You’ll have access to:
- The spacious sleeping area with a premium king-size bed (super comfy BedGear pillows + hotel-quality linens)
- The cozy living area with a pull-out queen sofa bed (perfect for extra guests)
- A fully equipped kitchen — stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker (with pods provided), and counter space to actually cook or prep
- The full bathroom with a deep tub, sliding glass door, soft-close toilet, hair dryer, and stocked bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion)

Before booking our Pacific Beach studio, there are a few important details we'd like you to be aware of to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay:

Shared Walls - Please note that the studio has shared walls with neighboring units. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for both you and our neighbors.

Zero Tolerance for Parties - Our studio is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment.

Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood - We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment.

No Smoking - For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property.

Guest Limit - The studio is designed to accommodate four(4) guests comfortably. Please adhere to the guest limit to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Check-In and Check-Out Times - Check-in is 3PM. Check-Out is 10AM. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please ask us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Surveillance: There are security cameras on the exterior of the property and located in the shared laundry room to ensure the safety and security of everyone on the property.
