"Serenity By The Sea" est une maison de ville de 3 étages qui vous coupera le souffle. Les chambres sont situées aux deux niveaux supérieurs et chaque niveau a son propre loft. Le 3ème étage a une table de baby-foot et une salle multimédia pour toute la famille ou un groupe d'amis.

Le premier niveau comprend une charmante cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des armoires personnalisées et une cuisinière à gaz. Une grande salle à manger et un salon spacieux s'ouvrent sur votre véranda arrière-cour. Vous y trouverez une piscine étincelante, une aire de pique-nique avec un barbecue, un hamac, des chaises confortables pour se détendre et, bien sûr, la belle plage de sable blanc!

Great beach gateway

Took our mom for her birthday, and had a great time. The place was big enough for 8 of us and the views were incredible.

Great Get Away Rental!

This was a great vacation property - it was extremely clean and very well stocked in a nice Key West/beach style right on the spacious soft sandy beach. Master bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the property and the owner was very easy and pleasant to deal with. The dolphins made regular appearances and the sunsets were great.

Quirky beach house with an ideal location

We loved the location of this place. The house setup is kinda strange and wouldn't have a lot of privacy for multiple families, but it worked great for our girls' weekend.

GREAT LOCATION / GREAT VACATION

Property was clean and description accurate. Wonderful location directly on beach. Wonderful views with pool. Well appointed kitchen and comfortably decorated. Owners were very nice and very accessible/accommodating. Great vacation/Great location/Wonderful time.

Serenity was the appropriate name!!

Loved it! We will be back! View of the Gulf was breathtaking. There was a full moon glistening on the water, stunning.

Wonderful house and location!

Perfect vacation in paradise!

We throughly enjoyed having the convenience of having the beach and pool in such close proximity to the beach house. My two small children would go back and forth all day pool and beach and it made it a stress free vacation, thus maximum enjoyment was achieved. Additionally being from Tampa I can attest that Sunset Beach is still a hidden gem within our Gulf beaches. Love it!

GREAT HOUSE!

Great House! Clean and well maintained. More space than I expected or needed. It was great. We appreciated all the beach items including chairs, toys, and boogie boards. Highly recommend!!

Million dollar view

We enjoyed our weeks stay. We would welcome staying again because of the location and the view.. The unit itself was outdated.. needs new king mattress and pillows and window blinds, among other things. The outdoor deck railings need replacing. Upon arriving, found a dead rat in the middle of the garage. In the kitchen, a live palmetto bug and tiny ants.

Loved the location. Not too touristy. Beach not too busy. If you get some chairs from the garage and put them out early, others will put theirs elsewhere and maintain your view of the beach. Be careful at the top of the spiral stairs as the sub-floor is caving in. Other than that - great stay.

Fabulous beach, responsive owner

Beach was wonderful - shallow entry to gulf - you can wade way out in the water. Sunsets were exquisite. Home has an extraordinarily well equipped kitchen and very adequate bedrooms and baths. Overall, home is a bit tired and in need of maintenance, but it did not interfere with our enjoyment of the beach and area. Several maintenance problems arose while we were there (HVAC did not work, oven did not work, pool leaked), however, in each case, the owner responded promptly and repairs were made.

Awesome Beach Vacation!!

Beautiful beach home with more then enough room for our family. Spending just a week was not long enough for me. The beach was practically right out our back door. The pool was perfect for the kids to play and swim after a long hot day at the beach. Once we went food shopping there was never any reason to leave and go anywhere, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. However when we did go exploring there was Saint Johns Pass we also ate at Sea Hags restaurant and it was very good. There is more then enough to do and explore around this area! We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful beach home and will definitely stay again!

We had a great time. The place was wonderful

We had a great time. The place was wonderful. The beach is beautiful and we even found a huge starfish. The shade around the pool was great for an afternoon break from the sun. My daughters said we should stay for 2 weeks! Treasure island is beautiful and is convenient to go to the Aquarium, Zoo and easy boat rentals. The house has all you need from the kitchen to beach towels and chairs. Suzann is great to work with and very responsive. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us. We plan a return visit. Great beach spot

The location is phenomenal! The house is very well equipped & clean. It is not a fancy house, but for a beach place it was perfect. The biggest negative point is all the stairs and lack of adequate hand rails. We had toddlers in our party & it was difficult to carry/help them negotiate the stairs. For older children & teens, it would not be such an issue. It was great having the pool to use after the salt water. We would love to stay there again when ours toddlers are older.

1st family vacation

My husband, and myself life a stressful business first life here in Ohio. This was the first vacation we have taken since we were both young. Now I can not imagine a year without at least one. The property was immaculate, and can not be described in words. The location was ideal and could not have been better maintained. I would highly recommend this property to all familys. We hope to experience the same vacation in the new year, and hope others choose wisely as well.

Great location with everything you need

Our family stayed here for a week-long beach holiday, and what really made it special was the direct beach access and the full suite of toys, appliances, and gear. My 2 year old was able to play with beach toys, we had ample beach chairs, and even boogie boards. The beds were comfy and overall we had a great stay. Joanne was easy to communicate with. The room layout was a little challenging for our large group because you had to go through certain rooms to get to others, leaving less privacy. The decor was definitely a bit dated given the price, but it didn't really hinder our enjoyment. Showers and AC all worked great. Would definitely stay again.

It is showing wear and tear and for the price I think upkeep is needed.

The location is fabulous and our overall stay was great. The townhouse was clean and they had plenty of towels and beach supplies. I would strongly recommend new outdoor furniture be bought for the lawn. I was pretty shocked at the poor condition of what was there for me to use. I stayed here 3 years ago and there has been an obvious change in the wear and tear. But overall we had a great time and the location is very nice!

Proximity to the beach is fabulous

We felt like the property itself was a little off from the pictures. It is small and a bit awkward layout. The only beach chairs (that were supposed to be in the garage to carry to the beach)were damaged and unusable so we had to buy our own. The pool was very sandy and used a lot by the other family in the duplex so we didn't use it much. The Very very best part was the view and easy access to the beach. It is literally right out the door and we absolutely loved that and the views. The sunsets were amazing!!

Beach House Heaven

This is a beautiful home that you can tell the owners love. Very nicely decorated. You will love the table in the family room. Great view of the beach. Great for families. We could watch the kids from the porch. If they were at the beach and needed anything, they could go to the house. Also, the Media Room is awesome for the kids The beds are very comfortable, unusual for a rental. There is a Beach Bar 1/2 mile away that you can walk to that has outside seating (Caddy's) OK service. The area of the beach is very quiet and peaceful.Very clean and updated. My family will definatly return.

Quirky but cool!

This place is the best equiped rental out of the dozens that we have stayed at - everything from beach towels to blenders! The location is quiet, but close to all the action. The media room was perfect for that one rainy day. Pictures don't really show how the place is laid out - it is far bigger than you'd guess. Clean and shiny all the way, but it still had many personal touches that made it seem like a home. Suzann could not have been easier to deal with! I already tied to change my spring beak booking to here, but, sadly, it is already booked : (
