Welcome to our prime location 1 BR condo! The large windows in this 1-bedroom unit offer mesmerizing sit down views of the bay. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and also features large windows with water views that provide a relaxing waking experience. There is one bathroom with shower only and a studio sized kitchen. Access to this unit is a sliding glass door. Coin Laundry right outside your unit for convenience.

Our condo is ideally situated just a few steps away from the bay and the park, making it an ideal choice for families. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy nightly fireworks provided by Sea World, adding a touch of magic to your evenings!

For relaxation and adventure, take a short stroll on the boardwalk to the Catamaran Hotel, where you can indulge in a spa treatment or rent bikes, kayaks, and more. In addition, you'll find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and a convenient corner store within walking distance, ensuring you have everything you need nearby.

To make your beach experience even better, we provide boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys. And when it's time to fire up the grill, we've got you covered with a BBQ. Stay connected with our free Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Perfect location as we were nestled in and right on mission bay. Loved making a cup of coffee and walking from the kitchen and walking 21 steps and being on the sand. Great place to sit in the evening with my toes in the sand, a beer in my hand and watching the sunset too. We went to relax and relax we did.

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO. It was most excellent to see all the activities on the bay from the comfort of this condo. Seeing the sailboats on the bay was awesome. Coming from Canada, we were concerned about not having air conditioning, but the breeze off of the bay is real. We were comfortable the whole time. Would recommend.

Our whole family loved the house is well organized, clean and has the perfect view to relax. Kitchen fully equipped for families, we really enjoyed staying here! Walks to the beach very close and bay front for kayak and paddle boarding was great for us. Love it would highly recommend !

Beautiful location!

The condo is amazingly located right on the bay and really close to the beaches. It’s quiet, but also full of activities. Shannon, the host, is wonderful and very quick to respond. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great beachfront with beautiful sunsets

We had a fantastic stay at the Penthouse! The views and sunsets were great and there is a great beach paved trail right outside the patio! It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Perfect place for our family to gather and spend time exploring San Diego. Close to Sea World, Zoo, Mission beach and plenty more!! We would definitely stay again.

perfect location and lovely unit right on bay!

Although the manager has far too many rules and regulations, the unit was just as pictured, lovely and great location. Plenty of room!

4 out of the 5 units in the complex are vacation rental units. We have in place certain rules to make sure that everyone in the complex is enjoying their stay. The main rules are that there be no loud partying or loud music, no smoking in the units or balcony, and that there be no more than the allowed maximum amount of people that each unit allows. The vacation rentals are for families to relax and enjoy the beach and water, and we find having these rules makes it enjoyable for everyone.

Comfortable and Spacious

The property was in the perfect location for an event we were attending. The patio on ground level made it even better with beach and walking path access. The unit was very clean and well maintained.

Great location

This property has a beautiful location on the bay. There is a great walking path along the bay, and it is easy to cross a street and be on the Pacific beach. There is easy access to groceries, restaurants, and bars. Kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms/baths are as advertised.

Bay Side View

Nice small one bedroom with all the views of Mission Bay side. Wake up with coffee on your patio and the piece and quiet of the area. Enjoy the miles of boardwalk right outside your doorstep.

Nice little condo

We liked this location and the owners are super cool. Cute vibe to the place. The only comment I have is it could use a deep clean. The walls, baseboards, under the beds, the walls and floor by the toilet (😬) need a good scrub.

Beautiful location, good value

Overall this condo made our stay in San Diego very enjoyable. There were a couple of hiccups, but the property manager was quick to address them. The kitchen could benefit from some more equipment (rubber spatula, better can opener, more cookware and bakeware, aluminum foil) but it had the essentials to cook meals. We did enjoy the bbq on the patio. The cleaning staff left just as we were checking in and it smelled and looked clean. We did find some trash left from the last renters under beds and in drawers, but nothing major. Can’t beat the location right on the beach. 10 minutes to sea world, 15 Minutes to the San Diego zoo, 15 minutes to old town and 15 minutes to the airport. Overall good value for our short trip!

The View is Amazing

The property is very centrally located to various activies in the San Diego area. Easy in and out. The location on a very quiet beach was amazing just across a side walk. A little confusion at check in but all worked out well. The few negatives were the property grounds themselves were poorly maintained and needed some updating and paint. The condo itself was nice but kitchen is very small for large groups of people It is definitely kid friendly!! I would say we would stay there again because of the view and location . The other things were not so important as to not go back. Thank you, Peggy
