Great Location!

Walking distance to many restaurants and bars, easy access to the beach, everything as advertised in the listing. There was an excellent selection of beach gear and the kitchen was well stocked.

5 women. Perfect weather! Accommodations were amazing. Clean, right on the beach…We wanted for nothing and communication with owner was a quick responding text. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful home. Wonderful location with quite beach.We had an issue with the AC unit which was quickly resolved by the manager within an hour after contacting them. Great service would highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this listing. The place is very clean, bright, stocked, and I would say bigger than it looks in pictures. The hosts are fantastic with communication. We have rented many places in many different locations and this host runs the tightest ship. Much appreciated!

Two Week Stay

We had a group of 8 and stayed for two weeks. The property manager had excellent communication and was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of (within minutes). The property is exactly as the pictures show - very spacious with enough room to spread out a bit, a storage closet next to the parking spot filled with beach gear, and very easy to get to the pool and beach. The pool and beach were never busy, and being in the front building kept us from seeing much of anyone else. We will absolutely be requesting this property again next year. After 8 years of vacationing in this area, this has by far been our family’s favorite!

Amazing week!

My family and I spent a week at the house. It’s private and quiet! Our only “complaint” is that there aren’t enough pillows (one per person) and our kids woke up at the crack of dawn because the windows didn’t have curtains to block the sunlight. We even booked the same house for a week in 2024 already 🙃

We could walk to restaurants, the ice cream shop, pastry/breakfast/coffee shop and more. The complex was quiet and well taken care of. Everyone was so nice. It was great for our families with teenagers. We would stay in this house again and liked the location.

Great Location and Beautiful Views

We loved 78 On The Rocks! The views of the beach and the ocean are amazing from the main floor and the master bedroom. Master bedroom is huge. Pool is new and always warm. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of stuff for the beach in the storage locker. Soft white sand on the beach, see the sunset from the beach or the balconies. Close walk to stores and restaurants. Our family loved the whole 2 weeks and we are hoping to go back next winter.

Dream Week!

If I could give more stars, I would! Taylor, the property manager was super cooperative, friendly, and helpful. The house was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and fit our 4 families perfectly. When we weren't in the ocean, we were in the pool, which we most often had to ourselves. The little kids loved all the water toys in the storage closet. This week was everything I had hoped for our family vacation! Thank you!

Another Great 2 Weeks at 78 "On the Rocks"

An amazing home, lots of room (four adults and 3 children 5 years and younger) and lots of amenities. Amazing sunsets from the main floor and second floor balconies. My grandchildren used the pool everyday! Nice and warm. Beach is (literally) right in your backyard. The storage locker had lots of beach chairs, shovels, pails and toys. We have booked again for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, toys, and towels) were excellent. The kids enjoyed the little pool. Walkable to a few restaurants and shops. My only real criticism was the kitchen - not that well stocked, the pans were awful. Not enough for the "12" they say can stay there. A grand total of 2 wine glasses. If you're planning to cook as we were, that was disappointing. But, overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 11 had a blast at 78 "On the Rocks." The condo is beautifully updated and has plenty of space for everyone! The kids used the pool daily and loved being right on the beach! The property was clean and well-maintained! One thing to note, the pool is VERY small and is shared with 10 other units! Even though we were there during peak spring break season the pool was never busy. We actually had it to ourselves most of the time! If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach, 78 "On the Rocks" is it!

Great stay at On the Rocks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property directly on the beach. The home was well supplied with everything we needed for the week - beach towels, bath towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs & floats. The floors and bathrooms were very clean, but table & countertops were dusty & gritty. The dishes were clean, but the blender had food particles in it, so we cleaned it well before using. We had a problem with the WIFI, but the property management company responded quickly and had it resolved in less than an hour. Overall, a great property and we hope to stay again next summer.
