"Serenity By The Sea" est une maison de ville de 3 étages qui vous coupera le souffle. Les chambres sont situées aux deux niveaux supérieurs et chaque niveau a son propre loft. Le 3ème étage a une table de baby-foot et une salle multimédia pour toute la famille ou un groupe d'amis.

Le premier niveau comprend une charmante cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des armoires personnalisées et une cuisinière à gaz. Une grande salle à manger et un salon spacieux s'ouvrent sur votre véranda arrière-cour. Vous y trouverez une piscine étincelante, une aire de pique-nique avec un barbecue, un hamac, des chaises confortables pour se détendre et, bien sûr, la belle plage de sable blanc!

Million dollar view

We enjoyed our weeks stay. We would welcome staying again because of the location and the view.. The unit itself was outdated.. needs new king mattress and pillows and window blinds, among other things. The outdoor deck railings need replacing. Upon arriving, found a dead rat in the middle of the garage. In the kitchen, a live palmetto bug and tiny ants.

The house is rundown

The location of this house is great. Other than that I would not recommend staying here. When we checked in we found something smeared on the wall and on the comforter in one of the bedrooms. Neither of the bathrooms were cleaned it had garbage and clumps of hair on the wall and in the drains. We did get ahold of the rental agency and they had people come out to clean those things. The house needs to have a lot of updates done to it because it is run down. Both showers have black mold growing in the grout. We also found black mold in the vent in the bedroom with the queen size bed. We also found a cockroach in the kitchen. I do have a picture of the cockroach and wish this allowed for me to upload pictures because I would upload it so everyone knew we weren't lying. We told the cleaning staff of our discovery and they told us that it's just something you have to do with when you're in Florida. I've been travelling to Florida my entire life and I have never had a space had bugs in them.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The location of this property is amazing, you’re right on the beach. You’re able to sit in the shaded porch and see the kids playing in the sand and the ocean. Overall it was a good experience but as other reviews stated, I’m not sure if we would stay here again. The problem is you don’t know what you’ll get with the townhome next to the property which you have to share the pool with. Unfortunately the people that rented the other property checked in the same day we did and they were drinking a lot and had their music loud and were in the pool area and inside the pool drinking (3 men and 1 woman) we had 3 girls and a little boy and didn’t feel comfortable letting them get in the pool while the neighbors were outside, so we couldn’t use the pool but enjoyed the beach a lot. The layout is a little odd and there is not much privacy if you have 2 families sharing the place, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The beds were super comfortable and the furniture around the property was nice. I wouldn’t count sleeping on the sofa bed, because it’s old and very uncomfortable. But we did have a great time and we walked to Caddy’s, a restaurant on the beach, so that was fun too.

Proximity to the beach is fabulous

We felt like the property itself was a little off from the pictures. It is small and a bit awkward layout. The only beach chairs (that were supposed to be in the garage to carry to the beach)were damaged and unusable so we had to buy our own. The pool was very sandy and used a lot by the other family in the duplex so we didn't use it much. The Very very best part was the view and easy access to the beach. It is literally right out the door and we absolutely loved that and the views. The sunsets were amazing!!

Treasure Island Stay

Overall our stay was great due to location of the property but there were plenty of problems. Property Manager doe not seem to be familiar with the property. I asked about beach chairs/towels before heading to the beach and was told they were not provided. As a result I packed chairs and towels only to find they were on site. Very irritating considering chairs take a lot of room in a car. The hide a bed is basically unusable as when deployed it blocks access to a bathroom. When you plan for eight places to sleep and find out two of those spaces are not available it is very annoying. Pool requires daily maintenance to be useable. Maintenance is handled by the renters not the property manager. BBQ grill was a safety hazard. It was missing a couple of bolts so that it was very dangerous to move. It was replaced with a new grill the day we departed but that did not help me. Shower in master bath had to be repaired (by me) to be useable.

Beachbum's Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to this location! The best part is this townhouse is just steps to the beach. You can sit on back porch and enjoy the beach breeze! Also, I could watch my grandchildren when they were in the pool and still enjoy the beach breezes and views! The views from the house were amazing. The house is very comfortable and spacious! A couple of negative comments are: Because of public beach access near the house, people would set up umbrellas and tents directly in front of the house. The beach was much busier this year. Also when sharing the townhouse with another family, you aren't sure what these people will be like. Two family members who were staying in the attached townhouse became intoxicated and was throwing up beside the pool and on the beach. Their younger children were in the pool as well as my young grandchildren. These people left the first of the week and the next family that came in were fine. It is just a chance you have to take. Overall this is one of the best places for a beach vacation!

Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was very nice!We loved that the house was right on the beach. Wonderful Gulf views. It was also a convenient location for groceries and other supplies, as well as to restaurants. The house was cheerful, clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. However, the beach chairs were in very poor shape. We would have used the pool (more) had it been heated and better cleaned. I did call the property management company when we first arrived but never got a response. Several lamps were not working. The bulbs had died and there were no replacements. I talked to the pool cleaner who showed up a day before we left. He had not been there prior to our visit so the pool needed cleaning, I found it easy to make the reservation online and the check-in process was seemless. It was a great vacation overall and we had a wonderful time.

Quirky beach house with an ideal location

Nice location, but needs some TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was very nice, definitely cannot beat that. With that being said, this property needs some updates but don't let that scare you. The property is nice and clean, just needs some updating.1. The pool was nice but gets very dirty from the pine trees above it. The pole net by the pool was nice to get stuff off the surface, but be ware a lot of stuff will sink to the bottom and just leaves the pool looking dirty. THere is also some metal bands that holds the liner of the pool to the shell of the pool. A couple of them had been cut it looked like, and one of our kids cut their hand on it. Just something to be aware of.2. The beds could all use some updating / get rid of the current beds and get new ones. The beds weren't terrible, but they weren't great either. The one in the main bedroom on the second floor had a hump in the middle separating the 2 sides of the bed.3. There are a few safety issues here if traveling with kids. We had a 5 yr old, 4 yr old and 1 yr old with us. There are no sides to any of the stairs inside of the house so if you trip and fall to the open side you are going down. The railing on the 3'rd floor has a rather large gap between the floor and the bottom of the rails where our 1 yr old could slip in between that if we didn't keep an eye on him so watch out for that. It really needs to be closer. Also there is a chunk of sub floor missing on the 3'rd floor right by the spiral staircase. Be careful there because you will definitely drop on through that.No one could really tell me what toys were available at the property, so as of the week of July 4'th this is what was there: Several sand buckets, some sand shovels, various sand toys, 4-5 pool noodle floats, 1 surf board, some foldable beach chairs, looked like also a tent there, a cooler with wheels and a 3 burner gas grill that had propane + there was an extra propane bottle there.Overall, nice place, definitely due for

BEACH A.....POOL F....CLEANLINESS INSIDE D OUTSIDE F. Wouldn't rent again

Arrived at 330 for 3pm check in.. unit wasn't ready,, told us be back 45 mins they should have taken 2 hours to clean the house. House is now blue (fyi) there are 3 holes in the floor, one above the spiral stairs and another by the 1st bedroom & 2nd one. Blinds missing slats in 1st br and closet. 2nd br closets no drawers. Top floor dresser smells like mildew. Pool liner is aged and the pool was filled with sand and pine needles. Pool equipment is circa 1990. Pool latches are rusty and iffy to stay closed. Apparently owners think once a week cleaning is acceptable, it's not. Soda cans band aids and candy found in bedrooms. Trash around the house. Kitchen was in disarray and had to wash everything before use. No sponge no dw soap no brush no dish towels. Only 3 wine glasses. No beach towels ( don't provide) and outside shower has no pull string. Garage was a mess. More trash rusted chairs crappy umbrella and deserted beach pails. Garage doors all have issues. The yard has not been tended to in months. Overgrown. Needles just piled under the deck. If you are traveling with children under 7, its not the best house for you. It's a split house and you have no control over who's sharing the pool area. They may not latch gates due to rusting. If you are a bigger person or bad knees, the house will be a struggle. This was my 8th trip to TI and love the area. The group in unit 1 had AC issues fridge issues and a small fire. I would rather rent a house then this mess that was split into two townhouses.

House had everything you need for perfect beach vacation - had beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys and more! Only thing is we could never get ice maker to work - not sure if broke or user error getting it to come on; also many bed pillows and all couch pillows are extremely old and dirty looking and really need replacing; porch railing facing pool is very loose so kept kids away. Otherwise great time!
