This gold-rated, ski-in/out condo is conveniently located on the first floor of Building 4, Pine Ridge's only stand-alone building. Enjoy the new living room furniture while watching a favorite show or movie on the new TV - the wood-burning fireplace is going to keep you warm during the winter months. Extra windows give this condo a bright interior with lots of ambient light. The front looks out on the courtyard and mountains beyond. This mountain home away from home is also a great choice for the fitness buff with Pine Ridge's exercise room just down the hall. Featuring an inviting primary suite and a guest bedroom, this condominium would also be great for a family with young children. Additional amenities include a second TV in the primary suite, a collection of family board games, and a private safe for valuables.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower first (1st) floor. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
