Wow! There are not enough good things to say about this host and property. First of all, the host was very responsive, kind, and helpful
she even gave us a few ideas and suggestions of fun family oriented things to do in the area which we were very grateful for.Best of all was the property itself!! The home is very well taken care of, is right in the middle of a beautiful area, and is fully stocked with ANY and EVERYthing you or your family might need. The littles in our family even loved looking out at the cows in the backyard. It was the perfect space for our families to celebrate an early Christmas together! Lifelong memories were made here. We will definitely now be using this home and host as what we compare all others too.

Everything was excellent, the only thing that would be good is if they cleaned the grilles of the central air vents and the fans; otherwise, the cleaning is good.

The house was perfect for a family getaway. Close to all the wonderful Amish farms. Wonderful to have a basemwnt where the kids could hang out. House had all the amenities and then some. Would definitely come again.

Everything about our stay was a dream! The hosts were wonderful. Quick to answer any question. Lovely to deal with. The place was amazing! So many great family memories were made during this trip. We will definitely be back here again. My youngest grandson with us said “Gramma, this was so much better than a hotel!” When are we coming back? Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

2nd time staying at the house. Beautiful home, spectacular setting. Would definitely stay again. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the mattresses and maybe someday upgrade the toilets to comfort height. Some of the guests were uncomfortable on the mattresses in the master and upstairs. Thank you for giving us the setting for our family trip.

A Greeting Card Group spent 3 days visiting on the buggies and buds shop hop. With the large table & the ability to extend the boards, we were able to have enough room for the 9 of us to make cards when we were not shopping. We also enjoyed the great octagon island to hold our food and snacks, as well as, the ability to unwinding on the beautiful back deck and enjoyed the cows in the field behind us and the dogs on the property beside us. We love coming here and so enjoy the time away from our busy schedules to fellowship, and laugh. I hope the group can continue coming, but the increase in the price may eventually become a stumbling block for us.

An absolutely wonderful place for our large family. Everything was perfect for us. The host was very responsive to our needs. Great views of pastures and farmland from the front and back of the house. We even got to witness a calf being born. Would definitely recommend.

This was our 2nd time staying at Harvest Drive and our time was even better than the first. The house has plenty of space for our family of 9 to spread out. The redone kitchen was beautiful. We loved being able to sit on the front porch to enjoy the many Amish going by. The back porch was a perfect place to gather to sit and relax, watch our grandson enjoy the wonderful playground, and enjoy the cows in the pasture. The fire pit was wonderful with a nice area to comfortably sit around each night we were there. There is a nice sidewalk and driveway which allowed our 4 year old grandson the opportunity to ride his bike without being close too the road. The house is in the country but close to all the sights the area has to offer. The host was always quick to answer questions, provided great details on checking in and out, and provided a nice guide of places to see, shop, and eat. The only suggestion I have to make a stay better is dressers in the bedrooms for clothes and if possible king size beds. We look forward to a future stay here.

This house was beautiful! Not just the house, but the property as well. We stayed with seven adults and four kids and no one felt squished. Really well stocked with everything you'd need for your stay. Great deck and fire pit in the back. We all loved seeing the cows each day! We started each morning sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch. It's so close to Kitchen Kettle and lots of other great shopping. We went to Sight and Sound and that wasn't far either. We definitely want to come back! Highly recommend!

Picture Perfect Lancaster Property

We were a group of 13, 6 adults and 7 kids ages 10-3 years old and we all had an amazing time! The house was perfect for families, activities to do, perfect set up for 3 families. Cows in our back yard while the kids played on the playground, horse and buggies riding back and forth in front of the house on Sunday morning. The kids had a blast and the parents were happy! Thank you again for the hospitality!

Family time

This was our second stay. It is the mid point for my children and grandchild to have time together. The kitchen is well stocked, games for the grandkids and enough space for everybody to spread out. We enjoyed sunsets on the back steps and morning coffee on the front porch. Can't wait to come back again next year

This is a great place for a family vacation. The property is very clean and well maintained. The owners have done several upgrades that make it a very comfortable place to stay. We have been going here annually for several years and are never disappointed with this house.

Place as described except for one thing. The upstairs shower was weak with little flow. The one off the garage was OK. Most of our family including children had to use the master shower. Did not like the body wash containers,difficult to use. Should have brought our own bar soap. Brother in- law next door was helpful in getting us more wood. If we had not talked to him, not sure how wood would be replenished. We used only one bundle each of the 3 nights. Children loved playing with the puppies next door. Enjoyed watching the Amish farmers work the fields next door. Very pleasant stay except for the shower. Walked to Intercourse shops once , then drove because of distance. Road very busy. Enjoyed watching all the traffic and buggies go by. Close to all our planned activities.

Amazing!

This is our second time staying at this home! We stayed two nights to be near the sight & sound theater and have some family time. We had an amazing day enjoying the backyard and cooking meals together and ending the evenings around the fire. The sunsets are gorgeous and the kids loved the playset and visiting with the puppies next door. Our family consisted of parents, siblings/spouses and all the grandkids. There was plenty of room for all and every age enjoyed the time at the home. The home is beautiful and has everything you need.

Jake and Becky and their children live about half an hour away from this house. We built our cape-cod home in 1990 and lived there until the fall of 2009 when we moved to Honey Brook for mission purposes. Our home is built on an acre of the family farm. The farm, still in the family, is owned by Jake's youngest brother and borders the back of the yard and Jake's parents live next door. Our favorite part of this home is the safe and peaceful neighborhood surrounded by Amish homes and farmland.

Nestled in the countryside of Lancaster, we border generational family farmlands. We enjoy the large and peaceful backyard for dinner, games, and just relaxing together. Within minutes to many of Lancaster County's best attractions, it is easy to make short excursions that everyone in the family can enjoy!
