1 - No grass in fenced area, however there is a park with loads of grass right outside the front door.

2 - We are committed to staying up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. If booking outside the Airbnb platform, you may be asked to complete our independent verification and verify your details to complete your booking.
We want you to enjoy your stay so we won't bother you on your vacation but we are available if you need us. We will communicate regarding any visits for lawn maintenance or if there are any other details you need to be aware of. We encourage you to reach out if there is something that would make your stay more comfortable and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Our home is equipped with a keyless smart lock to allow for easy entry and security. Completely close the door and press the lock button to ensure the door is locked when leaving.

• Sleeping for 4 with 2 twin beds on the bottom and a full size bed on top. Manufacturer recommends no children under 6 on the top bunk with a 250 lb. weight limit.

• A sleeper sofa is provided for additional sleeping or a place to lounge with a good book

• You are welcome to park in the attached 2 car garage. 2 additional vehicles can park on the driveway.


• Free parking is convenient with 2 spaces available in the attached garage and 2 on the driveway. Please do not park on the access street at the end of the driveway but additional parking is available on the street to the east of the home at no additional cost.
