To the east is the Horseneck Beach Reservation with 800 acres of beach, sand dunes, and recreation bike path. To the west is about 500 acres of protected dune and beach. Our ocean temperature peaks at 74 degrees in August and are the warmest summer ocean waters in this region. The beach is approximately 200 yards from the house and walkability score is very high. You do not need your car to access the beach, Back Eddy Restaurant/Bar, the river, marina or dune and rec road areas. 2023 renovations include new Pella Custom picture windows, large scale Turkish porcelain tile flooring throughout, new toilets and fixtures, high end furniture and very comfortable beds with brand name mattresses. We have outdoor Ring cameras for building security that face the driveway and rear entrance path. The house has a vintage and renovated Viking Stove/and Viking Microwave and full set of new appliances including washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a high output Viking stove that requires attention when in use.
