We’d like to clarify a few points regarding your comments. The home is stocked with 13 bath towels, 6 hand towels, and 6 washcloths for guest use. If you needed any additional linens during your stay, we would have been happy to provide more, but after reviewing our communication records, we do not see a request for additional towels. The pool is professionally serviced and cleaned twice per week to help maintain it for our guests. We also appreciate you mentioning the patio doors, as they have recently received a tune-up to improve their operation and should be functioning properly. Thank you again for your feedback.
