Great family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family of 9. The beach front location was perfect for our family that couldn’t make it down to the beach everyday as they could watch from above and still be part of the fun at the pool. All requests were handled very quickly (we needed a pack n play and they dropped one off in about 20 minutes). We would definitely rent this space again for groups around 10.

Great Location!

Walking distance to many restaurants and bars, easy access to the beach, everything as advertised in the listing. There was an excellent selection of beach gear and the kitchen was well stocked.

5 women. Perfect weather! Accommodations were amazing. Clean, right on the beach…We wanted for nothing and communication with owner was a quick responding text. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would definitely stay here again! 10/10

There were issues with a shower not working and the heat was not working correctly but Taylor had people out to take care of the issues. It was disappointing that the pool was closed but considering a hurricane came through about 6 weeks ago, we understood.

Two Week Stay

We had a group of 8 and stayed for two weeks. The property manager had excellent communication and was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of (within minutes). The property is exactly as the pictures show - very spacious with enough room to spread out a bit, a storage closet next to the parking spot filled with beach gear, and very easy to get to the pool and beach. The pool and beach were never busy, and being in the front building kept us from seeing much of anyone else. We will absolutely be requesting this property again next year. After 8 years of vacationing in this area, this has by far been our family’s favorite!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The condo is located in a good area and we had plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 kids. Had plenty of beach toys and chairs. Previous guest did not wash off beach toys and chairs in outside closet. We found several restaurants in the area that did not necessitate our driving into high traffic areas. Everything you need is located close by.

This was our second stay at this listing. The place is very clean, bright, stocked, and I would say bigger than it looks in pictures. The hosts are fantastic with communication. We have rented many places in many different locations and this host runs the tightest ship. Much appreciated!

Another Great 2 Weeks at 78 "On the Rocks"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went back for two more weeks this year. An amazing home, lots of room (four adults and 3 children 5 years and younger) and lots of amenities. Amazing sunsets from the main floor and second floor balconies. My grandchildren used the pool everyday! Nice and warm. Beach is (literally) right in your backyard. The storage locker had lots of beach chairs, shovels, pails and toys. We have booked again for next year!

Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful home. Wonderful location with quite beach.We had an issue with the AC unit which was quickly resolved by the manager within an hour after contacting them. Great service would highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi our stay was very nice. The location of the unit is great right on the beach and walking distance to many local stores. The reason I didn't give it a five star is because the unit did not feel clean upon arrival. Management immediately sent someone to clean any issue we noticed which was great, however we soon realized that the unit needed maintenance and replacement on some of its fixtures eg.burnt light bulbs, faucet in bathroom had no water pressure, basically general up keep from wear and tear. Space wise it was great. We are a large family and it had plenty of space for all of us.

Amazing week!

My family and I spent a week at the house. It’s private and quiet! Our only “complaint” is that there aren’t enough pillows (one per person) and our kids woke up at the crack of dawn because the windows didn’t have curtains to block the sunlight. We even booked the same house for a week in 2024 already 🙃

Dream Week!

If I could give more stars, I would! Taylor, the property manager was super cooperative, friendly, and helpful. The house was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and fit our 4 families perfectly. When we weren't in the ocean, we were in the pool, which we most often had to ourselves. The little kids loved all the water toys in the storage closet. This week was everything I had hoped for our family vacation! Thank you!

Beautiful property right on the Beach!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Incredible location right on the Beach! Rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Easily handled our group of 7 adults and 3 kids! Awesome supply of beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available for guests use. We had a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of when we first checked in and Taylor, the property manager, was immediately responsive and helpful, and continued to be that way for anything we needed the whole week we were there! I would highly recommend this rental for an incredible stay in Indian Rocks Beach!!!

Beautiful Sunsets and Great Gulf Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful 7-day stay at 78 "On the Rocks" at the end of February 2023. This property was as described, right on the water, with beautiful sunset views every night from the 2 balcony's. The property was very clean and layout was perfect to accommodate multiple families. The pool was pretty new, a bit small, but with the beach right there, it was an adequate size. There was a bin of about 12 towels for beach and pool use. The locking closet was full of beach toys (buckets/shovels/etc), chairs, floaties, a couple soft sided coolers, and umbrellas. The appliances and grill were all in working condition. We did have an issue with the dryer vent being clogged and not drying clothes at all. The Seaside Property Shoppe was extremely responsive and a technician was sent that day to clean and fix it. This property is in a nice quiet location right in Indian Rocks, FL. We could walk to most of the restaurants and waterpark. We loved this location /property and would highly recommend it to anyone!
