Casa Bonita - Grande villa de style espagnol, nouvelle piscine avec 2 spas au milieu de jardins tropicaux

Cette majestueuse maison de 5600 pieds carrés possède toutes les commodités pour une merveilleuse réunion de famille. Le grand salon comprend 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain complètes. Chaque suite principale dispose d'un nouveau matelas king-size confortable et est équipée de grands téléviseurs HD à écran plat. Les autres chambres disposent d'une nouvelle reine succulente et / ou de nouveaux lits jumeaux extra longs et doux et sont équipées de téléviseurs HD à écran plat. Les banquettes-lits et les lits gigognes conviennent à tous les types de couchage en famille.

Pour le divertissement, le premier étage dispose d'un bar sportif entièrement équipé avec table de billard, table de baby-foot et station de jeux Wi. Bien sûr, les eaux du golfe offrent beaucoup de plaisir juste en éclaboussant dans les vagues, en surfant sur le corps ou en poursuivant une myriade d'autres activités aquatiques.

Les deux patios côté golfe offrent chacun beaucoup de transats sur les nombreux transats de style fronde ainsi que de nombreux sièges. Ces patios entourés de jardins tropicaux luxuriants et de feuillage naturel de plage dans le sable constituent un espace idéal pour se détendre au son agréable des vagues. Quand vient le temps de dîner, un barbecue au gaz propane rend la préparation des repas du côté du golfe aussi rapide qu'une brise du golfe.

Des plats plus traditionnels peuvent toujours être préparés dans l'une des deux cuisines entièrement équipées; la cuisine principale au deuxième étage avec une grande table à manger et des sièges de comptoir, ou la cuisine complète du Sports Bar au premier niveau permettant un accès facile aux repas sur le patio.

Le pont du deuxième étage offre également des sièges à manger avec des sièges conversationnels rembourrés confortables. Et les vues, en particulier les couchers de soleil, sont spectaculaires!

Dans le style architectural espagnol, toutes les chambres ont des ouvertures sur toute la longueur sur une petite terrasse permettant un bel éclairage et des brises chaudes du golfe.

We enjoyed this house very much. The sunsets from the back patio were the best part of the trip. The pool and spa were very clean. Check in and check out was very simple. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area. Beach was not crowded at all and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only downfall was the spa times allowed (my husband only likes the spa and would have liked the spa times longer) me and the kids enjoyed the pool till spa time. When they explained the reason for this we understood. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable, and stress free vacation. That’s exactly what I got!!!

This family is as close to perfect as guest's can get. Respectful, responsive and as fastidious about their neatness almost to a fault. Suffice to say, after almost 2 weeks on site, the cleaning crew arrived and sent half the crew home!! Unheard of in this industry. Any owner would greatly benefit from this family's presence.

Excellent Family Vacation

The Casa Bonita is a beautiful getaway!!! The sunsets are breathtaking. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and its direct access to the beach. Meal times around the large table and evening movie time were priceless. If you enjoy shelling, this is the place to be. Sitting in the hot tub, listening to the waves and the tropical breeze, melted all our cares away. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this property is absolutely the best! There were some things that could use updated in the house, including replacing lightbulbs and general maintenance but overall it is a great place. We were disappointed that the pool pump was not working when we arrived and although they came out several time while we were there it never did work as it should. Other than those things, it was an amazing time and we thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Any host would be well served if they chose to rent to this wonderful family. Pool tech's were on the scene Monday morning after the family's Saturday evening arrival in order to facilitate pump replacement, and this family graciously accepted the pool down time for that minor first part of their stay. This fantastic group knew how to enjoy to it's fullest the home, the beach and then the pool using all accoutrements available most appropriately and responsibly.

Family vacation

Casa Bonita offers so much space, you can easily fit two or three families in this large house. The back yard facing the ocean offers the most beautiful views , especially of sunset. The backyard is also always hot and perfect for swimming. The downstairs is such a great hang out space with a bar and pool table and large tv. This is our second time staying here and definitely recommend it.

Perfect location and comfortable space

The location right next to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood was really pleasant. The house needs a little bit of minor repair work (broken tiles and flickering lights), but was overall nicely appointed and very comfortable.

Awesome Stay in Redington Beach

We stayed at Casa Bonita for 6 weeks and couldn't have been happier. The house is better than the pictures, the outside living area is incredible, and the location right on a great beach can't be beat. The owner (Art) and Case Bonita "team" (Janie and Chris) were responsive and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a place on the beach this is a great option in a great location.

Relaxing vacation on the beach

Casa Bonita is a wonderful house right on the beach. We spent hours sitting on the porch, listening to the waves and watching dolphins swimming just off shore. We were a party of 10 and quite comfortable. The pool and fooseball table provided entertainment for the kiddos. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Fun relaxing house

Great pool / hot tub area off of a game room. Beach directly off of deck with gulf water 200 feet away. We had no reason to leave other than groceries and they are within minutes.

Casa Bonita had the opportunity to host a most lovely family. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate during their stay, with heavy rain most every day and extreme heat to boot...95 plus. Hence the onslaught of mosquitoes accompanied by imbalance of pool chemicals. These intrepid souls never complained (Casa Bonita wishes they would have said something since an emergency pool treatment and yard insect treatment would have been performed) and departed leaving a most immaculate home. Any host would be benefitted by this family's presence--rated them 5 stars!

5 bedrooms with additional twin beds so everyone has a place to sleep. Couches that pulled out made even more sleeping space. Two full kitchens and TVs pretty much in every room. Upper deck is very big with great ocean and beach views. Direct access to beach.

Best location for our family vacation so far!

I can't say enough about the location of this property. So convenient to step from the property onto the beach, especially with small children. Our family enjoyed our stay in this house with lots of room to spread out or gather on the patio or balcony for time together. As others have stated, the house may be dated to some extent and may need a little TLC in places, but nothing about the house would hinder us from returning to enjoy this beautiful property and beach.

Amazing House for Family Vacation

I can not say enough good things about Casa Bonita!! It was so perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children). The location can not be beat, and the beach and pool areas were fabulous!! The house had every amenity we could want or need. The owner was very responsive throughout the booking process and helpful with all our questions. We were met at the house by Janie who gave us a tour and explained everything we would need to know about the property. There were so many extras - just an abundance of care was taken to provide us with the best experience. This vacation was seamless and we are already planning to visit again next year - great property, no complaints!!

Amazing outdoor spaces!

House exceeded our expectations. Location and outdoor spaces were incredible! House was well equipped and very clean. Be sure to reach out to Walter ahead of arrival day for check in appointment. We hadn’t gotten any information and had to do check in virtually. It was very hard to follow instructions and navigate a dark, unfamiliar house. Be aware spa hours are 5-11 PM.

Great Location, 2 BR do not have doors

Our 3-generation family stayed here for a week. The good: incredible location, the pool , backyard and beach are great. The house is large and the barroom area downstairs was a lot of fun. The bad: Two of the five bedrooms have a curtain and no door- for the downstairs bedroom this was ok but there was no privacy at all in the fifth BR upstairs. The house was very worn in places- example, our bathroom door was patched by duct tape and there were missing tiles in the floor. Also a bit heavy on the rules, but overall responsive hosts, a good stay and a good vacation.

Great family and appreciative of their surroundings. After a busy fall on the 2nd floor, two pocket doors had been damaged, off track or track bent, and had escaped notice by staff so only interim repairs were achieved. Very pleased these minor items were overlooked for the most part and this family vacation was a most memorable one.

Have been in beach front property management/ ownership for 11 years. Really enjoy connecting families to a great location for their vacation. The process is as FUN for us as I hope their vacations will be.

Previous owner is a friend and literally offered a simple transfer including all bookings. For all guests, the transition was seamless. Always loved the home, it's location along with the wonderful lush property.
