Perfect Lancaster family vacation

The house was clean and comfortable, stocked well with linens and cooking gear. It felt very homey. Perfect for a family with little kids like us. We were able to do the fun kiddie stuff like Thomas the Train and Dutch Wonderland, take a nap break and go back out. Way better than any hotel with an abundance of room yet still as conveniently located. There's a Kmart walking distance (and a super target a quick drive away). We would definitely stay again if we are in Lancaster and will be recommending it to friends and family :)

Fantastic!

My family and I had a great time in Lancaster, there was so much for my kids (both under 5) to do. The house was as friendly and welcoming as the owners. Kitty and Daniel were very nice and even had a nice gift basket waiting for us when we got there. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The house was also in a very nice location, most of our activities were 15 minutes or less to drive to from the house. It was a great vacation. Many thank to Kitty and Daniel for making our vacation so nice by letting us rent their home. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is well maintained tucked away in a community of town homes.

Once you step inside the home you feel like you just arrived home. I travelled with my husband, brother and three children. The home is emmaculately clean and maintained..adequate space for my family of six. All The comforts of a five star hotel but with more space and all the comforts of home. We visited the Sight and Sound theatre, Amish Country, the Outlets, Cherry Crest Farms and Hershey Park to name a few. The property is within minutes of these attractions and more. We would definitely stay again should we visit the area in the future!

Mom's Birthday Family Event

This townhouse does not feel like a rental, but feels like a home. The hosts were exceptionally caring and easy to work with. They help to make our very important event a big success. Highly recommended for convenience and all the amenities of the home. This home is in the heart of Lancaster tourist scene. While the girls went shopping to the outlets the rest of us went to Gettysburg National Museum (a short drive). We all returned that evening for a big party around the dining room table. You can't go wrong with this home.

You couldn't ask for more!

My husband, teenage son and myself stayed for 5 nights. Our 3 year old grand-daughter also joined us for 3 nights. There was more than enough room and the house was stocked well with everything you could use. We've stayed at a number of house rentals over the years and you don't usually get all the little extras like you do at this home - bottled water, extra rolls of paper towels, well equiped kitchen, wifi etc. The beds were deliciously comfortable and we plan on visiting again since we have family in the area. Other houses we've tried in the Lancaster area don't measure up to this gem! Thank you so much to our gracious hosts!!

Great Townhouse in Great Location!

We rented the townhouse for the weekend as 2 couples with 1 child each. The house was a good size to accommodate the 2 'families". We had enought room to socialize together, but also enough room to retire to separate chambers. Both "adult" rooms were of a good size and the kids roon with the 2 singles worked well. With the 2 separate baths upstairs and the 1/2 bath on the main level we never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was in a PERFECT location for us to do Day out with Thomas and Dutch Wonderland in the same weekend with amenities nearby. It definitely felt like more of a "house" than a rental between the high end appliance and was perhaps the pristine state upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area!

Wonderful property for a family trip

I stayed here in October 2017 with my sister in law and our two children, ages 3 and 2. It was a perfect place to stay for our little family. The kitchen, dining room, and living room had everything we needed are were as comfortable as at home. The downstairs powder room was very convenient. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with queen bed. The other two bedrooms - one with a queen and another with two twins - share a hall bath. The house was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, linens, etc. We had everything we needed. The kids enjoying running around in the backyard while we had coffee on the porch. The Strasburg railroad is about 15 minutes away and Dutch Wonderland only five. The nearby highway hosts just about anything you would want to eat - McDonald's, Red Lobster, Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts, Texas Roadhouse. We had a wonderful visit and will definitely stay again.

Great Place

Our 5 ladies spent a girl’s weekend over President’s Day. Very clean, everything worked, linen and towels provided. (Some of us brought our own towels by preference.) Great shower pressure and comfortable beds. Loved staying there! Thank you Kitty and Daniel for making it all so easy and stress free.

Perfect Place

It was perfect. Very Clean. Homeowners even had snacks on the table which was so nice. My girlfriends and I did the Best Keep Secrets Tour and this was a perfect place to stay. Accessible to everything. We love Visiting PA and will Definitely be staying here again. I can't say enough great things about this space.

Bigger than expected; amenities galore!

Super stay this month - arrived and found it larger than the photos lead one to believe. Great lighting. Amenities, appliances - the hosts have thought of almost everything and probably will have by the time YOU visit! Great for individual or family.

Beautiful and convenient town home!

My family of 4 (2 adults, kids 2yo and 4yo) thought this vacation rental was fantastic. The listing described the house exactly as it was - clean, beautifully decorated, and close to a ton of things to do. Kitty and Daniel were wonderful hosts, and their extra touches in the house were appreciated - plenty of paper goods / toiletries, snacks on the table, cucumbers in the garden, and brochures for local attractions on the counter! The central air and ceiling fans kept us cool even in 95 degree heat. At one point we experienced a problem with Netflix and Daniel quickly responded to a text from us and was able to help immediately. The town home is in a development off of a main road - so it was still pretty quiet, but very accessible to stores and attractions. Wawa/Starbucks/Target/outlets are all within a few minutes. Downtown Lancaster,Dutch Wonderland and the Strasburg railroad were also very close. Despite being close to those things, it was also very easy to drive around and see local quiet Amish farmland and markets. A dinner of farm corn/tomatoes and fresh sausage that we cooked on the grill was one of our favorites! If we came back to this area we would definitely stay in this home again. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a vacation rental in this area. Thank you Kitty and Daniel!

Surpassed expectations

The nondescript exterior of this townhouse belies the comfortable interior - spotless, high end kitchen appliances, three bathrooms, home theater system, remote controlled gas fireplace and all the little amenities one would need - paper towels, napkins, extra tp, shampoo, soap, even qtips! The location is very convenient - walking distance to a strip mall with Five Guys, and within 2 miles of two outlet malls, not to mention pizza, and numerous other restaurants. Our family of six quickly adopted this as our home away from home for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Just like home!

Clean and quiet, this place is so comfortable! We had the family over for brunch and there was no problem accommodating all 13 people. It is exactly as pictured and the owners thought of everything. The welcome basket was a nice tough. Appliances are new and state of the art. The decor was completely in keeping with the ambiance of Lancaster County. It was absolutely lovely and an excellent experience from the time we walked in the door. Thank you!!
