch! If you're traveling with a big group I highly recommend this place!

Great house!

The living room and kitchen area were amazing, open and lots of room. Only complaint is I asked for more sheets via text and they said they didn't have any. But other than that amazing property.

Family Gathering

We were in the area for my daughter’s wedding. We needed a place big enough for all of our family. This home was beautiful, clean, plenty of rooms/sleeping options, and near everything we would need or want. Other than the body wash dispensers that they have in the showers being empty it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the BBQ and the seating area in the backyard…we enjoyed everything! Thank you for providing this beautiful home. If we are ever in the area again we’ll be back!!
