As you enter the property, you'll find yourself on the ground level, greeted by an inviting living room, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The open floor plan allows for seamless interaction among guests, whether you're preparing a delicious meal or lounging in the comfortable living area. The large windows offer breathtaking beach views, ensuring that the natural beauty of the surroundings is never far from sight.



On the ground level, you'll also find a convenient laundry room and a full bathroom, complete with a shower. This ensures that you have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay without having to compromise on convenience.



As you make your way to the second floor, you'll discover three bedrooms, each providing access to a beachfront balcony. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and a twin bed, accommodating up to three guests. The ensuite bathroom boasts a tub and a separate shower, allowing you to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of beachside adventures. All bedrooms on this floor have access to a beachfront balcony, offering a tranquil spot to soak in the panoramic views and savor the gentle sea breeze.



The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and a twin bed, while the third bedroom offers 2 Queen size beds. Both of these bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for a restful night's sleep. A hallway bathroom with a separate shower serves these two bedrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. The property sleeps a total of 10 guests.

Some minor maintenance required on home but overall cannot beat the location for awesome family get away.

Excellent stay. Communication with hosting company was prompt and easy. Painless check-in and check-out. The property was clean and well represented by the photographs. We enjoyed the first level open floor plan with patio doors opening to covered seating and the pool and the beach just a few steps down from the edge of the patio.

The house was perfect for our entire family. The space was good and the views were beautiful. We loved that it had a pool and hot tub. Had an issue with heat but management was easy to work with and got it fixed right away. Would have been nice to have a few extra kitchen essentials but overall worked out well. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Vista Mar property for the holidays. The view is beautiful and the house was spotless. And best of all the management company was top rate with great communication to make sure our trip was perfect and it was. This was my retirement vacation. We had 2 other couples join us and it could not have been better. The home was perfect. And, to wake up and be able to walk out onto the beach for our morning walks was amazing. After sitting in the sun and watching the dolphin, it was great to be able to walk up from the beach and relax in the pool as well. The home is close to restaurants and shopping so that was a plus. Communication with the rental staff was great. And if we needed anything, they were just a call away. It was one of my best vacations!

Great location and the house was nice and clean. Beach chairs were rusty and house did not provide any plastic cups to use on the patio and around the pool. We had to buy our own.

You just can't beat the view and the beach access!! House was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the property manager was very friendly and helpful. Could use a few updates, otherwise a great house. If we ever decide to travel back to Redington we would love to stay here again!

We had an unforeseen property maintenance issue delay our move in, however, Beach Time rentals worked to get us into another temporary location and then into our booking as soon as possible.

Beautiful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Vista Mar. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. We had my older dad with us and he wanted to stay somewhere with easy beach access. It was perfect for that. We could walk a short distance and have our toes in the water. We had a couple hiccups in our stay, but management was helpful to get it resolved. I will say, that if you pay to heat the pool/spa, there is a schedule that only allows them to be heated for short increments. We had a lot of trouble with the spa heat and it required a lot of coorespondence/problem-solving on our part. We spent a disappointing amount of time with a cold spa. The house was clean and maintained, but the kitchen was poorly stocked with things -- there were NO mixing bowls (none!), not a single rubber spatula, not a single turner (for flipping pancakes or eggs), not a single cooking sheet (we had to use a roasting sheet) and only one 9x13 pan. So, we struggled making food at the house. The grill was nice and functional and it was nice to have a counter-top ice maker. The washer and dryer worked great as well and we appreciated having a dishwasher. It was also nice having shampoo/conditioner/body wash in dispensers in the showers. The location was nice for having a super Wal-mart 10 minutes away.

Talk About Views!

From the moment you walk in the door, the beach views will take your breath away. There was plenty of room (and then some) for our girls getaway. The bedrooms were spacious and they all had ocean views. The kitchen was big and had all the things we needed to prepare meals and hang out. There isn't anything more we could have wanted from this home except to stay longer. We have decided we will definitely be coming back!

There are a few things that need updating like the hammock outside and a lounge chair but that’s no big deal because there are so many other places to sit. The location is perfect! And the beach was beautiful! The house was spotless and loved that we could do laundry there! If you want a place on the beach to stay this is your best bet!

Great Beach

We had two of our grown children with us, along with their babies. We were out on the beach every morning in our pajamas with our coffee, watching them play in the sand. What a dream.The house was clean and well maintained. Some of the decor was on the older side, but the beach...We would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful View

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and view are very nice. This was our first time booking through a site other than vrbo/Airbnb so we were a bit nervous when we didn't receive check in directions until a couple of hours before arrival. You have to call/text the house manager for updates and check in procedures. The property was lovely but close to public beach access so many people were situated right in the backyard view.

Best location! Views are amazing!

This was a great property for our family! 3 adult couples had plenty of room!!! The large Kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Beds are comfortable! Master bathroom is large and has a walk-in closet. The decor could use some updating. But the views throughout the home are spectacular! We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai listening to the serine sound of the gentle gulf waves! Steps away from the beach!! In a residential area of Redington Beach so it was literally like having a private beach!!!! The management company was second to none! Top notch!!! Amazing communication! Absolutely wonderful family vacation! I highly recommend this property!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking company was fabulous but the property was less than expected and especially for the price the location was great but the house has issues and needs updating also the house needs to be stocked with cooking utensils so don’t plan on doing much cooking if you stay I’m also going to point out that there was only 1 tv in the house and on rainy days with kids this is not enough

Excellent Beach Adventure

Reviewer Comments: Vista Mar is directly on the beach so we felt as if we had our private beach (not too crowded as this strip is all private homes vs buildings/resorts).We had chairs/umbrella/cooler delivered/picked up by BeachVibes so that was very convenient.The house itself is very comfortable and has been updated in a few areas. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view. The strangest thing was having the shower/toilet together upstairs instead of the toliet/sink together. The kitchen was nicely stocked and beach towels were provided. There is a K-cup and drip coffee machine. We left some K-cups, and ground coffee and there were quite a few filters.One improvement would be more bath towels - we barely had enough for 6 guests and needed to launder them so would have been nice to have more instead of having to fit in time to wash them.We did use the trolley to go to John's Pass and there are places to walk but most are anywhere from .5 to 2 miles so not too bad. We also had a car and drove to Clearwater Beach for a day - nice to have the chairs/cooler to take with us.We had a few issues with the property (no hot water until mid-second day) but property management was quick to respond and worked to get fixed as quickly as possible. The drip coffee maker broke and another was delivered quickly. The portable ice maker and ice in the fridge did not work - we let them know.Overall, we would go back to this property.

Stay away from this rental!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is disgusting. There is mold growing on the vents. Every dish, cooking utensil and pot or pan we pulled out was filthy and we had to wash it first. The tub didnt't plug up. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and the ice maker on the counter top was also not working. The ceiling fans on both the upper deck and lower patio are grossly rusted and squeaking, 2 of which don't work at all. The patio furniture is unusable as I fell out of a chair twice due to instability of the wicker. The dryer won't dry. I have severe asthma that was in a flare the whole time we were there. When I contacted the property manager to address the issues, I was given kind of a brush off as she showed up the day before, unannounced mind you, and talked to our kids who told her everything was great. We didn't talk to our kids about the issues with the home...why would we? So I was asked why nobody said anything about it the day before. Fast forward, we were told someone could come to clean the vent and repair the other items or we could leave in the morning by 10 a.m. with a refund for the remaining 3 nights since we would have had to stay 1 more night. Trying to move 5 adults and 5 children on a whim was not something we were prepared for so we stayed. I requested for air purifiers which they complied with. But the other items were NOT fixed. The vent was wiped off with a rag. A rubber plug was bought for the tub which still drained. 3 fans were replaced after I left. We spent money for ice each day. Additionally, we couldn't use the yard at all. It is full of prickly stickers everywhere. Make sure to bring water shoes or always where shoes when walking in the yard. I would never ever recommend this property or property management company again. It RUINED my vacation and I just wanted the company to move us to another property or fix the issues. I'm heartbroken. This was to celebrate my brother after he took his life. He was a surfer and this place is special to us.

You checked in on a Saturday and upon receiving your concerns on Tuesday night, we took immediate action to address each issue. The AC register with mildew was cleaned within 12 hours of your report, and new ice makers, a tub plug, and air purifiers (which were never used) were promptly delivered the following morning. Additionally, ceiling fans have been replaced since your departure. Regarding the condition of the property, being situated near the beach in Florida does entail managing humidity levels, which can sometimes lead to mildew in coastal climates. We have maintenance protocols in place to address such issues swiftly upon notification. We regret any miscommunication regarding your options for relocation or early cancellation. Our priority was to ensure your comfort and safety, especially given your health concerns. We offered alternatives, including an early refund and solutions to improve your stay.
