Cette unité de salle de bain de 4 chambres à coucher 2. 5 est un ski in / walk out. L'ascenseur se trouve à 3 minutes à pied et vous pourrez skier jusqu'à la porte arrière. Le lit principal a un lit king, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen, la troisième chambre a une reine et la quatrième a deux lits jumeaux. Le salon est très ouvert avec une cheminée à gaz. Il y a aussi une grande table de salle à manger pour accueillir de grands groupes. Cette unité vient d'être récemment rénové. Great Location!

Great place, great location! The walk to the lift was short, and the ski run home was great! We had 7 people, including 3 teenagers, and it was the perfect size.

We loved the space, the extra blankets, plenty of kitchen plates, etc. The fireplace was warm and cozy. Ski in after a long day on the slopes was great and proximity to shuttle stop was nice.

Quick Breck getaway

Our trip was great and this was the perfect location for a family with two teens - easy access to town, trails and pools/hot tubs. The condo was well stocked with plenty of room for all of us! Thank you!

Nice Spot

Within walking distance to town made it easy to go out in the evening for dinner. It was quiet in the area except for traffic on the street. The place was clean and enjoyed having the board games there but the home could use a bit of updating. We enjoyed our stay.

Ideal location and easy experience

Super simple, flexible checkin with code locks, and great staff to explain the process. Property is a block and half walk to the lift and ski in. Ideal!

Long weekend hike

Enjoyed the location and would recommend. Only comment was that the pool and hot tub were unavailable as we came during 'shoulder season's and these were undergoing maintenance in preparation for ski season.

Great Airbnb for group of adults

The unit itself was perfect for several couples staying together with two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The living space on the main floor was great as well. Good space for playing games and cooking etc. Two downsides were the distance from hot tub and ski lift.

Fabulous Location

Nice, clean and comfortable place with more than enough room for 6, including teenagers and little kids. The location was extremely convenient. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go in less than 15 minutes. We will be back.

NEW YEAR STAY IN BRECKENRIDGE

We had a great family holiday in Breckenridge at this townhouse. The location and the snow did not disappoint but there is some minor room for improvement that would have made our experience even better. Specifically a property that can accommodate 8 people should provide parking for 2 cars, even if the second one is at a neighbouring but close location. Some of the kitchen equipment should be updated. For example there were a total of 5 wine glasses (all plastic). A minor investment (10's of ) in replacing damaged and unmatched glasses would convey the sense of quality I would expect for this property.

Nice area, some things to improve

The location was great. The specific house we got was a few steps from the slopes and 3 minute drive from Main Street and that was ver convenient. The house was big enough, the rooms and bathrooms were as described. However, Our comforter was dirty and the beds in all the rooms were uncomfortable. We had a hard time with the temperature in the house, and parking is really awful when all the units are taken. For the most part the property was good enough for what we needed.

Very good stay in Breckenridge

The property was very comfortable for our group, with 4 bedrooms, two on the lower floor with a bathroom and two on the upper floor with a bathroom. The only issue was the temperature on the lower rooms, as they shared the heater and thermostat. One room would get extremely hot and the other room would get extremely cold. There was no way to keep both comfortable. Besides that everything was good, and the wood winds management office was great.

Good location if you are in shape to walk up the hill

The property itself was just fine-well stocked kitchen and nice new fireplace. It has a nice area for playing cards/games and was plenty spacious for my family of 5. The location was very convenient to town, but it is a bit of a haul with ski gear to walk up the icy hill to the Snowflake lift. Snowflake lift also gets very crowded in the morning so plan accordingly. Skiing in is great though-right off of 4 o'clock. The property also has use of the shared hot tub/pool facility that is not really within walking distance. It was implied that it is close but it's not feasible to walk there and there is no parking there so we only used it once and my husband dropped us off and picked us back up-that would be my biggest regret is not getting a property that has a closer hot tub.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the size of the condo, location and ease to slopes for all age groups. Only downside is hot tub accessibility. Minor issues were fireplace remote needs to be replaced, toilet handles need repair and the rooms stayed hot. Opening a window corrected this. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Nice place...good location
